I reached out to Kristen at Elite Nutrition to seek help in learning how to properly eat & fuel my body for my active lifestyle. I knew what foods were healthy, but never quite knew how much to be eating and amounts of proteins, fats, carbs etc I needed to hit my goals. Kristen is very knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects. She explains everything in depth. Having videos to watch that explain things is also very nice vs. just having to read. I really enjoyed my experience with Elite Nutrition!

After tons of research on how I would best lose weight for my preparation to make weight in a Muay Thai tournament, I changed my search for a sports nutritionist. I found Kristen and immediately realized she would get me to my needed weight in the best way.Working with Kristen remotely not only due to Covid, but being in different states was very easy! The app she uses for communication was very easy- texting, video, data upload, etc.Kristen clearly understood my desire to lose 18 pounds in less than 3 months in a healthy way that would still provide me the needed energy to perform. My goal was to not use any supplements or the need to cut any weight.The meal plan she put together was easy to follow. The fitness pal app she recommended allowed me to easily create my own meals for hitting the carbs/cal/fat/protein numbers. Most importantly the new plan she designed for me gave me more endurance and quicker recovery!I did hit a plateau on the weight drop at one point; Kristen is very responsive and quickly made adjustments that got me past the plateau! Kristen is a great person to help you with your health goals!

If you are looking to make sustainable changes to not only reach your nutrition and workout goals, but KEEP them - then I highly recommend working with Kristen and Elite Nutrition and Performance. This is not a quick fix, 30 day challenge, type of program. You will learn how to do the work and will need to do the work for yourself to see the results you want. Kristen will help you and give you the resources to learn how to eat and workout for your body type to reach your specific goals. The best part is, you actually learn the science and math behind why youre eating what youre eating so you can continue to make progress or create new goals beyond this programs end. Within two months of working with Kristen I was having less headaches, more energy, and getting stronger in my workouts. I have definition in my arms that were definitely not there before starting this program and can left heavier weights, despite being someone who was regularly working out 5x a week YEARS before this program. Kristen has helped me figure out what I needed to change to start seeing the results Ive been working so hard to get for so long.

As a 53 yo Ultrarunner I had noticed that matter how much or how little I ran, how fast or how slow, I was not seeing my weight move. I felt tired and my run times showed it. I know hormones can play a big part in weight loss and Ive tried everything out there. I finally decided on finding a sports dietician who actually understood that I cant run 100 miles by eating 1000 calories a day. Kristen was the perfect person! Not only did she understand my dietary needs she looked at the entire picture and got me set up with a personalized plan. It worked! I lost 6 lbs, 10 inches and 3.3% body fat! And I saw an improvement with my 100 mile race time.... shaving off an hour and 20 minutes! I feel well fueled and energized thanks to Elite Nutrition and Performance!

I needed a professional’s perspective to find the right balance of numbers (calories and macros). Kristin was a huge help! She gave me straight-forward information for my eating plan to help me achieve my goals, and it was all based on me and my needs — age, activity level, health issues, and other factors. Why did I see your help:I started doing triathlon in 2019 and decide within my first year I was going to do a 70.3 Ironman. I did it with a descent time but suffer a lot in the last hour, mainly feeling dehydrated and exhausted. So I started to read more and quickly get to the conclusion that any coach always talk about nutrition as being the key to success. On the other side I was also struggling with cutting my weight done and I felt that working with a nutritionist will help me define a better diet, learn to make better food choices and manage better my nutrition through the race.What has changed:The results have been amazing. My new diet has allow me to be less fatigue, not being hungry and lose 12 lb and 10% of body fat in less than 10 weeks. No only I am able to sustain the effort longer, I became faster thanks to the 10lb less to carry. There is not one bike or carbon wheels that will make me gain as much as speed and performances as what I have gain by working with Kristen. The diet and advice were very much design for me and around my schedule. It made it easy to implement and easy to stick too. Another key factor has been the analysis on the sweat and hydration. I have learned a lot on how my body react to heat. It has been a huge improvement mainly for the long days on the bike (3-4h). Overall will recommend it to anybody that really want to improve their performance, but also how they feel each day during their training.

Kristen was great to work with. She set realistic nutrition expectations and goals for me, and I learned a lot about my body needs to fuel my workouts. The best thing about the experience was gaining so much lasting nutritional knowledge that I can continue to use long after the coaching ends. In addition to being informative, the sessions were always laid-back and included a lot of honest discussions about the diet culture and how social media can be a distraction for your nutritional goals. She was also eager to work remotely with me and was flexible with appointments. Highly recommended!

I am a workout person I workout 6-7 days a week. I eat pretty healthy but something was missing. My body was at a stand still. I wanted to learn about how to fuel my body, get the physique that I wanted, and just get educated on how to be in the best shape but more than anything the healthiest way. I met with Kristen and she was awesome from day one on. I saw her for 3 months. It was once or twice a month I would come in get measured, look over our food, and workouts. I saw rapid changes in my body, my energy levels, and most of all I learned so much about what to eat and how to eat. I wasnt over weight from the start but she took my body to where I have always wanted it and I am still seeing changes even after my time with her was done. She is still there for training questions rather it is food or my workout routine. She has educated me so much and is an awesome person to work with. If you listen to her and really hold to what she tells you, you will not fail or be disappointed but you have to be disciplined and the results are amazing !!!!! I will seeing her occasionally just too keep in touch and on track if needed but she really helps you so you can keep going successfully !!! She is AWESOME !!!!

