I went for a massage and an adjustment and both were amazing. I’ve never left anywhere feeling so relaxed. Dr. Williams was very gentle with my chiropractic care knowing my reservations and was able to align my back and get me back to feeling normal again. Highly recommend both.

I love the clean, relaxing environment. I had 2 massages there, both were great, the therapists both put me to sleep! That is a great sign they were outstanding! I will definitely be back to get massages and other services offered there.

I had a massage today with Lexi, amazing!! I went in with issues concerning head pain and she suggested speaking to Dr Williams to get his take on it. They both were so pleasant. Dr Williams adjusted me after the massage and explained what was going on with my body. I am very impressed and will definitely be back!

I had an awesome massage today with Lexi! It was my first visit here and everything was great! It was super easy to call and schedule the massage a few weeks ago and I loved that they had Sunday availability. I met Dr. Williams when I arrived today and he was so nice and personable. He even called me an hour prior to my appointment today to let me know that Lexi was running a few minutes late. I also appreciated the fact that the initial questionnaire asked if I preferred music and talking/no talking during the massage hour. I have been to SO many massages in this area where the masseuse talks the ENTIRE time and, without wanting to be rude, I will answer them but then the hour appointment is far from relaxing :(Lexi was gentle yet effective, professional and sweet!D the best massage I have ever had! Clean atmosphere, quiet environment and easy to find location. Highly recommend Icon Wellness :)

Enjoyed my first visit. My son and daughter gave me an hour of pure relaxation. I enjoyed every moment, it was so relaxing, clean and friendly. I wish they had complimentary water thats all.

Enjoyed my first experience here. Had a really great massage, and appreciated the kind staff. Clean and organized. Only down fall I would have to say, was the amount of noise I could hear outside of the massage room. Was a little distracting while getting my massage, but it wasnt horrible. Overall, I recommend and I plan to reschedule an appointment.

Dr. Williams is an AWESOME Chiropractor!He has worked on me extensively and has helped me with my low back pain better than I expected from a Chiropractor. After just two visits, once during a super busy time and the other with less clients in the office, I have found that Kara is genuinely passionate about helping clients feel better and live better. She is so honest and approachable and my time there is truly relaxing and beneficial. I am never left feeling neglected, no matter how many clients are there. The office is beautiful and well organized with private rooms. The workout equipment is amazing. They will literally workout with you and show you how to engage your muscles correctly. Dr. Williams has an awesome personality and even though Im still a bit self conscious about my body, he does not make me feel uncomfortable at all. This office is very relaxed and has a friendly ambience. The staff has a way of making everyone feel like family. Dr. Williams is compassionate and enthusiastic to help all of his patients needs. Jason was very tolerant to my apprehension of adjustments. He is very perceptive to a persons limitations. I highly recommend Icon Chiropractic.

If I could give half a star, I definitely would. Service is so poor and I was treated very badly by a Dr. Williams prior to the conversation ending to book my mothers appointment, I asked the name of the person I was on the phone with. He then replied Im doctor Williams, the owner with such an attitude. I originally booked an appointment on Groupon. I called because it was my first time using it and had some questions. He rushed me off the phone and said I have to book online. He also said he had customers that he had to tend to that was more important. I informed him that Im a customer as well, then he hung right up in my face. Very rude and unprofessional. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

Dr. Williams really took the time to learn about my lifestyle and tailor his treatment based off of that information. He suggested ways to change my current lifestyle to reduce pain in problem areas. Of all the chiropractors Ive seen hes been the best.

I bought a 60 minute massage off groupon and was able to get an appointment with Lexi right away. I met Dr. Willaims at the front desk he was very personable and knowledgeable. The massage with Lexi was absolutely amazing! She does amazing work and truly has a gift to help others relax. First off, I’m disappointed in Kiara Rickard‘s review because I was actually one of the patients standing there as Dr. Williams took her call last Saturday and he handled it quite patiently and professionally.  I thought he was very accommodating in allowing her to use an expired Groupon without hesitation.  It should have been a pretty straight forward phone call, but it went on for almost 10 minutes while he had 2 patients in the waiting room. It seemed Kiara was concerned about how they’d honor the expired Groupon, and that was when Dr. Williams clarified that he was the doctor and could guarantee that they would. It was an appropriate response, and I didn’t detect an attitude. He also went on to explain that appointments could be made online or at that time (on the phone). He was trying to provide options and accommodate. But then it seemed she continued asking the same questions without getting anywhere, as the rest of us stood around. I don’t think I could have handled it any better. So I am sorry Kiara didn’t have a good experience, because Dr. Williams really is a very chill, easy going, and great to work with.I work a desk job, and in my spare time I’m a distance runner and a frequent traveler. I was born with minor scoliosis, so my back bothers me from time to time.  I’ve been going to Icon Wellness for chiropractic adjustments and massages for a few months now.  The treatment has helped me tremendously.  Not only is my back feeling better, but I also feel better during my runs.  Dr. Williams is an exercise fanatic himself and we always have helpful and engaging conversations about different types of exercises, training regimen, etc. He definitely enables you to develop a personal relationship that makes the experience that much better. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

ICON Chiropractor has been a true blessing to me. I was in a car accident in October of 2016 and was still having headaches, neck and back pains after six months of various medicines and physical therapy.
