I was very nervous about trying a doggy daycare because of all the horror stories and personally working in the pet industry. I’ve never trusted anyone with my baby. Ever. Well, I’d received a few recommendations from clients that spoke very highly but procrastinated before taking the first step.Once I got the courage I reached out on Facebook with a laundry list of questions. I was overjoyed with the professionalism and patience given because I know all to well what it’s like dealing with new owners.Yesterday was the first visit and I kept thinking to myself ‘if they don’t call, everything is fine.’ Literally all day.I picked up my heart & soul at 6pm and said that she did really well! She fit in with all groups but did the best with the medium size group and she also played ALL day!Guys, she’s 9... and literally sleeps 18hrs a day. You can imagine my excitement!Today I was expecting her to be sore and sleepy, but she’s up and wandering. 💙 Of course I instantly paid for the 5 day package.

I would recommend this establishment without hesitation. My dog stayed at this facility for three monthsWhile at FT. Jackson for military training and he was treated well. The staff called me and emailed me consistently and I was able to visit my dog on the weekends and they even sent me videos and pictures. The hospitality and amazing customer service was priceless and while I was going through a stressful training it felt great to know my dog was in a safe place.The owner and her staff were really great and worked with me and my challenging schedule. The amazing thing about this experience is that while I didn’t know anyone in South Carolina and wasn’t familiar with their business they stepped up and answered the call faithfully.During this process the owner gave me a great discount and didn’t even badger me about any payments until the end of his stay and I appreciated their care and concern.All of the positive reviews about this facility and the staffAre indicative of their talent and impeccable work with animals. Multiple times when my dog ran out of food they even went out and purchased him food given my schedule and added it to the bill. While I left a great tip at the end for their care and attention to my beloved pet money isn’t enough to convey their amazing hospitality and professionalism and the attention they showed my beloved Yorkie.

The most trustworthy place for your pets. I refer everyone here. They have a system based on solid dog knowledge that works for each pet. Couldnt ask for a better facility with better people.

My dog loves this place and comes home exhausted. Sleeps for 2 days and overall is well behaved after coming home

We just started taking g our three year old basset there for play dates. So many places in the area do not do that. I want her to be around other dogs. This place is great. Divide the dogs up by size and they all go out in fenced play area. I give it 5*****.

Rex loves coming here for boarding when we are in Columbia. You can tell the staff truly love what they do. I highly recommend them.

You know that kindred-spirit feeling you get when you realize that another person is a true dog lover? These are those people. They dont just provide a comfortable place to stay for your beloved family members, they truly care about them and do their best to make them as happy as possible when theyre away from you. Paws Paradise is THE BEST! Bonus: they often post pictures of the doggos that are staying with them on their Facebook page, so when youre on vacation, you can look and see for yourself how much fun theyre having!

I took my very active boxer mix there last week. Jessie and Stacy have been so helpful! I was nervous about how my dog would do but they kept me updated throughout the day. Everyone there is friendly and fantastic with the dogs. And my dog was so worn out after!

My dog and I love this place and all the employees. He runs in and comes home tired and happy. I feel good knowing that they care about my boy as much as I do!

My German Shepard pup, Danika, goes once a week. I have been taking her to get her socialized but even more important to wear her out ! She comes home and collapses on the couch as soon as she gets home. This only lasts a day or two so I am going to start taking her at least twice a week. She is always excited to see where she is going when we pull into the parking lot. I would definitely recommend them.

Im the owner of a paws paradise, and would like to give a quick response to a review given by Patty Jones earlier this month. I am so sorry she felt like she had a bad experience with us, but i do wish she had actually seen our business before reviewing. I am terribly sorry that we were not here when she came, but we do take a lunch break everyday from 1 to 2:30 in the afternoon, the dogs get 9.5 hours of playtime a day, so even they need a break:) Occasionally we do not get out for lunch on time, and if we have no pick ups right after lunch, we will extend our lunch break to make up the difference. If i made an appointment with her for 230 and this was one of those ocassions, I truly am sorry for missing her.As far as the dogs unattended...yes they are left unattended at lunch, but they are separated from one another. that being said, we often have multiple dogs in a family, so absolutely they stay together when we are not here. And yes, you can see dogs from the windows, and i promise you they enjoy looking out too:)We take a lot of pride in taking care of all our furry friends and strive to give them a fun place to spend when they are away from home. I do hope anyone reading the review from earlier this month would give us a chance and actually come see what we are about before making a decision. The wonderful staff really helped us out when we were in a bind, not only taking fantastic care of our pup but sending him home to us as clean as could be.

I love A Paws Paradise. They have always taken excellent care of our dogs, especially the older ones with special needs and meds. The dogs all get to run and play outside and get plenty of exercise and fun. The staff are well trained, professional, super friendly, and keep the dogs safe. All the dogs here have all their vaccines up to date. The new facility is bigger and brighter. The staff really work hard to accommodate all the dogs needs. They even take pictures of the dogs and post them on Facebook so while you are away you can see what your puppers are up to! They have a doggie pool, obstacles to climb on, shade, and a great outdoor run for the dogs. I highly recommend A Paws Paradise!

Wonderful! We boarded our cockapoo here for a few days and she came home exhausted and very happy. This place is a bit of a drive for us, but we wouldnt take her anywhere else.
