Took a friends dog to kennel so they could leave on trip early. Great place. Clean, nice people, easy to get to!

Have been taking my dogs here for over a year. Jen gives a great cut. And my dogs are not so stressed when I pick them up from here as they were at other places.

I boarded my dog for one week and she came home with scabs and sores all over her legs, and sores on her stomach, that were not present when she was dropped off. I’ve boarded her at places that were the same price, where she didn’t seem thrilled to leave because she had such a great time, but it seemed she couldn’t get home fast enough from this place. I won’t be boarding her here again.

I really liked very near to me. And more important my dog like it and she was safe. Will use again.

Definitely the worst experience Ive ever had with boarding my dog. The only reason I gave one star is because the owner was nice. I had to go out of town at the last minute over Thanksgiving holiday and this was my only option for boarding my dog and now I know why. As soon as I walked in the door, the odor was overwhelming. When I picked my dog up, he was filthy and smelled horrible. His bed ,which is cream colored, was so dirty and smelled so bad that I threw it away. I picked up my dog on Monday and he didnt eat until Wednesday afternoon. I called the vet to see why he wouldnt eat and they told me some dogs have a difficult time recovering from an unpleasant experience. SERIOUSLY?? Not only would he not eat but hes seems much more aggressive toward my kids and hes never growled or barked at them!! Obviously, we wont be returning to this place.

This is the only place I will ever leave my dogs. They are the best around and they are wonderful people.I feel blessed to know them and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Rick and Tricia!

Bear Creek Kennels does a wonderful job. Our Regina is always happy and healthy when we pick her up. We are so blessed to have found them!

I have used Bear Creek several times and each time I have been more than satisfied.The first time I needed a place for him to stay, I asked around. We had only been in Columbia for a couple of years, so being the dog lover that I am I was very particular where I left him. I asked around and heard Bear Creek time after time. Each time his weight had not changed and he looked great. I just left him there eleven days. With the exception of Fluffy staying at the kennel we are together 24/7/365.What else can I say?

I have two large breed dogs and kept them there 10 days. Price was only 250! For both! And they got to stay together. Their weight was perfect, and they smelled better than when I dropped them off. Easy to see they were very well taken care of. These people have been in business for a long time because my mother used to take our Cocker Spaniel to be boarded when I was a child (I am 27), and even then our Cocker would come back healthy. Also, they open at seven and I pulled up even before then. The owner was already walking out there to tend to the dogs. That alone showed a lot. Thanks BCK

This place is awesome

Took my dog to the kennel for the weekend. When I returned. My dog was very nasty, and very sick. He had lost 3Ibs in 3 days. Soon as we got home. He started throwing up. I immediately took him to the vet. Had him treated. A few days later, my dog had to be put in the hospital. He had caught something. To make a long story short. We had to have him put down yesterday. I would never go to this kennel again! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
