Im very pleased with my treatment at Family First Chiropractic. Dr. Squires was very thorough on my first visit. She created profile with my health history, current health issues, and a motion x-ray. My second visit consisted of a thorough review of my x-rays and a treatment plan. Dr. Squires did an excellent job in explaining what was going on with my body and how she was going to treat me. She was up front about the cost and what my insurance would cover. They have a few payment options available as well. Ive been getting treatments for 2 + months and have noticed a difference in my overall wellbeing and health. I get fewer headaches and a developing issue nearsightedness has gone away. I have less neck and back pain and it has helped with my digestion. Dr. Squires and everyone there have been friendly and helpful through my treatment. I definitely recommend going here!

Dr. Kelli is seriously amazing. She listens and genuinely wants to help. I started seeing her after having multiple episodes of back/neck muscle spasms where I was in bed for a couple days at a time. I was skeptical of chiropractic care and was very open about these feelings with her. She has now made me a believer because I haven’t had these same issues since I started seeing her years ago. She converted me as she says and that is so very true. Recently I had significant pain and stiffness in my neck after moving. She worked her magic again and was able to release my tense muscles with her fancy device. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Kelli. She is simply the best.

Went in and it was at first a normal chiropractic experience. Got x-rays all that. Went in a few days later and was presented with a high pressure sales pitch. So unprofessional.

When I started going to Family First Chiropactic, I was very sceptical & insecure about getting adjusted due to previous bad experiences with other chiropractors years ago & because of old injuries. Dr Squires was very understanding and listened to my concerns and worked with my concerns. She never adjusted my neck or my low back until I was ready. I was going to her for adjustments for 6 months or so before I got beyond those fears. I felt better after her treatments but when I let go and told her i trusted her and she could adjust my whole body it has been amazing to me how much better i feel. I use to have a dowagger hump on the back of my neck and now its gone, I use to be in constant pain, I couldnt turn my neck all the way to my shoulder on the left side, I had a ridge of scare tissue under my bra line. After going to Dr Squires for a year, all thats gone. Now, I look forward to my adjustments every two weeks. Dr Squires has found problems that I had that I didnt even know I had because the pain from other areas had hid them. Im actually not even having to take my blood pressure pills anymore. Im so thankful to Jesus for telling me to go to Family First Chiropractic and making the way for me to be healed. Everything good comes from above & His name is Jesus. Dr. David got me started seeing Dr.Squires for a foot issue that had been plaguing me for a very long time. Not exactly Plantar Fasciitis but similar. She is experienced in podiatry and after a few visits I have been able to walk without pain. That has not been experienced for a long time. I HIGHLY recommend Family First and Dr Squires. Not that Dr David and Kelley are not good, but Dr Squires got me feeling good and have been now for several months.

“Financial First”When I went to Family First Chiropractic to deal with my sacroiliac subluxation, at first the atmosphere was friendly. I did the routine x-rays to begin with, and Dr. David mentioned my injuries might be linked to spinal trauma from early childhood (although a second opinion from another chiropractor disagreed, and my physical therapist disagreed). That being said, up front, I was very vocal about my limited income due to being a full time veterinary student. Since this was my first chiropractor ever, I blindly followed everything he said, and he highly recommended at least three treatments a week for at least several weeks.As a budding medical professional, I completely understand that their time and services are well worth the cost. Medical professionals spend years dedicating their knowledge base to better serve their clients. My complaint here is not the overall cost, but how they treated me as a client after I had some unexpected financial setbacks. I called the receptionist and explained my situation. I stated I would like to cancel or at least postpone my treatments until further notice (fully intending to come back after getting financial situated). The receptionist refused to cancel these appointments, stating in order to cancel my appointments I would HAVE to come in physically and talk face to face to Dr. David to cancel these appointments.To me, this felt like strong arming me into keeping appointments I could no longer afford. Being financially tied up is a very embarrassing thing to happen, and I felt this was extremely inappropriate and unnecessary on his end. If he needed to speak to me, he easily could have talked to me over the phone in a more private, discreet manner. Dr. David definitely gave me bad vibes. Stay away from “Financial” First, and go to Dr. Cunningham at Keystone Chiropractic. He has changed my life and never made me feel the way Dr. David or his staff did.

I have had horrible lower back and sciatic nerve pain for both of my previous pregnancies. Being 35 and pregnant with baby number 3, I was sure it was going to be another painful experience. I found out about Family First Chiropractic through two different friends that had used them during pregnancy. I have always been so skeptical of chiropractic care, to be honest. I eventually found myself in such desperation for help, they I decided to give them a shot. I was closed off and very uneasy at first. Dr. David sat down with me and did a consultation, listened very intently to my history of pain. He began adjusting my and within 5 visits, I already began to feel such a difference and relief. Now, after going for a few months, I can genuinely and honestly say that I have been and am currently feeling better during this pregnancy than I ever have before, even before I was pregnant. They knew how to identify the problem and they made a plan with me to fix it. And they have. I have more energy, I’m sleeping better, I’m sitting, walking, standing more comfortably. I’m able to exercise without pain and sit on the floor to play with my kids without feeling overwhelmed by discomfort. This experience has been life changing for me and I’m so grateful. They didn’t just fix my pain, they helped get me out of the prison of debilitating pain. And on top of that, they have been so caring and loving. My kids come with me every time and they love it there. The staff embraces them. They send emails and mail to encourage me and truly care about their patients. I simply cannot recommend them enough.

