Excellent pharmacy. Fast and efficient. People were very efficient and pleasant.

The staff is incredible polite and friendly. However, it takes hours to be seen and they dont employ enough doctors. Stay healthy folks, unless you have the patience of a saint.

Friendly service. Wish more people were available to help people picking up prescriptions that have been previously called in. 15-20 minute wait in line is too long.

Worst pharmacy service ever and are 100% consistent with it, no improvement since at least last 5 years I have been a customer here. No desire to improve either. I’m a PRISMA employee and request my docs not to send prescriptions to this pharmacy if possible. Poor service and attitude is their virtue. Unfortunately there is not a “no star” option that’s why they get one star.

The customer service is HORRIBLE. I had an issue with my insurance. I was told my insurance was terminated. Which was not true. The pharmacist refused to call and verify my insurance information. Because, the pharmacist(s) here gets to decide what part of there job they would like to do; I had to go without my antibiotic. I could have easily become septic which would have resorted in an unnecessary hospital admission.I had to wait on the pharmacy manager to call and verify my insurance information the next day. A simple task the pharmacist could have completed. If the pharmacist is capable of dispensing medications surely they can complete a simply task such as making a telephone call.

Excellent staff. They know your name and are so helpful when you have any questions. I feel so well taken care of and will not use any other pharmacy. Prescriptions are filled very timely and they will order any that they dont carry within a day or two.

Sadly I work for this organization and have a monthly prescription I have to get filled here. I can probably count on one hand the # of times theyve actually gotten it right in the 4+ years Ive been taking it. Ill be so happy when I no longer have to use this pharmacy.

The girl at the front desk was very rude.. decided to be snarky with me rather then talk to me and explain.. I will not be going back.. I’ll wait for Publix or CVS over the attitude I received

Waited over an hour in the waiting room for them to call my name, and get what I needed. Turns out it was ready the whole time. They just didnt bother to actually look.

Not here to brag about service but Im mad that they put the pills in a container that can be easily opened by a child!! These days kids can manage to some how get up on high places and reach them or find them if hidden and open them

Absolutely love Palmetto Health Pharmacy....the staff/management are all AWESOME!!!!!

Staff is very friendly but it on was to come off the street, they are extremely slow.
