Very poor customer service. If you want basic respect, may as well keep looking.

Dr. Samuel is not your normal chiropractor! She is not in practice for money but for helping others with the gift of adjustment!I called Dr. Samuel after she had been recommended to me buy a naturopath. The reason for my visit was not for myself but for my son (Corin) who had recently been diagnosed with SMA1 (spinal muscular atrophy type 1). Please look it up if you are curious its affects on the quality of life.As for my son, he was 6months old when he stopped trying to sit up. He then stopped eating as much. He was diagnosed at 10months old with SMA1 and had become trapped within himself. He was no longer sitting or able to move his limbs. He could barely eat but he refused to quit. Doctors said he would most likely die of pneumonia by the age of two.We didnt have much money and the trip to Dr. Samuel was almost 2 hours away. I told Dr. Samuel this, she said to bring him and she would work with the payments. We got in our old station wagon with bald tires and took a slow drive to Columbia. I may have been more afraid of this trip than the diagnoses its self. Once there Dr. Samuel was most interesting! I had never met someone like her in my life. She was warm and comforting, but matter fact in personality. She tapped on Corins back and told me he was to congested stop giving him lactose milk. She said we should see results very soon. Just like that! I honestly thought she was nuts none of his doctors made this connection. My mother had come with me to be supportive, and was just as shocked as I was. We left tickled by her personality and happy that we had done all we could.We got home late in the evening and decided we would talk about the trip. I laid Corin on a pillow, propped so he could see us. We laughed about our adventure, because we had never experience any thing like it. As we laughed and talked, Corin sits up from his pillow and turns his head from side to side. I started to back away! My mother sat in disbelief! Corin had been freed from his body! He was laughing and smiling! He has continued to improve every year against all odds! Corin is now 6 years old and soon to be seven! He is very healthy with minimal hospitalizations. Dr. Samuel is a MIRACLE WORKER!!! She brought my son back to me!
