I found a wonderful physician! Dr. is amazing!! You’re going to be in there for a while but she care for the clients! I have anxiety when it comes to testing and as I prepare for the LSAT she wrote my accommodation letter explaining everything that goes on with me!

I used to be extremely happy to go to Dr UDOCHI as my PCP. BUT it is a rarity to even get an answer at the front desk. And if I do get through and leave a message I don’t get a call back. Or if trying to get an appointment it’s now 3 weeks away. When you complain the answer is always “ We are short staffed “ From patients point of view it’s extremely frustrating

Absolutely adore Dr. Udochi! Shes so expert w/ every medical issue, & caring & compassionate as well. She takes her time to truly listen to you & asks relevant questions. Unusual to find a general practitioner or family medical doctor who will sit w/ you for however long it takes to get to the bottom of what ails you. Her staff is great too. Shes my Dr. for over eight years now.

Not a bad practice at all really, but not one I would recommend either. I was there for a total of 4 hours just for a physical. I was also very very “encouraged” to buy their in office products to help relieve my anxiety, feeling more like an mlm suggestion than a doctors’. When they checked my ears they insisted that I get them flushed right then in the office, which I didn’t understand was the suggestion until they put a tube in my ear and began flushing. I just received a bill in the mail for the $70 procedure that was having my ears flushed, which I didn’t want, or ask for, nor did I confirm before they went ahead and did it anyway. I was also essentially shamed for some of my answers on the new patient form. There was open disapproval on certain answers and it was disheartening as I told myself surely if you can be honest with anyone without fear of judgement it’s a medical professional. Then I was told to come back the next day to get an allergy panel that I didn’t ask them to do but they insisted on as I had told them I already had an appointment to do so elsewhere. They instructed me to cancel my appointment with an actual diagnostic lab as they claim to be able to conduct the panel in house. So I come the next day just for them to have no idea what I’m talking about and tell me to come back again the day after that. Needless to say I didn’t. This may be a better practice for family units or those with young children but as a young adult myself I do not recommend.

I made an appt here as a new patient a few weeks ago and I arrived for my appt 5 min early. I waited a full hour and 15 min and never actually saw the Dr. There were only 3 ppl ahead of me & the front office staff were extra busy (with whatever they had going on)—it was legit work—not just sitting around. I will admit, everyone seemed nice & friendly. Not sure if they’re overbooking appts or what but I can’t afford to wait like for straightforward appts (just a physical). I had to leave and pick up my child. Hate that I wasted so much time on a day I took off from work.

I am very nice and considerate of healthcare workers, so I hate leaving bad reviews, but I had to rate my experience here.I had my appointment 2 months ago, and when I walked in, I could see how disorganized it was. The office had files everywhere and they took a while to even obtain my information. I was also requested to pay before the appointment, which is not something a clinic should force upon patients. I sat waiting for an hour and a half in the waiting room, and then finally I was called. I wanted to leave but I already paid and needed to get a check-up. I then waited 45 minutes more in the actual patients room. The staff rushed me through places and it did not feel clean or distanced, even if there wasnt a pandemic. My time with the doctor took 15 minutes. She tried to get me to come back the next day for allergy testing but I refused because I was not going to wait again when I had plans. She also told me my insurance was bad and barely gave money. Then, I was taken to get my ears cleaned out, which I have never had a complaint of ear wax from a doctor before this. I do not believe the nurses knew what they were doing, as they scraped my ears and it was painful. They also shot a high speed jet water into my ears, affecting my senses (I was dizzy and felt like I had to pass out). I then waited even longer to get blood drawn, which should have been something I needed to prepare for or given time before the appointment to prepare for. The woman who drew my blood was very casual and sweet, but she was on FaceTime the entire process and had her mask below her nose. She then remarked about how many appointments she had for the rest of the day, this clinic likes quantity over quality for sure. I am in graduate school and had to attend class during this whole appointment because it lasted over 3 hours, past my appointment time. Further, when I went to get my urine tested, I could see other patients cups of urine in the bathroom, someone could have easily messed with their results. I did not see anyone clean the bathroom or rooms after I had left or after anyone else had left. It is 2 months from my appointment, and I have not received any lab result yet. I have called and my mother has called regarding this. The front desk said they would send one last week and it has not happened yet. We are making an insurance claim so that I can receive my results. If you like quality visits, professionalism, and short wait times, I would not come here.

