My father has had issues with getting his prescriptions called in and filled. Checking ratings for here, this seems to be a common issue. With the bedside manner and prescription issues, Id recommend going to another office.

Started strong , service is poor now. Scripts not called in , need to make several calls to get anything sent to pharmacy. Love to refer you to other specialists. Need to change Drs.

They don’t even deserve one star.. The office is hot and smells of mildew. The only people that was courteous was the nurse that checked the pressure and the female that checks you out.. the dr has an intern that is very rude speaks down to you but yet question multiple things without really listening . Dr Serbin talks down to you and makes you wait over an hour and does not resolve the issue that you go to see him for..I’d rather be sick then to ever go back here.. when he lost the first office he should have left it there..

This place is ridiculous, Dr Serbin is in and out in 30 seconds or less. THREE times this office has been dysfunctional to the point where they can even send over a prescription to my pharmacy and I’ve had to wait a week to a month to get my prescription because all their staff is good for is “sending a note” back to Dr. Serbin. You cannot play with somebody’s mental heath when you’re prescription antidepressants. I was physically sick and sent into a spiral of suicidal thoughts because of their medical malpractice. So unprofessional, and when you call 10 times to figure that r out they get mad at YOU. Dr. Serbin his entire staff need to be fired!

Ive been dealing with Serbin for yrs and hes been nothing but great. People tend to forget that when we have the 1,000 yr flooding that his location was ome of those that was hit woth the flooding. They have been doing their best to make sure everything is fixed and appropriate for their patients.

Completely incompetent when it comes to simple things like calling in prescriptions!!! How hard it that?? Ive been going round and round for a week and they cant figure it out!!!!
