It is open by appt. No one besides my trainer was there and the equipment was immediately wiped down after use.

You cant get any better than Performance Private Training. Charlotte is not only a talented and dedicated trainer, she is an amazing person that cares so much about her clients. The gym is very clean and has everything you need to feel challenged and motivated, but never intimidated.Love this place and I will never go anywhere else!

Smaller gym than gym chains but has all the machines required for full body workout. Staff and trainers are very friendly and will customize a workout plan for you. Cheap $25 a month for membership. Also has Zumba and other classes.
