Waited to hours to be seen, only to encounter an extremely condescending doctor. Wont be going back or wasting my insurance/ money there.

I have Seen Dr Flint and Patty for close to a decade. They have always been helpful, informative, and kind. They are helping me manage my arthritis (something I had given up on) and am grateful for their efforts in a field of medicine that has a lot of gray areas.

My doctor referred me. Tried to make appointment and was told they would not until I provide records. Chased down records and faxed. When called back for appointment was told that they would not accept me as patient without giving a reason. Lost almost 2 weeks that I could have scheduled with another specialist while having a lot of joint pain. Unforgivable!
