Extremely disappointing experience at this Publix today. walked in to grab a cart, a woman who worked there (presumably in charge of the carts) came up behind me and proceeded to yell (yes, yell) “EXCUSE ME, EXCUSE ME, EXCUSE ME!” in the nastiest possible tone as I actively tried to move out of her way so she could bring more carts in. It’s not as if I didn’t hear her, the first time she said excuse me I audibly said sorry and began to move out of her way yet she continued to shout at me? grabbed what I needed and got out of there quick!

Doesnt matter how early your call in a prescription, its always going to be at least 30 minutes after you get there. Every single time. Without fail. Ive had things called in the day before and Ive still had to wait.

So disappointed in the service here. I love shopping at Publix but their pharmacy let me down pretty hard. Staff cant get their stories straight. They lost my prescription multiple times, said they would reorder it and every time I called to check on it, I got a new story. Meanwhile, I have been at home so sick waiting for my medication to arrive. Will not be using the Pharmacy with any Publix store ever again.

The folks in the pharmacy are always helpful and efficient. So glad I switched from CVS.THANK to everyone there!

The pharmacists, pharmacy techs and assistants working at the Trenholm Plaza Publix Pharmacy are great. I have been using this pharmacy for over 10 years and have always been 100% impressed as they go beyond the call of duty. They truly care about their clients. The new pharmacy manager, Shelton, and assistant manager, Jim, form a great time in making this pharmacy so impressive.

Poor poor customer service! I been there before was great but today was horrible. They said 20 minutes. An hour later I ask for my prescription it not ready and the lady got real rude. I have been shopping there for over 10 years !¡!!! I am just appalled!

Every employee here is very friendly and skilled at their particular section. Kim is the friendliest sample cook Ive met in my life.

Great grocery store, nice prices, friendly staff, but I wish they would rearrange the entrance doorway.

It is a well run pharmacy with polite and knowledgeable staff.

You just got to love shopping in Pleassure.

After waiting 3 hours for a prescription to be filled and then waiting in line for 30 min we were told they did not have it in stock. Meanwhile my child is sick. Very dissapointed.
