Kathryn is a very gifted and talented healer. She’s very good at what she does. She’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. I have been suffering from chronic inflammation/acid reflux for a very long time. Pain in my right shoulder/arm, stomach, my sides as well as sleeplessness. Since Kathryn has begun to treat me I am extremely pleased with my results. I’m sleeping better, my pain has improved tremendously and my quality of life has also improved. I am so very glad that I found Kathryn. Her treatments have been lifechanging for me. Before coming to her, I suffered from chronic migraines and severe perimenopause symptoms. My primary care doctor recommended a uterine ablation, and I had one scheduled but wasnt looking forward to it. After just a few treatments with Kathryn, my migraines had stopped completely (which, coming from a place where I had 15-20 migraine days per month, to going a few months with zero migraines is really, really remarkable). Also, my perimenopause symptoms were reduced to the point where I canceled my ablation appointment because it just wasnt necessary anymore. When the pandemic hit, there were a couple of months where I couldnt get my acupuncture, and I noticed the migraines and perimenopause symptoms coming back. It was terrible! But then Kathryn was able to open back up and I noticed improvement after just one treatment (the perimenopause symptoms stopped almost immediately, and the migraines lost their intensity and happened less often). After three treatments, Im pretty much back to migraine free, with no perimenopause symptoms to speak of. Now, Ive been to other acupuncturists, who were also quite good, but none of them have ever had much of an effect on my migraines. Its really very amazing, and I recommend Kathryn to anyone who will listen, so great has the impact of her treatments been for me!

I started acupuncture and Chinese herbal medications with Kathryn August 2018 after being tired of getting sick with upper respiratory infections multiple times a year. Without fail, I get sick every change of season and usually 2-3 times in the fall & winter with severe congestion, cough, and loss of voice. I have tried traditional Western medications including nasal steroids and allergy medications. Since I started with Kathryn, I have not had any colds or bronchitis episodes which will be an entire year this coming August. I have also been able to stop both of my allergy medications.
