The staff was very nice and friendly. Dr. Abdul was awesome with my 9 year old twins. They were not excited about getting glasses..tears and all. But Dr. Abdul was very patient and kind to them while explaining why they needed the glasses.

Very friendly staff and doctor was great at explaining possible future areas to keep an eye on. Highly recommend.

My husband and I were treated great. The receptionist was awesome (sorry I cant remember her name). We interrupted her lunch but she still assisted us with a smile!! Our insurance card showed terminated but she continued to search until she found the correct one. Dr. Gallo was AMAZING!! She really took her time to explain things to us about our eyes. I was told I had glaucoma but thanks to Dr. Gallo, she went the extra mile just to reassure me that I dont. I will definitely make another appointment year and tell my family and friends about my experience. It didnt stop there...The ladies on the other side were as equally great. Thank you Ms. Omega for helping me and my husband. We really appreciate you all!!

Thank you sooo much! I had my boys (twins) eye examination done here today & it was great! I am so pleased that we came here & got their eyes examined. My boys didnt like getting their eyes dilated but once they did they were fine & loved the little sunglasses 😎 they got to go home with. I will be back every time they need their eye exams for sure. I recommend this place for anyone that needs an eye exam done.

Morgan and Maddy are super sweet ladies and helpful, Dr Arenought however you spell his name is disgusting! In the middle of a pandemic this man stopped mid exam for my child my immune compromised 14 yr old daughter and blew his dang nose then wiped it with his finger and reached to touch my daughters head to show her headache area… without even so much as sanitizing his hands!!!! I immediately said something! I was so ticked off when leaving I kinda snapped at Morgan who did nothing wrong about a trivial insurance issue between my ex and I. You guys … because of this I would NEVER come back here! Who the hell does that.

I’ve been going to the same eye doctor for years he never took his time and explain my vision to me the way the were explained here. I felt like i was a return patient and not a new one. Wow! Where do I start? The entire visit was amazing! I was welcomed before entering the office by calling to let them know that I was in the parking lot for my appointment. Customer satisfaction I can guarantee. Having some personal conversations and testimonials made me feel great and also helped me with something I am battling. So I would definitely recommend them to you. And on a final note heres a quote that I will carry with me for the rest of my life which was told to me by one of the caring associates. Came here yesterday to get my eyes checked and get new glasses (bought next door at eye mart) and The girl upfront and the dr were both SO nice! They were the only ones there being a saturday. And I wasn’t waiting too long! Will be going back!

The most terrible experience I have ever had. The staff initially told me my wait would be 30min. After 2hrs with little to no progress in waiting and being seen I finally left. My time was Not valued nor did a feel valued as a patient. I will not recommend this place to anyone ! Terrible experience. Total waste of time !

Dr. (first name Abdul) was kind, patient, and informative, answering all my questions. He was good with my pre-teen as was the staff. I have also gone here for my own last eye exam (Jan 2021) and was pleased. I had a different doctor, but the same kind of friendly experience. I plan to return for my next visit & to bring the rest of my family.

Bad for business. Says they close at 4pm. Got here at 3:10 and drove 35 minutes to get here and they are already closed. The people in eyemart express said she literally just left and does this all the time and then it makes them(eyemart) look bad. It’s two businesses in one building. Make sure to call before you go because they apparently work when they want to.

Everyone at Martinez Eye Associates was knowledgeable and friendly. I took my granddaughter for an exam. The doctor took his time and made certain that her exam was thorough and that she received the correct prescription for her new glasses. Highly recommend!

I almost posted my review while waiting in the lobby after only being there a few minutes! I have worked in customer service for a long time so I know great service when I see it and Martinez Eye Associates has it! From calling to schedule the appointment, to receiving text reminders, to being greeted and spoken to like they have met me before... it was all wonderful! It was my first time there but I felt a warmness from all of the staff that I am sure it wont be my last time. And it wasnt just how they treated and spoke to the patrons/customers. How they spoke to each other with such love and encouragement and had a willingness to help one another made me wish I was working there! lol..... The staff and Dr. Abdul were phenomenal and may God bless them all!

I love this place. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. The female employee was super efficient. I was seen earlier than my appointment after I called to ask could they see me a day early. The rooms are heavily sanitized and they have as many Covid precautions in place as possible. Dr. Abdul Daranijoh Is excellent. He is extremely personable and friendly. Which put me at ease straight away. He gave me many options from glasses to lasik surgery. Even though the practice was busy they never made me feel rushed. Best eye appointment I’ve had in years. I’ll definitely book with them again.
