I tried calling to talk to someone the day before my visit….There were no options to talk to the front desk… all the extensions, no one would answer… the following day, 3 hours after I got up, the VA called and told me not to eat anything the morning of my appointment!!! Too late!!! The VA under Biden is going straight down!!! Under Trump it was really good!!!! So disappointed!!!!

This is true gem of a location... they are always willing to help and guide you through any questions you have. I am honored to be treated by this facility! They will go the extra mile —plus— to help you with anything. My hat is truly off to all the staff at this facility and my undying thanks for all you do !

Love my PCP and PCP nurses. But 18min to get through on the phone is unacceptable!

Very Impressed. This was my first visit to the VA clinic. I have heard all the horror stories and was expecting the worst. The staff and Dr were great. Very helpful in every step of the way. If you are a veteran, dont hesitate to go see them.

Total waste of time. They are not a full service provider and have extremely limited capability. Theres no point in coming here only to have to be sent to Nashville or Murfreesboro to actually receive any care. It takes weeks to get medications or appointments for real treatment because they will not outsource anything. Worst excuse for a VA clinic Ive ever seen. I dont understand why the government is wasting money by having this clinic . It needs to be at least semi full service or not at all because driving 45 minutes here only to be told you need to drive another hour to Nashville to be treated is ridiculous!
