Dr Mayes is wonderful. I really cant say enough about Dr. Mayes. She is always willing to fit people in. Her prices are fair and she is by far the best dentist Ive ever been to. She is painless and caring. Only place Ill go for an extraction.

I can honestly say I am so glad that I dont have to go back to this place mainly because I hate the dentist. This place was amazing. Chelsea And Dr. Mays treated me so great. She was very gentle, and listened to what I had to say. Chelsea was so comforting during my first two visits. Even held my hand while I was getting numbed. Made me feel very comfortable. Im glad I chose this place, definitely glad Im done though lol. This is the place to go for sure. Recommended to anyone. Affordable prices, very welcoming.

I have aniexty of going to the dentist. They made sure I was comfortable and took very good care of me! I would definitely recommend ❤️ if I could give 1000 stars I would.

Every single visit I went to in the Coumbia, Mo office, I had to wait a minimum of 1 hour. The day they were supposed to do the final screw in of my implants, they realized they forgot to make the final partial, tried to do it then, and ended up pulling a screw out. They messed up the alignment of my bottom partial by leaving the mold in for the top one. When I had to go back, they wanted to add 3 screws for stability since theyd taken one out and pulled the other out by accident, I was there for 3 or 3.5 hours, they literally numbed me, went and worked on other people and by the time they got back, I had to be numbed again, instead of waiting, they left for lunch, I had to go in the break room and interrupt their lunch break, because it had been so long, then they hit a nerve, my sinuss swelled up, and had to take steroids, after going back to get pain medicine a second time, they rescheduled my follow up because the last 4 or 5 times Ive been Ive waited 1 hour or more, in just the chair in an exam room, so went in today for my follow up after adding 3 more screws, and was there for 2 hours. I sit in the exam room for an hour, before the dentist came in and asked for an x-ray, after another hour, I got up and told the receptionist I was leaving. The dentist never came out, the assistant did, gave me a script for pain medicine, said there was no infection on the x-ray, and if the pain didnt go away withing the next week, they were just going to take all the screws out. this has been going on since October. I do not recommend this location at all, not unless you like to waste your time and have no problem just sitting around waiting, while one dentist books 5 people at a time to see and tries to work on all of them at the same time. I plan on filing a report with Better Business Bureau. This is crazy, and they told me when I paid up front that I had paid for everything, now theyre telling me I still owe $200 for the final fitting. This place is a joke.

The dentist is very good and had reasonable prices. Appointments are easy to schedule.

My experience here was incredible and I had Dentures the same day!😀
