I was nervous about seeing a new doctor but Chassie is phenomenal! You can tell she wants to understand and actually cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen to you. Everyone was nice and made me feel welcome. It was a great experience, I highly recommend them!

Charlie Cornett and Jessica, his nurse, are the BEST! They dont rush U through, they listen, care, pay attention and have excellent bedside manner. Charlie is very knowledgeable and has your best interest at heart. If youre lookin for a GOOD PCP, hes your man!!!a GOOD PCP

This has to be the MOST flexible, caring and supportive MD office! Novak, Morgan and Holly are absolute awesome! Family Oriented and dedicated to their patients. A patient for LIFE! They handle refills and respond to faxes in a timely manner. Im ALWAYS impressed with their services.

Dr Novak is always caring and concerned. He always try’s to find underlying causes and is helpful with every thing .

We had my 7 month old get her ears pierced by Sheena Gentry! She was great and it was super quick and clean!!! Highly recommend 🙌🏽

Sadly, we will be looking for another family physician, Dr. Novack is a very nice man, with a wonderful bedside manner, unfortunately his nurse is not consistent with follow ups or job responsibilities, nor customer service, a little professionalism and personal responsibility go a long way, aggressiveness and confrontation are inexcusable.

I love this doctors office. Ms. Jackie at the front desk is so nice and Dr. Novack and his nurse Tara are EXCELLENT!!! They treat me and my mom like we are family. They seem to genuinely care about you and whats wrong with you. I would recommend this practice to anyone that is looking for a new doctor. The entire staff is AWSOME!!

I absolutely love this facility. I see Allison Ralston. She is such a Blessing to me. Im so Thankful for her. And the customer service from the receptionists as well as Christy Allisons nurse.They all are so friendly and precious.

They didn’t even check my temperature. They wouldn’t do lab work because “there isn’t enough time.”

Ok, Brandon, I think I get why some of your reviews are negative and some are positive. It seems like, correct me if Im wrong, you just dont like waiting period. It doesnt matter if it is for food or a freaking spot to park at Walmart! You dont like waiting which sounds more like a personal problem instead of a business problem. I mean you said the wait time was forever at the Beach Comber Resort! Forever? Really? That is your best description? If your going to leave a review, at least be realistic! I mean that kinda hits at your credibility which, I must say, does need to be hit at! Oh, something Id like to add is who are you to say a doctor or nurse is late? Are you referring to late for work or late for your appointment? Its your appointment not theirs silly! They cant be late to your appointment because it is your appointment! Jeez! Oh, I guess when you have an appointment to get your car fixed then you dont wait either! Furthermore, what are they supposed to do, since you have an appointment and you dont want the doctor to be late, right? Does that mean the doctor should just stop helping his current patient and say Im sorry Brandon is here Ill be right back when Im done with him. Come on, Brandon! Give me a break! Have some freaking sense! Maybe youll find a doctors office that the staff will cater to you and prioritize your time over every other patients. Maybe....No, that is probably highly unlikely!After all of that, I will say that today was my first time as a patient, and I felt that the staff was both logical, reasonable, and helpful which is sometimes hard to find in todays society, and after reading some of the negative reviews they may end up reading and there corresponding patients, well, Im surprised they were able to be as courteous and servicing as they did. Furthermore, I called them to thank them for there kindness where I ended up leaving a message on LIbbys phone, who is in charge, and tonight, at about 7 pm she called me and thanked me and further stated that sometimes all they hear is complaining and it is nice to hear someone with a good review. I think to myself that makes since considering usually when someone reviews they are emotionally charged and motivated by the desire to ruin a businesss reputation, especially the lengthy reviews. One more thing, and Ill end. I like the fact that you have to be right on time which means they are trying to work on making sure that you are taken care of within a reasonable time of your appointment. A reasonable time, Brandon, if you dont know, is under two hours, and furthermore, anything under an hour should be considered normal, especially when talking about a health business.
