Took a little bit to get seen (but I was a walk- in), but once my care started, they did a great job. Care was just as good as at an ER, just more timely since my issue wasnt a true emergency. Would recommend and go again.

The staff was friendly and got my daughter in as quickly as possible. Only 1 hour wait for walk in. Staff was friendly and I got to pay my bill immediately and it was a pleasant experience

The nursing assistant Tanya was wonderful. As was the physicians assistant.. Very knowledgeable and didnt take long to get my information across. I was in-and-out of there in 45 minutes with several blood draws. I would highly recommend them.

I scheduled my visit online, got in to see the Provider on time (early slot before they got too busy). The Provider took her time, evaluated and listened to me. Came back with care plan options as well as her recommendation, and why she made the recommendation. Very easy to talk to. If I need Urgent Care again I’ll return to NextCare.

I was a walk in patient, and I was in and out within 30 minutes. The provider was EXTREMELY kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel like she truly cared about helping me to start healing. Such a wonderful experience.

Everyone was very kind. The NP offered great care. The wait was really long. We scheduled a visit for rapid COVID test for my daughter. Then waited an additional 2hrs to be seen. It seems walk-ins were taken ahead of us, so I am not sure if a scheduled appointment is necessary.

Nice people, pretty clean office. My rapid covid test was set for 10:50am but I was not seen until about 12pm, and not out the door until 12:35pm, which is reason for the 3 stars. Otherwise fine

I’m sure this place has great potential, but they need to learn proper triage. Covid tests are important, but not time sensitive. Pharmacies being open, especially on weekends, should be considered.

I made an appointment a day before. Arrived and sat for at least 45 minutes with no one else in the lobby and didnt get in. Do not come here for any kind of testing. Even when you sign up ahead of time they are either well under staffed or completely disorganized.

This place used to be fast. Now its slow! Ive been here for 2 plus hours. Had me sitting in the exam. room for an hour plus. Staff keeps stating, someone will be in to see you shortly. 30 minutes later still not seen. I never spent that much time at my primary care doctors office. Actually, I never spent that much time at any doctors office. This is ridiculous! SmhThen the doctor writes me two scripts that none of the pharmacies have. This is crazy!

Elizabeth Fagiolo was the nicest most efficient provider that I have ever seen at this location. I would recommend her to everyone. Thank you for your care.

Went smooth and fast. Same day appointment. Use online appointment booking. Lots of people were walking in and got turned away. Online allows you to checkin online and wait in car.

They’re super busy but it’s not the fault of the staff. They handle things as best they can :). It is silly that system the company uses asks for your information but none of that transfers to the staff so they have to ask for all of that same information again. The staff can’t do anything about it. The company needs to fix this issue.

Very professional outstanding staff extremely clean. Was able to get in very quickly I had a upper respiratory infection they knew exactly what to do. I highly recommend that you use Providence Urgent Care. They are really good at what they do. The entire visit was 30 minutes beginning to end.

Showed up at 6pm, did not get a room until 8pm, did not get seen until close to 9. (They close at 8) The front desk lady was snobby and tried to bill the wrong insurance and sat there and told me it was because she didnt want to call them again because she was on hold. My son had a traumatic injury and started having problems breathing. The doctor refused to do an x-ray on his ribs, which is where most of his pain was, even after I requested it. The thoroughness of this clinic is ridiculous. Maybe it is better during the day, but do not expect to get anything great in the evening. I will ALWAYS bypass them and go straight to Boone.

I had tried going to the ER the night before and my friend and I waited 3 hours for them to see me.It is due to the fact that its future patients are seen on a need basis not a first come first serve basis.People that were coming in with more serious health needs are always treated firstNeedless to say I was never seen and had to leave before being treated.I was treated within an hour when I went to NextCare urgent Care thats why Im very grateful and willing to write a nice little review.It was quick and painless, and had the best check in system Ive ever seen! All being on your phone so that you can do it at your own pace. It even shows you how many people are waiting ahead of you. Watch gives you the ability to guess how long youll be there.Im never going anywhere else because this was an awesome experience and Im very happy! I got medication like I said within an hour.

The front desk receptionist are horrible poor customer services & lack communication skills. When your appointment are routed to other locations they will not inform you or advise that you will have to wait in line as a walk in although although you made an appointment and the relocation of the appointment had nothing to with you. I WOULDN’T recommend this place for not even a rat. Poor service is beyond ridiculous!!!

I went in for a Covid test, left with a completed test and a shot in each butt cheek for migraines. Well worth the wait for the laugh. I wont ever forget the experience, especially for the next couple of days. Staff is friendly, ballsy (for putting a needle to my cheeks), professional, and helpful. For any clinical needs, this is, and will continue to be, my only choice spot.

