Im in property management and know times are tough for a lot of people. Organizations are overloaded with the amount of requests for funds; but SC Thrive really went above and beyond for one of my residents tonight. Kim & Liz - the work you do does not go unnoticed. Business hours are different here than what is said on the recording when you call. Good luck reaching ANYONE to speak to here. Ive called multiple times in a row to get help about the website being down, and Ive yet to get through. What a stupid staff. Need to take action immediately.

I did not visit this location. I have been emailing them, encrypted, since August 2020 for emergency help to keep a roof over my families head. I was told I qualified, via a York County Government official. After sending in all my VERY personal, invasive information, THREE times, within the time allotted, I was denied. Thank Yeshua I took screenshots and hand written back up documentation. I have been turned down twice for unemployment and now, because I have pandemic emergency SNAP, I am being forced to send in my proof of self employment (which, as a business woman, I am dilegent in record keeping.)or I am going to be prosecuted to pay back the pandemic assistance that is keeping food in my daughters belly. South Carolina claims to be part of the Bible Belt...I know some have lost their way..Bless THEIR hearts...

Would not recommend as an employer. Low pay, heavy work loads & has favoritism with certain employees!!

Helped us pay rent through the covid crisis and we are very appreciative for the assistance at a time when the government is doing little to nothing to assist
