Let me start by saying that I stay off broadriver and definitely dont mind driving a little extra distance to get the service I know Ill be pleased with.This was my first time here & Danielle was my nail tech. Someone I know recommended her because thats who does her nails. So Ive seen her work prior to going and she did NOT disappoint. I soooo appreciate her attention to detail and making sure all my nails were even & straight & just perfect. I love that the salon is black owned too! I love Love LOVE my nails!! I will definitely be back again!!

I love it here , all three nail techs are amazing ! The atmosphere of the salon is so welcoming , makes you feel right at home ! I never leave without a good laugh & the slay on my nails of course ! I highly recommend!

Nailz by Queen is a very professional atmosphere everyone treats you just like family. I really feel like family as I watched Queen grow to a beautiful young woman who now has two awesome kids of her own. I would recommend anyone to her for nail service. Also her mom is in the same locations and she does awesome hair services. A strong family business.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I love them! Shantel is my main tech but Danielle has also done my nails and I’m NEVER disappointed. I don’t like to talk much since I talk 9-10 hrs a day at work.I get one day to myself and that’s my Thursdays. I watch tv and I let them do whatever they want and surprise me at the end!!!.

My experience at Nailz by Queen has been Great since my first visit! I love the fact that I have to book online because it ensures no wait time. Every acrylic color you can think of, paint, designs, and shaping you can get at NBQ! No need to worry about bumpy or too thick of acrylic, nail lengths, or designs … they do it All! I’ve been coming to Shantell for years and there never been one time she’s disappointed me not ever!!!

I came into the salon today to see if I could get my nails done. I was immediately turned away and told that noone was in the salon to do my nails. I was not offered to schedule a different time to get my nails done, told when I could try to come back, or anything... Just turned away. Presumably because my business was not wanted as a white woman. If you dont want to offer the same services to other ethnicities, you should post it on the door.

Queen was nothing short of amazing and I have now found my new nail tech. She was personable and the environment she has created in her shop was nice and relaxing. I would definitely recommend her and shop to everyone.

I love shopping and supporting my people but first impressions are everything to me. I visited twice and will not be returning. My tech never uttered a word to me other than wash your hands. Ive never been here before so I didnt know where the basin was located. That was time one. Time 2 Im listening to vulgar music while Im waiting for 45 minutes for my appointment to start. It didnt start on time. Tech never called and said she was running late. She flew threw my service like I bothered her, at least thats how I felt. The same tech never said anything to me. Another tech told me to be seated and that someone would get to me. Plus my nails chipped after day 2. Cute place but that one tech ruined it for me. I could have dealt with the music had the customer service been there.

So I was a regular and set an appointment with Shantel like usual. When I got there she left for the day without giving her clients a heads up. All of her clients had to wait hours for another nail tech available to do our nails.. Talented nail techs but I don’t like bad business and I won’t be returning.

Was serviced by Danielle. She did an okay job on my nails. She talked on the phone for the majority of the time she was working. Cherry on top - When I left the salon I got a notification that I was charged $5 more than what was printed on my receipt. Bad business.