Went it for a rapid Covid test. Receptionist was kind and helpful. The nurse practitioner who came in to tell me my results was quite mean. She was laughing at me for being with my family before I knew I was sick. When asked if I had been exposed to anybody, I told her my brother just tested positive. She responded to this by saying “well, you gave it to him- Because you’re positive”. When she had no knowledge of my brother’s case. On my walk out she was laughing with another nurse about me. I never write bad reviews or reviews at all, but this lady made me cry when I was just trying to do the right thing.

Went in knowing I had a cold/sinus infection and voiced that I wanted a steroid shot to quickly get rid of it.. they gave me a covid test and strep test. When it came back negative they sent me on my way to buy over the counter meds. Of which NONE of the suggested meds have worked. I chose this urgent care because it has great reviews... I would have gotten more help calling around to family doctors, they would have at least listened to my request

This clinic is awesome! I called at 730 on Sunday evening when they close at 8. They did not make me feel bad for needing to be seen so close go closing time,instead they told me to come on in. I had to be seen for a covid test and when I got there, there was no awkward silence, or any shying away, just smiles. The nurse was awesome, as was the doc. They both made normal conversation with me even after my positive results. Thank you to MU Urgent Care Clinic for being so kind to me in a stressful situation! You guys rock!!

The staff were nice, and the room was clean. However I went here to get my blood drawn, urinalysis and a culture done and was charged $165 even after my insurance. That’s ridiculous.

Had a bug fly in my ear while mowing. It worked its way to my ear drum and when it moved it drove me crazy. Young lady put lidocaine in my ear to kill it then used pressured flush to get it out. Instant relief!!!!!!!

My mom was here from out of town and was having a reaction to medications. Although we couldnt get an appointment the day we wanted (early close for a holiday) we got an appointment the next morning. It was pretty quick to get in, be seen, and get a prescription

One of them (the woman who wasn’t training someone sorry I didn’t catch her name) went above and beyond and I greatly appreciate it! Vikki did my Covid test and was very reassuring beforehand! Overall 10/10 experience the fact that they have such amazing attitudes during a pandemic is freaking incredible. Keep it up!!

The staff members are kind, but the wait time is atrocious. My appointment was at 1pm and I did not get in until 1:50pm. They will also let walk-ins go that came in after your appointment in before you.

I’m grateful for the experience, I didn’t feel judged for being there. It’s such a stressful time - the unknown of this virus. Medical care providers are stretched thin. So - thank you so much.

It has been 9 days since testing and results still aren’t in. I just called to check on results and was on hold for 50 minutes. Wish someone would explain how taking 7-14 days for results is effective testing. I think this is actually doing more harm than good for the community. How many people are truly going to quarantine for 14 days for a test that may or may not be positive? MU is definitely the more efficient place to get tested locally since results are given much faster.

Horrible. Was told to wait outside in the cold. Tried calling and there was no answer. Still on the phone we walked back inside and you could hear it ringing. The women behind the desk were constantly removing their masks while talking to each other. Also watched as two patients had appointments at 9:30 had to wait to be seen.Update- Not once was offered a ice pack for broken fingers in the two hour wait. The doctor was appalled with the two women working the front desk. They honestly couldn’t have cared less about the people in their lobby.

I arrived at this urgent care at 1:30pm and was told to come back at 2:15 as that was the earliest appointment available. I came back at 2 and waited for over 2 hours in my car. I tried calling the front desk and I was unable to reach them by phone so I’d have to walk in and ask them how many people were ahead of me and for over an hour and a half they said there were 2 guests ahead of me. The people at the front desk had zero since of urgency and said that it was not possible to schedule an appointment which is absurd when encountering wait times over 2 and a half hours!

This is not as much a review of this particular clinic, but the corporation as a whole. First, that automated, maze of a phone system is AWFUL. I spent about 5 minutes just trying to confirm some information regarding the services offered at THIS location before I drove an hour and a half. Why does that system have to cover every clinic nation wide? Next the website. Equally poor. It gives very general information for specific needs. Both of these systems need a MAJOR overhaul!

My son and I received excellent care at Providence Urgent Care. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The nurse who roomed us and collected vitals was amazing with my rowdy toddler. She managed to collect a Covid swab without him getting upset at all! The nurse practitioner we saw was very thorough and was also great with my son. Our care was quick without ever feeling rushed. I would highly recommend them!