I have been having Millennium Family Practice manage my healthcare and well being for the past five years. From the very beginning, Dr. Udochi dialed into my health history, and over the years shes arranged for various preventative maintenance tests to be administered. Although most all of the results have been normal, shes still made suggestions that I feel will be the essence to my good health, well into my senior years. My lifestyle is such that I do a lot of traveling, often times for extended periods. While away from the area I feel confident and secure in knowing that my Doctor is just a phone call away!

Dr. Udochi is a great choice.

Dr Udochi is great and would absolutely give her practice 4 or possibly 5 stars.  Some of the nurses dont seem to be to happy working there.  Some like to smoke and you have to sit there and smell heavy cigarett smell.  The wait is HORRIBLE, be prepared to wait on an average of at least 2-3 hours prior to be seen by her even with an almost empty waiting area.  We understand that maybe all the nurses are not her choice due to sharing the practice with other providers, however its her choice to see more patients that her time allows. Its sad to see that there are plenty of other reviews that state the same. She seems to be a good doctor and after just a couple of times we are not planning on going back.

Here service was very nasty and front office nurses was very unfriendly and rude to patient. Also waiting time at least 2-5 hours. This doctor office not doing good jobs not working thoroughly as I needed medical paperwork for my child and taking so long not tell what they need to do. They were so taking long time and waiting.

I have known Dr Udochi for over 15 years. I have followed her to every new office that she has moved into. Dr.Udochi will go above and beyond in taking care of you with her expertise. She not only addresses your health problems she also will give advise about any situation when asked. Dr Udochi is very nice, but this is my fourth visit and the staff is just not respectful of my time. My previous appointments with her ran so late (didn’t see the doctor until over an hour after my appointment) and today, I came in at 9am for a blood draw and the phlebotomist did not show on time-- 20 minutes late. It is so frustrating because i took the entire morning off work for this.The phlebotomist was extremely rude-- acting like I was the one who was 20 minutes late! When I voiced my concerns to the front staff, they had her apologize, which was just... awkward.The wait is just too long. They signed me up for a telemed appointment this week but no one can tell me how I will be connecting with the Doctor. Will i receive a call? I dont know. Will i receive a link? You should. Will this be over video? I dont know. Will it be an hour wait on the phone? I can answer that one!! Probably.

I had an amazing experience today. My doctor was extremely friendly with outstanding bedside manners. The front desk staff were also friendly and very efficient! It made going to the doctors very easy and not dreadful.

Dr. Udochi is a superb doctor very carring and knowledgeable BUT the customer service here is really bad. More than once I have waited 3 hrs plus to see Dr. Udochi. Its really unfortunate that she constantly over books herself and cant stick to a schedule. You have been warned you will wait multiple hours to see Dr. Udochi on any given day. Dont think you can come here on ur lunch break, u will not get back to work! Sadly dont think I will be returning to here. Punctuality and caring for others people time is important. Nurse practitioners here are lacking compassion, I wouldnt recommend them which is also why the wait time is so horrible here. Hurt to give her this review but its honest.

I have been going to Dr Udochi for probably more than10 years now and obviously think she is the greatest. At times you are made to wait a ridiculous amount of time but Dr Udochi is worth it. When you are seen by her she really does take the time with you so she bound to run late at times.Her staff changes a little to often for my liking but I dont think all of it has to do with her or the office necessarily.Lastly, the staff is great, they are ALWAYS respectful and pleasant people.

The wait or garbage don’t come here . you could b the only patient in the office & still have to wait at least 2 hours to b seen . many assistants / nurses just sit around doing nothing while people are waiting to b seen & b on their way .

My mom is not as healthy as she could be had she had a doctor that was as knowledge or frankly that cared enough about their patients. Dr. Njide Udochi is very attentive to her patients. She has Outstanding Beside Manners. She listens to you. She does thorough exams and tests. If she suspects something, she tests for it to either find what’s wrong or to eliminate this off the list. She refers you to all of the appropriate doctors, if you have a certain condition. For example, if you are diabetic, she ensures you have an echo done; a circulation test done and she refers you to a podiatrist and ophthalmologist. My husband and Son are also patients of hers and she has diagnosed and treated them. I am very very pleased with her as a doctor. We need more Doctors like Dr. Njide Udochi. She get Stars from me.

Don’t GO HERE! Having an appointment is like not having an appt! You can get seen quicker in the emergency room! Each time i go the minimum wait to be seen is 3-4 hours totaling about 6 hours for the entire visit. This is with an appointment! This is definitely a quantity over quality and they don’t respect your time. Please plan to be here for they’re entire 8 hrs shift including lunch!

