I have had a great experience with Mike Crossword at AthletiCo South. The facility is well maintained. Mike is very knowledgeable and works with patients to achieve the best possible results. I am a long time patient and Mike has helped me to keep active! I would not hesitate to recommend him!!

Liam is always nice to work with. All other staff members are friendly and welcoming. I think there is a good balance between stretching, massage, and working and strengthening muscles. The sessions are never identical and I always learn something new to take back home to work on

Outstanding therapists ,Michael, Liam, and Clay do a great job, the facility is well thought out with plenty of equipment and a lot of hands on therapy. The office has a excellent manager Danielle keep everything running smoothly, and is always quick to resolve any problems. I have been to therapy at other places but this is the best!

I have been coming here since my work injury. I started at the North location with Liam and Carrie. Now I am at the South Clinic being seen by the both of them. I seriously cant say enough good things about the staff and the environment! Great people who are both knowledgeable and professional! The secretary is extremely outgoing, personable and very easy to work with. I just appreciate all of them for being part of my healing process. I would highly recommend the Work Center!

You’re more than just a patient at Athletico. Even when you have multiple therapists, you’re always in good hands.

All the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Easy to schedule appointments and very accommodating. Mike does a great job of explaining now only how to do the exercises but what each exercise does to help your body work more effectively.

It was a struggle finding a physical therapist who has experience with myofascial release. I hit the jackpot when I found Mike F and I am very grateful for him. Danielle is also very nice, helpful and personable. Thank you so much Athletico!

Recently used Athletico South for a minor injury. I found staff to be both friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was always clean, and staff disinfected equipment immediately after use. I will use Athletico again if the need arises. Highly recommended.

If you have an athlete struggling with any pain bring them to Mike! He will help them immediately with little to no down time and he doesn’t over treat them. We were able to avoid surgery and sitting out a season. I highly recommend them!

Such thoughtful and knowledgeable staff the whole way, but really meant a lot how much they cared about giving me the tools to keep the pain from coming back and keep me from needing to come back to therapy in the end! Came in with a lot of pain/discomfort in my left shoulder/arm. Mike Frossard was able to diagnose my pain and was able to give relief so that I could return to work. He has a wealth of knowledge and listens to his clients, which I think most places/Drs lack. Very helpful, and courteous folks here, Danielle who handles all the admin duties, insurance, and scheduling was great as well. If you need PT assistance this is a great pick!!

I attend Athletic - Columbia (South) and work with Mike Frossard as my Physical Therapist. Oh. My. Gosh. I have NEVER had someone explain how to prevent future episodes of pain, and help me to increase my flexibility to handle my daily work life/stress. I could never say thank you enough. I truly feel a therapeutic alliance where we do both work together to improve my flexibility (with his leadership for strategies), mobility and my rehab goals. He is approachable for questions and will have an open/honest conversation about my condition. He collaborates with my physician for best methods possible. He challenges me as well as provides the support/therapy I need to physically move in a more normalized fashion. I am so thankful for his knowledge and expertise. I am so grateful to have someone who will teach me, treat me and allow me to feel more normal as I navigate orthopedically in my work and life.

I am so impressed with the PTs at Athletico. Ive been to other physical therapists who give you a few exercises and ignore you while you do them. Mike Frossard at Athletico works with me the whole time to make sure my form is correct and uses techniques like massage at every visit. He has also taught me a workable routine I can do at home. As a result, my progress in getting better is much faster and clearer than I would have expected. I cant recommend them enough!

I have been extremely pleased with my progress after having physical therapy with Mike F. He motivates me to push myself to get back to full functioning without being too tough but is conscientious about me not working too hard to cause myself additional pain. I highly recommend Mike and Athletico.

The Work Center did an evaluation on me in April 2018 per my spine surgeons request. The evaluation was only one hour in duration at a cost of $800.00 dollars. The results of my evaluation followed shortly with no follow up and were 100% inaccurate. (Note) I could barely walk and get out of bed for TWODAYS following the tests performed at the Work Center yet it was documented I was only slightly impaired during the tests ???? I would not suggest going here if you desire accuracy.

I was very impressed with my initial visit with Mike, one of the physical therapists, at this Athletico location. He quickly diagnosed the root of my pain and then walked me through the process of recovery.

Was recently scheduled at the Columbia, MO Atheltico location due to a MCL related knee injury. Michael & Liam have been very attentive at listening to me explain my specific injury, and have helped get started toward meeting a goal to 100% recovery. I’m optimistic after appointments and feel like what I’m doing is worth the effort and time. Couldn’t ask for much more. Thanks
