Counselor John is always there to help, they are like a family to me.Easy to work with,Ms. Ayesha is the director she contact talks goes above and beyond. I recommend this place to any one wanting help.If you do you part theyll make sure that do theirs.Like I said the 2 specifically mentioned are the great but everyone is professional and treats you like a person not an addict or trash. They saved me!!

I called this morning and spoke to Sharmel. Horrible Customer Service and lack of professionalism. I called to obtain information in guidance for my family and I for a sibling. She had no empathy and was not informative at all. Definitely crossing this facility off my list. If I got treated the way I did I don’t want to even start imagining how they treat their patients. If I could give a negative 5, I would.

I am writing this on behalf of my son. I cannot thank the staff at Crossroads Treatment Center enough. There are no words. The staff is amazing and truly care about those they try to help. Aisha has been a God send, straight from Heaven! She has helped my son in so many ways, through motivation, kindness, lending a listening ear , trying to get funding for this critical business or just a simple “Hello Tyler” has made his journey there so successful. If she is there, she is available. His counselor Jonathan has also been a huge part of my son staying clean. He has always gone over and above to help us out with getting doctors appointments and such! Down to the clinic officer . Marcus, who is always smiling and greets Tyler and myself, every single day! He too, is supportive of Tyler! My son had been on drugs for over half his life, 18 years. We tried so many many times to get him help, but it never worked. Now I understand that the person has to want to be clean, as well BUT when a frail addict walks through those doors at Crossroads Treatment Center, you will be treated kind, professionally, compassionately, fair coming from the big hearts that work there. I am more than elated and proud to say my son, Tyler, has been clean over a year!! I thank God everyday for his blessings and putting Tyler where he needed to be. I thank y’all so much for helping me rescue my son!! God bless each and every single one of you there!! If anyone is looking for help and feel like the time is now... Go to Crossroads Treatment Center!

My experience here has been consistently very good. Sometimes better than others, due mostly to the staff at the time. Currently the staff is one of the best, with their professionalism, concern for their clients well being and the friendliest of attitudes. This truly is a place where everyone knows your name. The program director, Jonathan, clinical director and counselor, Cheryl and pharmacist James are model employees and perfect for their positions of leadership. Everyone else fro the front office receptionist, nurses, counselors, the doctor and security team are all just as professional, welcoming and friendly. The only reason why I dont give a 5 star rating is that it gets very expensive and there is too much turnover in the staff.

Went there to start the intake process we werent able to get started due to a faulty breathalyzer but the staff were very professional and considerate will be looking forward to Thursday to get started. We used to be enrolled in Columbia Metro treatment clinic Crossroads is far far far more professional cant wait to become a client Columbia Metro wouldnt care if you were drinking in the parking lot as long as you had the 💰

The des, lurdes, and staff genuinely care about the patients at Crossroads. I used to go to Metro but then i transferred to Crossroads a couple hrs ago. The difference in how the patients are treated in each facility is drastic. At Metro u are treated like a junkie nit at Crossroads you know they trust care and support u in your recovery. The only acception is the new counselor, Jessica. She is clearly doesnt for in to the family like atmosphere so hopefully she will be gone soon. Otherwise, Crossroads has saved my life.

Before coming to crossroads I thought there was no hope or no treatment that could help me Ive been to tons of them I was on methadone program in New York and its really didnt work out too good since the first day I walked in you all the doors I fell comfortable I have a reading and writing problem and they said down and help me out the first two weeks was confusion cuz I was coming off off some serious drugs dang going on methadone once the dosage started going up I gave up the other drugs but in between I feel the test they said thats common then when I got to a comfortable point I couldnt believe the changes my boss my family and friends could not believe the difference between me summertime is a little hard cuz I do AC work and Im in the attic and underneath the house and in the Attic by 10 or 12 I almost sweat it out they said they can work that out with me some kind of test its been about 3 years maybe more what you guys I have one problem with clean urine I have problem with my teeth and I dont know if the medicine messed it up but we got it fixed and then I think I failed for benzo even though I failed I dont believe that I really felt cuz it wasnt the hard drugs that I was doing anymore and havent touched since I told them that I had panic attac and anxiety attacks but besides that Ive been really good I think Im in stage 4 or 5 I go every two weeks Ive been committed with you guys since Ive been there people always talkin to me to go to the other clinics that theyre better and cheap and I said to them Im fine right here like home but I waited for almost by Camden if you look at the records I used to be the first one there everyday now Im the second person because I got to be in In-N-Out I got to go back to Camden get to work truck and 45 minutes later come all the way back this way I dont take the word truck because I drive the work is and its personal to me I spoke to my counselor she didnt get back to me yet around this time of year for two and a half months it is hard for me cuz the holiday is coming and the work is really slow and I have personal problems with my fiance right now so the money is really rough and if we split up I dont know what to do with the finance situation and of course shell get the car try to see if there was any kind of discount or help what anything would have to help me out I go to the one on bluff road and I love it some people dont because they make it harder on themselves with the staff thank you for the text and if any advice you have would be good for me thank you very much James Miranda 1371

Out of all the clinics in Columbia & surrounding area, they probably try the most. Methadone is soo cheap, so i wish they had options to pay weekly or monthly & receive some discount, but they now take Medicaid & some private insurances.

If it is your first time ever going for treatment what they tell you is all you need is your ID plus the money for treatment. What they dont tell you after you get there is that its a 5 hour process where they need urine blood breathalyzer samples ect. After they make you wait an hour after filling out paper work. So if you are still working take the day off before you go and expect to be there all day.