The best care ever. 28 years and no other doctors knew what was wrong with my neck! An my first time in there office they knew exactly what my problem was. I love them so much!!!

I went in for an Acute migraine and basic bloodwork. She wants me to take medicine no other doctor said I needed to. Then wanted to know why I wasn’t in certain medicines. I don’t believe in taken more than I need. Questioned my medical allergies and wants me to go back in a week? The office was so cluttered I was experiencing anxiety. Several patients were in and out and I am not sure things were cleaned properly. I will be filing an appeal on the claim. I refuse to pay for treatment where I as a patient was not listened to. Medicine is not always the cure for the problem. Sometimes it’s just know you have things and how to del with them in healthy manners.

I have been a patient of Dr. Udochi for many years. She has always been very kind and attentive to my health concerns and needs. It’s hard to find a doctor that is genuine and actually cares about your well being . I know we are all busy with our lives but when you get great treatment , service, care,and compassion when you are feeling your worst . So I wanted to take the time and say that I thank Dr. Udochi and her staff for always providing me with exceptional care. Julie V

AVOID THIS PRACTICE. If you like to be seen at least an hour after your scheduled time, and once you are seen, sit in the room for an additional 30 minutes, then this is your Doctor. If you like being seen on time, in a professional environment, by the Doctor each visit, then dont choose here. Even when I was the first appointment of the day, this office is behind. I cant imagine if you are later in the day. When I tried to get my records sent to my new Doctor, they were very unresponsive to the request.

I’ll start off by saying this practice is TERRIBLE! the whole staff is unprofessional even down to the managers! Yesterday I overheard a patients diagnosis being joked on among front office staff. The doctor is also very rude to her staff. She called one of her workers in the room and yelled at her in front of me! This is not how u correct the wrong doing of staff. It’s embarassment. The check out girl crystal is very nasty and short tempered I was asking questions in regards to setting an appointment and she was turning red in the face and huffing and puffing. I would not recommend anyone to this practice & I will be calling the office of civil rights and contacting the Maryland department of labor licensing & regulations. If no one else will speak up I will!!!!

Fantastic service from Dr. Udochi, my parents know little to no English and it is hard for most doctors to be patient or listen to them speak, and usually I am in school when they have there appointments so I cant help them out with translating, but ever since our insurance has changed and they got moved to the care of Dr. Udochi, everything changed. When they get home they tell me how kind and patient she was with them and how she would try her best to understand what they were saying, never getting annoyed or irritated. So today it just so happened I was able to go with them to meet this miracle doctor, and she was exactly what my parents described: Kind, humors, and knowledgeable. Not only was she an amazing person but she is also a fantastic doctor. My dad had some major head pains and something growing on his cheek, so she prescribed him some medicine to take a few times a day, within 2-3 weeks he said he felt amazing. To sum it all up Dr. Udochi is one of a kind, Maryland is very lucky to have someone like her around

The first problem was with the cognitive test they had me take. The equipment was not working properly and it caused the test to not be accurate. The doctor wrote me prescriptions and 2 of them required pre authorization. It has now been 4 days waiting on them to complete the necessary paperwork. When I contacted them about it they said they were too busy and pretty much blew me off. In fact the lady that answered the phone said if I dont like it then dont come back. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. Absolutely worst experience Ive ever had!!!!

Every time I go into this doctors office I have an appointment and I have to sit and wait to be seen at least an hour. Just about every time I go into the office the waiting room is at least 10 people waiting if not full! The people are nice but I feel that they are about quantity not quality! Will be looking for another doctors office!

My husband and I both go here and truly happy with how we are treated and how thorough the Drs are with there patients.

Dr. Udochi is the best Doctor I ever had! I became her patient more than 3 years ago. Now all my family members and some friends are her patients. We truly appreciate care and professionalism of Dr. Udochi and her team.

I’ve been a patient for a year here. I usually see Deidra who is amazing I request her each time. While the wait to finally be seen can be dreadful the staff makes up for it so I continue coming back.

She is great doctor me and my family have been going here for 10yrs plus I wouldn’t changer her for the world ....... Again she is a phenomenal doctor

I love dr Udochi she is the best doctor in the world. She really cares about her patients. If you need a doctor please check her out you wont go anywhere else once you meet her.
