I wish that I could provide a rating lower than a one star for the services that were provided to my father. Absolutely horrible. The care or rather the non care that were provided by the caregivers and ( I use that word very loosely was below worthless). Every individual that was sent out was either lazy, or said that they were incapable of doing the work. I was told that I would receive a call from the owner which I did not. Very unprofessional. I am extremely surprised they are still in business. Quality Care? I think not.

Quality care services is a poor place to work for they dont care about there staff or the client they have in there facilities one facility has bed bug and roaches real bad the other two have the same they need to be close down and investigate please I recommend dont place your family any of these facility the names are. When you want care and it is important, and you need to count someone being there on time or even show up. This is not the company you want. When you want them to call you, this is not the company you want.WhenYou want a copy of the contract you signed, This is not the company you want. Poor quality of care, poor skills at making sure there is back up. The ownership does not care but will lie to you and talk a good talk lik they do. Dont trust them !

This is the worst company in the business. Mrs Scott I thought by me being employed by you years ago think you were still a good company. Your business is very unprofessional. Your company has lied on me to my PCA. Communicate with the patient and employee is extremely BADD!!! I would never recommend I mean never to anyone even not to a dead dog. Sad

When I received Caregiver Services from this company theCaregivers were not reliable. Management in my opinion was unqualified. Overall I would not recommend using this company.
