A great store and location. The store is clean and offers a wide variety. The staff is amazing and they have of the knowledge necessary for you to make educated decisions on outdoor and recreational equipment. REI offers top quality products, opportunities to test certain equipment, and classes.

The place guarantees your satisfaction not just product quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, folks here will help you until you are. I purchased an eddieline brand kayak last week. Although the quality of the product was top notch, I was expecting a bit more which could be achieved by slightly smaller size. I prepared to explain what I didnt like but my excuse was not needed. They just took the return and ordered a new one for me without any questions. It surely was better experience than from Amazon or even from Costco for sure. You will find a future of retailing here. A good place to go to try and find things for your outdoor activities. They have some nice quality items, though youll be paying for that quality. If youre looking for something for a serious love of the outdoors, check them out - good equipment is essential and a wonderful start in order to be prepared!

Visited the store today to buy my very first pair of hiking shoes. Mike was extremely patient and helpful. I was given some great recommendations and tried on a few pairs. I was shopping on a budget and mike found a great pair with a reduced price that was ALSO 20% off! I could not be happier with my experience, 10/10 would recommend.

These guys were great. I have an adopted German Shepard with separation anxiety so he always thinks he is getting left behind. I needed to fit him for a life vest and the staff was very accommodating. When my dog Loki had a melt down in the store a staff worker offered to take him outside so I could pay for his life vest.Thanks again guys it’s the small things in life that make each day easier.

Gavin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond explaining how to mount our kayaks to our vehicle and what products we need now and later. He came out to our vehicle to examine and make sure we had the proper vehicle accessories. We will definitely be back to purchase all of our outdoor adventure needs! 10/10 service

One of the best outdoor shop in the area. Their customer service is great. Employees are super friendly and a really helpful. Theyre amazing collection for backpacking. They also have a huge collection for camping and mountain biking and road biking. There are also wide variety of outdoor boots and shoes available for hiking and other outdoor activities. Theres also lot of camping food or outdoor food packages available at REI. I do recommend this place and now I have became a regular customer here.

I bought a bike from REI online and I called the store to verify it was assembled. I talked to Gavin and he was great. He helped with the purchase of a bike rack, a helmet, bike shorts, and a new seat. Gavin also installed the rack on my SUV. He gave me excellent customer service. I would highly recommend going to him in the future.

Great store with helpful, friendly staff. The mens fitting room had an air purifier. That level of consideration was impressive.

I love REI for camping, biking, and hiking gear. Gotta give huge props to the bike shop who has fixed 2 ebikes for a very reasonable price and very quickly! Always beat the turn around time by at least a few days. Simply amazing

This was my first visit. I found it well-staffed and was approached at least 3 times by employees asking if I needed help. The store was also very clean and the product displays were well-merchandised. The products were of very good quality and I felt like prices were more reasonable than I had anticipated.

The REI at Dobbin Center is asking customers to wear a mask. They provide hand sanitizer and masks as you enter, if you dont have one. Very nice!

I love this place. All the employees are extremely patient and attentive to your wants and needs. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. I would highly recommend it! Becoming a member has saved me a lot and had some great perks as well.

I was a little disappointed that the website said an item I wanted was in stock when it wasnt, but they were super helpful in assisting me to find just the right backpack.

My father and I went into the store to purchase a new set of shoes for him. Upon entering the store we were greeted very pleasantly by Brad. However, once we entered the shoe department an employee was very RUDE to my father. She abruptly told my father to put your mask over your nose Sir. She was demanding not asking. Before my father had a chance to explain his situation, she said its the law. He then responded, I know the law, and I think he would, he has been involved with the law for over 30 years before he retired. My father has a hard time breathing while wearing his mask, and sometimes pulls the mask to his nose as opposed to having it over the bridge. As my father walked off, she did not know I was standing next to her and she started to bad talk my father to not only another CUSTOMER in the store, but over the radio. I overheard the entire conversation she had on the radio. I will not repeat what she said, but she should be ashamed of herself. I would have said something to both her and management, but I felt any conversation had at the store would not have been productive nor would anything have changed. So, I decided to write my complaint here.I am very disappointed as I am an avid shopper of REI. I will never shop at this store, EVERY AGIAN. I am glad there are other REI stores in the area. I would like to mention to management, we did end up buying two pairs of shoes, but online. You would think, during a difficult time in our country, people would be more understanding of each other.

Amazing customer service every time I go in. Really nice products and great selection of booking boots and hiking pants for women. Joe , the manager, and another employee were super helpful with helping to find me new hiking boots to replace my old ones. They definitely knew all about the options with the boots which amazed me with their level of knowledge and being able to retain all that. You can see all the employees there are passionate about their job and the outdoors. Only downfall is that some items from REI are expensive so I cant shop as much as Id prefer!

The first thing you notice when walking into the store is the excellent customer service. The store is also clean and organized regularly for a pleasant experience. Clearance items are decently priced and you can even find excellent items discounted. Because of what is happening in this day and age, there are available hand sanitizing stations and each register has a bottle available. Plenty of parking.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would, as a new bike rider and a real enthusiast of the sport, l walked in tho this amazing store filled with excitement as I keep seeing lot and lots of bike accessories, but my joy lasted a few minutes, due to a personal guardian I was assigned, maybe because of the way me and my wife were dressed since were just off Costco nearby we weren’t wearing our best clothing I would say. But this guy keep on chasing us through the entire store like if we were to steal anything. Wow I’m still shaking as I type in this review. And like I said to the manager, you should not judge a book by its cover. And they should do better with customer service specially with those that are certainly new to the sport. The store was great the employees were the worse I’ve ever seen.