Dr. David made my day this last Friday. I woke up Friday morning with a really bad rosacea flare up. My face was sore and swollen. Dr. David did my adjustment and with in 45 minutes my face didnt hurt anymore, the redness wasnt as bad, and the bumps had all but completely gone away. Within an hour and a half it was like it had never happened. I never would have thought that getting adjusted would have had any effect on my skin. I highly recommend This office all of the Drs are amazing. This is just my most recent experience with them. Dr Squires has alo fixed my back and leg issues that Ive dealt with for the past 10 yrs. Both these Drs have had a huge effect on my quality of life in the past few months. Ive been to several before, but the Drs here are by far the best around.

Dr. Squires changed my life! that is no exaggeration, before seeiing Dr. Squires my neck was a mess, and I had no Idea. In less them 3 months time, I went from daily headaches that I couldnt relieve to having almost zero headaches, I cant remember the last time I had a headhace. I have more energy, Im more focused and overall I am a much happier person.I have seen a chiropractor the bulk of my adult life, with very little long term relief. This made a huge difference with me because of the many questions I had prior to seeing a Chiropractor at the beginning. They truly care about their patients and it shows!

Im a massage therapist so Ive known Chiropractic is good preventative care and holistic treatment, something Ive recommended to clients, I just never thought it was something I particularly needed. Which is silly now, since Ive suffered migraines most of my life as well as other autoimmune symptoms. Even still after living a very healthy lifestyle and practicing many holistic self care treatments. Thankfully, however, I ended up in their office and Dr Dave was able to show me with x-rays why Ive still suffered from migraines regardless of all my efforts; a seriously misaligned spine! My top vertebrae in which the skull sits was off center (something he told me only happens in the first three years of life or BIRTH) so the rest of my spine had been slowly moving to compensate over the years. This essentially caused several waves in my spine and ended with hips an inch off balance! Further explaining other previous injuries like a torn meniscus last year. Its amazing what the adjustments have done for me in such a small amount of time, between the lowered amount of tension in my neck, more ease in step and even breath, to just feeling increase in energy flow and being able to practice correct body mechanics. It doesnt fix things in one setting, (dont think Id trust it if it did) but I can feel the progression taking place quickly and I know this was my first step in truly living the healthy, pain/symptom free lifestyle I strive for. I also love how clinical and informative of an approach they take while still maintaining a very warm, friendly and trusting environment. I truly feel everyone does need to see a Chiropractor and Family First Chiropractic is definitely who I would recommend.

Cant say enough positive about this family operation!!! Skilled & knowledgeable. I had heard other people talk about rib pain before, but did not know how serious it was until I experienced it myself. I could not move! A series of adjustments with Dr Kelli increased my mobility drastically, but I was still in pain. Through excellent consultation and referral, Dr. Kelli & team had me back to normal range of motion. SEE THEM!...and, my 9-year old asks to go see them when he has headaches or doesnt feel right. To me, the trust of a child is precious, and they also nurture that.

Ive been seeing Dr. Kelli for a few years now. I have chronic back pain from a curvature in my spine, and the pressure of it means sitting in a chair at a desk becomes almost unbearable. After a few weeks of visits, the pain got less and less until I was able to finally work like a regular normal person! The atmosphere in the office is calming, relaxing, no pressure environment. The staff is always friendly. And Im no longer living in pain without undergoing surgery or being on medication.

Ive been going here for over 3 years! I started with this chiropractor when I was pregnant & found out the one I was seeing was adjusting me wrong while pg. Dr Kelli has been the only one to stop my back spasms that are killer and usually dont ease up for over a month until I met her. Also my 3 year old daughter tells me when she needs to see Dr Kelli. I had her for a month & had her adjusted. It was like I had a whole new happy baby! I guess after an emergency c-section she was well out of place & cranky! Best Dr ever!!

I went to see Dr. Kelli for a muscle I pulled on my back. I always thought her clinic was for expecting mothers, but was I wrong! I have continued to see them during my pregnancy and have been very pleased with the comfort this has provided me. Dr. Kelli has also treated my daughter to assist with her diagnosis with ADHD and we have seen a decrease in some of her symptoms since that time. I was a newbee to chiropractic care when I met Dr. Kelli and have been impressed with the results.
