The staff is always pleasant and the procedure was better than I anticipated. I appreciated the staff conversing with me during the procedure, it really helped. I also like being in an environment that is kept clean and sanitized. Everyone takes his/her work seriously and that makes all the difference.

Staff was very professional and nice. I was nervous but when I got there all of my questions were answered they have good bedside manor. Treatment was a quick and easy experience. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful staff, although they were short one staff member, who had left to return to school to become a Physicians Assistant! Cant complain about that level of inspiration. The lead doctor did his work in his place while she was searching for a replacement Medical Assistant.The doctor was very knowledgeable about a variety of different vein diseases, treatments, diagnostic procedures, etc. and what I could do right now until I could tolerate the diagnostic procedures. She was extremely helpful. The only thing that I did not ask her about was what the treatments were for either varicose veins or for veins that have incompetent valves causing backwash of blood down into the lower leg, which will cause varicose veins, as well as edema and swelling. This I blame myself for, because I was taken aback by the amount of information that I was provided with to start with, we did discuss the saphenous vein (one option only,) but we didnt discuss what to do for incompetent valves in the lower to mid leg (which is what I think that I have, due to a family history of it.)I will ask her again when I call in to set up my next appointment for the diagnostic ultrasound for one leg, and then for the second leg 2 weeks later.

All of the staff members were very knowledgeable, caring and efficient. Dr. Alford explained very well the treatment that I needed, and what to expect during and after it. I felt very comfortable with the process and would highly recommend this clinic.

I took my friend, who is like a mother to me, here because she is having problems with her legs. This is a very welcoming office. It was a bit of a challenge because they are on the 8th floor and she was exhausted by the time we got from the car to the office. But the reception and treatment once we arrived was gracious. There was the usual forms and wait time but the care was worth the process. The technicians and doctor were proficient they were compassionate and thorough. We left with a clear understanding of her condition and what treatments would be provided. We were very satisfied.

Dr Buckner and his staff are professional, curious, friendly and make their clients feel at home... From my first visit back in Nov 2019, through my procedures I was treated with kid gloves... After the procedures, Dr Buckner, himself, called to check on me... He makes the whole experience easy from the minute one walks into the waiting room... If you need help with vericos veins, thisnisnthe place to go!

I am giving Dr. Buckner 5 stars starting with the consultation, customer service and treating my legs! I experienced excruciating pain and swelling in both of my legs started in 2016 after traveling. In 2018, I had the same pain except it was worse. I went to my Primary Care Physician crying because my both of my legs were swollen however one of my legs are throbbing 😫. I had X-Rays and blood clot tests still no diagnoses. My Primary Care Physician referred me to Vein Clinics of America. I started going to Dr. Buckner in October of 2018 since then with Doctors orders and follow ups my legs are healed! I do recommend having insurance because it is pricey for these type of treatment however it is worth it! Thank you Vein Clinics and Dr. Buckner team for treating my legs!

I dont know where they found so many caring, professional people but they hit the jackpot. Everyone at the Columbia location is pleasant, always attentive and caring, and above all, they are capable health professionals who take excellent care of you. I am so happy I chose Doctor Buckner and his staff to treat my legs. From the front desk staff to the nurses, this place is the best!

The consultation was great, the malpmap appointment was great. All of the staff I saw and interacted with were friendly, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. However, I was told that I would receive an email from the billing manager with information about the cost of the treatments Ill need as well as how much my insurance will pay. Just waiting on that piece so I can proceed.

I have suffered with leg pain,cramps and tired ,heavy feelings in my legs since my late 20s. Up until recently I had always been told it was a cosmetic issue regardless of the symptoms I experienced. Luckily I saw a web ad for Vein Clinics of America. I am under going treatment now and so far in the leg I have had treated I am not getting the leg cramps and pain and I understand it should get better from there. The staff was great and made the experience a lot less scary than I thought it would be.Thanks!

Wonderful people, great place.

It was an uncomfortable, painful, experience and the doctor seemed to minimize it. I was looking forward to having the last step done (getting rid of the unsightly surface veins, but the nurse only did one side of each leg. The next time, a different nurse did the procedure but my insurance would not pay for more. I could not tell any difference in before, and after. Maybe others had a better experience, but it was not what I expected. The staff, however, was very friendly.