My first REI experience was fantastic. I asked for some recommendations on hiking boots and the boots have turned out to be perfect for my hiking trips. The membership was free with the promotion REI was doing which was a added bonus. Thank you!

Great place to pick up outdoor gear, for camping, climbing, cycling, hiking, &/or paddling. No fishing or hunting stuff, go to Cabelas for that.

I would give zero stars for this store. They are the absolute worst with customer service. All they care about is being like covid dictators. Kids (2-8) will take their masks off and should not be forced to leave. The male (long hair, glasses) Employee made an obnoxious scene for the entire store to hear. We left because we will not give them money anymore.

I arrive just at the store was opening and there was already a line of people to get in. This is a popular place. I found what I needed and was out in less than 10 minutes. Very helpful staff.

I frequent this store often especially before camping trips. The customer service is always great and you can tell that the people who work there really care and are passionate about the outdoors. Being a member is awesome. If youve never been i highly suggest checking out REI even if you arent outdoorsy, they have cool gear that may interest you.

Store was super clean, they had social distancing guidance, hand sanitizer and masks available. Staff were friendly and helpful without hovering, and offered great advice for prepping for our upcoming camping trip. Highly reccomend this location.

Please never bring bike for repair here is really bad time to wait for one little repears I bring my bike and they promise to me 10 day and never happened

Awesome experience! This was only my second experience visiting this store, but the employees were very polite and they had a huge selection of outdoor bags!

Brought my bicycle in and they could have taken my money checking in my bike and charging me for a tune up and trueing the wheels. Instead after speaking with me for a bit, they suggested I contact the original seller as the wheels had a manufacturer defect.

Exceptional customer service! After walking in the store and staring at a few cooking options, Sue (REI employee) came over and helped me understand various heating methods. She was incredibly insightful and friendly.So glad I am came into the store to shop!

When I finally had gotten tired of the generic equivalent item sellers on Amazon, I go to REI. Quality backed by REI the return program is wonderful (I have not brought anything back yet btw). Ive purchased Trial running shoes, Backpack for hiking, and numerous other quality hiking and camping items from here. Staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist their clients. Will always return here for my outdoor products.

The Best

First time shopping at REI. Came in on a Thursday and met Brian, one of their staff and he was so friendly and helpful. Helped us find everything we needed for a car rack (thankful they had all the parts we needed) then told us to come back the following day instead to take advantage of the sale. He printed off a list of the items that he had found for us so that we knew what to look for if we went back. Of course we went back and it took us less than five minutes to look for what we needed. Even got their membership, mainly because Brian obviously convinced us and because we were so impressed with their customer service at this store. Brian mentioned that with the membership proceeds they are able to give back to the community and that is important for us. Going back this week to have it installed.

Went to purchase fingerless gloves for climbing. They no longer stock them in the store nor do they have a lot of climbing gear anymore. It may be seasonal. They do have great products they also have somewhat high prices on things. And Ive never been displeased with anything I bought there.

Had my bike serviced here for ~$200 and when I got it back it was shifting way worse than before with the new chain sliding over the casset. I took it back and they told me I would need a new casset for another $60.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. No outdoor lover should miss this great store. When you test backpacks, they have weights to stuff in them so you know how the packs feel in real life.

Ive been a co-op member since being a teenager many years ago. The dividends returned to me, by REI, are just gravy. There sales, savings coupons and garage sales are terrific. The REI stores, with knowledgeable sales staff and educational programs are like no other outdoor supply retail business.

We had an issue trying to return Sole insoles for feet.Spoke to management Bonnie and the issue was resolvedI think, Ill post more once I return the item.Thank you REI Management

Always a great place to shop for supplies, the folks working there are super helpful. No one pressures you into getting things, and you have a laid-back kinda groove about shopping there. Theres free wifj, clean bathrooms, and a full array of outdoor supplies. They have a bike shop and a ski/snowboard shop too. They ability to try on hiking boots, borrow some socks and walk on some rocks to try them out is unique. I couldnt have picked out a proper backpack without their advice and help trying on. Ive never laid down on so many sleeping pads. If youre looking for a great outdoor supply location this is it.

The store is a good size and the staff are very willing to help. I felt the particular questions I had on my visit were a little beyond the depth of the staff so I found that somewhat disappointing. Lost a star. Great place and usually great advice.

I visit here regularly. The staff are always helpful and friendly, the store tidy and theres a good range of outdoor equipment. The rebate from being a member pays for itself as well.Theres plenty of space to move around between the aisles, the store layout doesnt change too often, the store is on one level and has a push button operated door for those in wheelchairs, or with children in strollers.

Fanatastic range of products. I have been looking for the perfect pair of boots and I was told if I dont find it here then it doesnt exists. And they were right. Keep in mind this is not a place to go to search for bargains. But if you are looking for quality gear you wont be disappointed.

Very nice and attentive staff. Always clean, and a good number of people on the floor. Lots of selection in straight sizes. Wish they had extended sizes. If they did, Id be here a lot more often. I like the floor layout here.

REI is an great store if you need outdoor equipment or clothing. The staff at this location is friendly and helpful and the store itself is really nice and new. The co-op membership is a must if you plan to shop here more than once, youd be a fool not to join and reap the perks.
