Jody is an excellent acupuncturist. She took the time to evaluate and personalize a full picture wellness experience for me. After that was completed, she personalized a plan that helped me feel less stressed and better all around. A highly recommendable experience.

I am hard pressed for words that can convey what Acupuncture and Ms. Southall did for me, but here goes.My back pain was excruciating to the ninth degree. So much so, that at one point in time I considered if this was to be my new normal, I didnt know how much more I could stand!!Enter Ms. Southall and Acupuncture. Within a few visits, my pain was VERY manageable......so much so that instead of ingesting pain pills like they were Skittles I didnt take any at all!As a side note, my brother is a doctor. I asked my brother about trying Acupuncture to which he brother replied, Why on earth not? What do you have to lose but pain!! I am certainly glad I went Ms. Southall and Acupuncture!!The best thing you could do is give it a chance and see.
