I really enjoyed my time at this gym. Its very convenient to get in and out and it was easy to sign up. However, a few problems that bring the rating down including dirty, broken equipment, way too expensive price (I was at a much larger, nicer gym in CT that was $15 a month), and not well ventilated. Other wise, its very convenient and no commitment necessary, which is great for someone who is looking for a quick and easy gym membership.

I dare someone to try and even tour the facility. Almost impossible to contact anyone here.Told in an incredibly short email to visit a restaurant (?) to initiate a gym tour and the workers there looked at me like I had three heads when I relayed the instructions.Yikes. Save the headache- go to the YMCA down the street.

Whoever owns this gym has really let it decay. Was great when it opened, now has pretty heavy wear in tear. Solid price but almost worth it to go to a better maintained gym.

Great location in the heart of Main Street. Easy parking, in and out fast. A very nice and clean, no frills, gym!

Good gym but terrible customer service. Only one lady to talk to who never answers her phone! They also have sports drinks and things to buy but never anyone there to purchase them from because they are not staffed.

Little to no wait, but limited equipment. If you need more than free weights and basic cardio and resistance machines you may need to look elsewhere. Can not beat the price and Ive heard the classes are intimate but fun.

I loved this gym, not too crowded, very convenient, inexpensive, had a shower, and worked well for me. It is not for every one as there is not a ton of equipment, but morning/afternoon it is a great place to work out

The people who work here are super nice and its never too crowded which is good. But its dirty and poorly lit. A lot of the machines are broken and the first floor is usually full of screaming muscle dudes, dropping weights and then pacing around for ten minutes without exercising much.