I would leave a zero if I could but google won’t let me. If you have anywhere to be don’t book an appointment with them. They have zero rush to get you in. Maybe they are currently low on staff but to hear employees talking in the back and only pulling one person at a time is truly frustrating.

I was able to be seen promptly. The medical plan of care and treatment made sense. The office was clean, and the staff were compliant with covid guidelines.

Fast, friendly and competent assistance!

Quick service on a Sunday. In and out with strep, flu, and COVID results in under an hour. I like that the app shows you how many people are waiting in line.

The staff and nurses were courteous. They treat your whole person (emotional and physical). No bureaucracy, no drama, and no unnecessary hold when you need to talk on the phone. They strive to meet your needs. Its a whole new (+ve) experience.

Got in quickly. Will have to return in 5-7 days.

The ladies at the front desk were a bit overwhelmed by the morning rush but handled it calmly. The nurse was nice and explained what she was going to do. The nurse practitioner seemed a bit moody and tired like she needed a vacation. She came in the room and gave her speech on Covid-19 which was really fast and said they would call us in 1-5 days with results.

It appears that scheduling an appointment does no good, considering my girlfriend has been sitting next to me in the waiting room for over 50 minutes past her scheduled time now. Im currently waiting over 20 minutes past my scheduled time, but expect to wait much longer. You might as well just walk on in, because your scheduled time wont even be close to when you arrive. We even each showed 10 minutes early to move things along faster. I dont consider waiting almost an hour past the scheduled time faster unless I wanted to move backwards!

Right now it is not easy to get a doctor appointment right away. The walk-in service is so helpful. They let you know what you’ll need to take care of your visit right when you walk in and the staff is honest, thoughtful, and helpful. The wait time was not terrible and social distancing, while not harshly enforced, was easily maintained. While I don’t currently have health insurance, they have a program for medical care that you pay for upfront and then per visit. This seems far more affordable than paying for the entire cost of your services which could limit your care.

The front desk attendant was horrible. She was rude to patients, dismissive, not helpful, and not someone id want representing my business.I had a 530 appointment scheduled and I waited an hour and a half to be seen. The desk attendant said “oops I forgot” and then did nothing to fix it. Don’t waste your time making an appointment and just walk in I guess.Also not safe for COVID-19. A man walked in loudly announcing he needed a test and then proceeded to sit in the waiting room of about 8 other people for an hour.Once I was inside the care was okay and I was in and out in about 20 minutes.Get rid of the person managing the front of this place.

Registered online last night to get a covid test today...filled out all my insurance information...went in 10 minutes early with no one in the lobby. The receptionist informed me I would need to fill out paperwork, the same paperwork I filled online last night. Then I waiting 20 more minutes, two patients had previously left. While I waiting, numerous staff came up front behind the counter, doing nothing, maybe gossiping...At that point, I told the receptionist to tear up my file and left feeling frustrated.These people operate like its a Non For Profit and have no business sense....Sure wasnt like this when Jason & Scott owned and operated the clinic. Very Sad

Had to wait outside in line for over 3 hours. They will need a better system when the weather is bad. All the employees were doing a good job. Just need a way to speed things up.

Made an appointment for 9:30am on their website, got the notifications and everything, showed up and they decided to not open till 10am but failed to notify me. This is a joke of a business that doesn’t know how to operate.

It was a very long process to check in and get tested, but the test went fast! I should be getting results soon.

This facility is mismanaged and run incredibly inefficiently. The staff is impossible to reach via phone and the receptionist are unhelpful in person. It’s a great place to go if you want to waste your weekend in the waiting room.

The service getting the test was good. The contact for results was not good. I had to call in when they’re suppose to call me within 30 minutes of test hence name of test rapid which I’m sure costs more to have done.

Very nice facility I appreciated that disposable surgical masks were available at the desk. Dont bother with the online check in you fill out all the same exact things on paper when you get there and it didnt get me seen any sooner. I saw Charlotte, I suspect a nurse practitioner, she was very kind and efficient and just overall lovely.TL;DR - a standard urgent care experience in a very nice facility.

Went in for a Covid19 test. Very organized and used safe distances. In and out in 1 hour.

Despite the Pandemic, everyone at this clinic was very friendly and cheery. They maintained a max number of 6 patients in the lobby at a time but worked hard to get to everyone in a timely manner.

Terrible service, waited in my car for over 2 hours to get a covid test with every symptom present and still didn’t receive a rapid test. Access to these things should be made simpler and more efficient.

Do not bother scheduling an appointment online. I waited and hour and a half over my scheduled time. Every single walk in that was there before me was seen before me so there is no point to scheduling online. Front desk people were both rude and unhelpful. There are better options for urgent care in Columbia
