I have been a patient of Dr Rose for several years now. I was having very serious allergic reactions and couldnt figure out what was causing them. Cindy provided the best care and helped me figure out how to manage my condition. I go every month for shots and the nurse who gives the shots is awesome and so friendly. She always makes my visits great!

These ladies are awesome!!!! I had a fantastic assistant come in and talk with me about my concerns and my reasons for coming in, and was so easy to talk to! Then Dr. Cindy came in! She is amazing, super informative and just made me feel super cared for and had a great plan of action for my care! Plus, her style is impeccable! I was really impressed with their team! Definitely highly recommend!!

Our doctor and the nurses here are very helpful, kind, and perform their jobs very well. My children and I have had positive experiences. Unfortunately, everything else here is a constant issue. You will easily wait 25-30 minutes or more for someone to answer a phone. If you leave a message it may be days (at best) before someone calls back. The desk staff in the allergy center (not the front desk) will let you stand waiting for 5-10 minutes before ever acknowledging your presence. They must be undertrained or understaffed. At best, you may be able to get appointments 3-4 weeks out. This is particularly frustrating since the service at many of the other university affiliated centers has always been good. If you have other options, Id suggest using them.

My experience here has been terrible. The place is disorganized and poorly-run. In 2017 my son and I were left in a waiting room for over an hour. When I went out looking for someone to help, I found an assistant was turning off lights and locking the doors. They had clearly forgotten we were there. I vowed never to come back, but ended up making another appointment for my son when his allergies flared up this spring. It took 30 minutes just for us to check in at the front desk for his appointment. Total time in there was an hour and a half to see the NP for about 15 minutes. We will not be back.

If this place werent through MU I would think I went to a scam facility. My infant son had a reaction to peanut the first time he had it and we were referred here for an oral allergy challenge. Until my son broke out in hives on the first dose it felt like everyone thought I was lying; they didnt even have Benadryl or anything ready. Then the doctor was somehow extremely unclear in his instructions and neither I nor the nurse could tell if he meant stop or try another dose so my son ended up with ANOTHER exposure that day. He then threw up, which I now know IS A SIGN OF ANAPHYLAXIS and they not only said Ive never heard of that being from an allergy; it must be a coincidence but at the end of the appointment the doctor still refused to call it an allergy because people cant have a reaction the first they they have something. This was months ago and it still makes me angry thinking people are going here to get help for their children. Please go see someone else. Our new allergist in town actually listens and cares.

I saw a doctor there as a referral. Information and spelling error were made in clinic notes. I called after reading them and was told someone would call back never heard another word from anyone in office. Got a finalize clinic note with no changes. This could effect other care and insurance for other care that I have too have every month. Bad patient care...

Called and asked if they perform ear cleanings for my husband without needing a full workup and they said yes. He arrived for the appointment, pays a $82 copay only to have the nurse look in his ears and say everything looks ok and doesnt clean anything. He cant hear out of one side. This place is a joke. Do not go to this specialist!

There have been several occasions where I waited on hold for more than 20 minutes while on my way there. I never got anyone to pickup the phone and then they told me I HAD TO COME BACK... not professional AT ALL!!!!!!

When calling to get my allergy drops I got a run around! They told me twice it would be $95 up front. I called my insurance company and also talked to benefits and it was lower than that! This clinic is OVER charging when should NOT be. I wonder who is pocketing the money! Lost my respect and business for sure!

I have been going here for years and love all of the staff and providers. The staff are always friendly and helpful over the phone and in person. The providers take time to hear your concerns and try to come up with a solution to any problems you may have, that would best fit your lifestyle.

Unprofessional. Doc was 45 minutes late to the appointment. Prescribed a pill for me to take for the rest of my life, to balance my ears, which another doctor confirmed was an allergy medicine that had nothing to do with ears. Had a much better and saner experience with Van Delden at mo ent center dot com