I recently moved to Columbia from Florida where I had worked with a number of personal trainers, some of them very good, some not. Kristen is an excellent personal trainer. I called several trainers in Columbia when I was looking for someone and Kristen was the only one to take the time to speak with me in detail about what she offered and what she could do for me. That level of service has never wavered. She is 100% committed to helping me reach my goals. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is serious about getting in shape and achieving optimal performance.

Kristen was made for this profession. Her knowledge of nutrition and exercise is top notch. She is extremely dedicated and truly cares about her clients. She knows this field in and out and helped me clean up my diet and lose weight. Kristen came to spoke about nutrition to our group and provided a fantastic presentation. No one expected the detailed advice and information she related to us (in other words we didnt know how little we knew). If you hire this company (either personally or for a group) plan on several hours worth of information and learning a lot. Kristens knowledge of nutrition, how your body processes food, athletic training and staying healthy was clearly demonstrated. Im sure she would tailor the topic for any group.

I worked directly with Kristen to prepare for an upcoming kickboxing fight that required me to cut significantly more weight than I had in the past. She was knowledgeable about the kind of workouts I was doing and worked with me closely to create a meal plan that met my dietary restrictions as well as fueled me through my intense training. She was very flexible with my appointments since I was traveling from Augusta, GA to their office in Columbia, SC. Theres no one like them in my area and I was very grateful for her help. As a competitive athlete, I was very happy with the responsive, hands-on nature of working with Kristen and would recommend their services to any athlete (competitive or recreational) who is struggling with weight, performance or nutrition.

My experience with Elite Nutrition has been nothing but positive. I started my fitness and nutrition package about 10 weeks ago, and I have not only seen amazing progress in my physical abilities, but I have also learned more about how my body functions.I have been involved with fitness for the past 10 years, but did not get very serious until 4-5 years ago. I had hit a wall where I was not progressing, regardless of my diet and exercise - I was not reaching my goals. It was very discouraging and I felt something was wrong with me. I decided to contact Elite Nutrition and Performance, and I am so glad I did. The personal trainer/registered dietitian I have been working with, Sean, has been so helpful and has given me insight on how to eat and train properly.I highly recommend Elite Nutrition and Performance to anyone who not only want to lose weight, but want to learn how to properly eat and train. My goal was to gain weight - in muscle mass! They are there for you throughout the whole process and never make you feel embarrassed or bad about yourself. You just have to put the effort in! :)

Purchased item over 2 weeks ago and was never received. Contacted customers service several time over email and did not get answer. I took matters into my own hands and contacted the post office my self. Upon doing so the post office proceeded to tell me that they could not locate my package. After searching all over with neighbors I finally called customer service and was told that there was nothing they could do about my $45 package!!!!

I was interested in using this service for our family.They agreed to meet with me and did not provide any estimates on the meeting cost or the total cost.After the first meeting, when I told them I needed to think about the VERY expensive rates before I made a long term commitment, I asked them to hold off on any further services until my decision was made.At that point, they proceeded to charge me for other services, that I specifically stated should not be completed.We confronted, they knocked off some of the bill, but still charged me $150 for the initial 1 hour consultation.I highly recommend that anyone considering this organization request an up-front quote on the initial meeting charges and any future charges before attending a meeting with them.Also, I have found what I believe to be a much more thorough and complete service package for less than 1/4 of the cost.Do your research.

I have worked with Kristen since my first year of college, and she has always been a top notch trainer. This past year I had to get very serious about my fitness when I qualified for the Miss South Carolina pageant. I was not nervous at all about my swimsuit body when the final day came because I was READY. I did one-on-one training with Sean, and he gave me the push I needed to stay focused. And, Jesa helped me learn to work as a team during our early morning small group sessions. The best part about working with the staff at ENP was that I never truly felt like I was on a diet. I could still eat what I wanted to, but in moderation. I have never looked better! (:

Id like to share my success story after working with Kristen at ENP. I have been working out fairly regularly for many years and changed the way we eat to be healthier over the last 5 years or so. As I was approaching my 60th birthday, the scales seemed to be inching up along with my age and I weighed more than I ever had and just wasnt feeling good about myself. Ive participated in other programs, have done a lot of reading and knew the basics on nutrition and exercise but just couldnt wrap my head around how to adjust my way of doing things to stop the scales from climbing any higher. I decided that I needed coaching and to be accountable to someone. I met with Kristen and after our free consultation decided to sign up for the three month program. She mapped out a plan for me that allowed me to continue doing some of the group fitness classes Ive loved doing over the years and incorporate additional weight training. Probably the most beneficial though has been teaching me how and what to eat. With her help and the use of MyFitness Pal Ive been able to track/journal what Ive been eating and more clearly understand how to effectively do so. Im down about 12 pounds since the first of the year and my body fat/lean muscle mass percentages are good. I think Im in the best mindset ever to continue what Ive learned and make it a lifestyle Im comfortable living. There are a lot of experts out there with their own take of whats best and a lot of them contradict each other. Ive learned through this experience to pick a professional I trust and whose program works for me and stick with it.
