This review is for family health centers, orangeburg.Leon Brunson, CEO of family health centers, Orangeburg is a horrible human being. He wants to micromanage everything. No team effort, no motivation, no future working here. CEO doesnt care about providers. The only thing he cares about is his ego. He will promise you something and that thing will never happen. He will only do things that he wants to do without asking doctors or providers. Quality of the health care is a joke to him. He will never listen to you about improving quality of care. He also fires and hires employees at his will without any notice. Please stay away from this place as a patient or an employee if you want to have a peaceful life. There is a high turn over rate of the employee and health care providers because of the CEO and HR director (Lisa Seifarth). Most of the doctors and other providers leaving this place because of his rude behavior.
