After being her patient for many years, she pressured me to take medication that I had previously expressed legitimate reservations and concerns about taking into my body, which is my absolute right. She angrily lectured me with threats of specific medical conditions that would result if I did not agree with her, trying to coerce me to take her recommended prescribed drug. So, unfortunately, I had to get a new Endocrinologist. Bottom line, patients should never ever be scared into taking drugs, especially when there are alternatives. Patients have the final say, and that should ALWAYS be respected.

All medical members, staff and doctors are NOT allowed to ask patients if they are vaccinated. Its against the HIPAA the law.

I am a new patient. I really appreciated the extra care that Dr Gaynes-Kaplan gave to explaining what I need and the next steps. I think the staff at this office is awesome too. Everyone is professional and kind. I feel that I can rely on the information that I am given. I would definitely recommend this doctor to a friend.

3pm appointment, I show up at 2:45 as asked but she doesnt see me till 3:45. I had to leave work early so I could make this appointment. This is horrible customer service and her staff is a bunch of rude cranky individuals who do not know what a professional setting is. A doctor shouldnt say lose weight, cut carbs. Help me figure out a diet because clearly I am struggling with a healthy one.
