Customer service is quite poor. Not very friendly at all either. Not the best, they truly could improve.

This professional establishment will save you hundreds of dollars over chain pharmacies. The staff here does their best to work with providers and insurance in order to have medication available for the client. Delivery service is a blessing during these times.

I took my written Rx just expecting to drop it off and the girl asked for my ID & Ins. I assumed she was verifying my Ins and in 15mins she called my Name, handed me my cards and my medication! I was shocked and pleased!

Be careful with colton pharmacy. They gave me partial prescription , I received just 15 pills of aspirin when I suppose to receive 30 pills that happened one month ago. Today , After the appointment with the doctor , I asked them for the refill of other medication and they said that they send my medicines to an old address when I dont authorized that .... now I have to wait if they cant get my medication .

Came in with Vertigo symptoms, Doctor refuses to see me because they dont see anyone that gets dizziness. Theyre a joke.

The customer service at Colton Pharmacy is amazingly above and beyond the industry standard. My mother was prescribed a specialty drug that her pharmacy did not dispense, resulting in her doctor sending her prescription to Colton Pharmacy. Her prescription was mailed out to her and received within a weeks time with a $0 dollar amount due. A week went by and my mom got a call from Colton Pharmacy, informing her that her co-pay would be $100 a month for this one pill she is taking! Patel, the manager/pharmacist called me back. He told us that for the first month, to help my mom get started on her meds, they covered the fee of $100! Patel continues to say that there are foundations that will subsidize prescription fees for qualifying applicants. He asked a few questions regarding income, and he applied her information while we were on the phone. Within a few minutes, my mom was approved for the program and will get her future refills at no cost to her! I cant tell you how grateful my mother and I are, for the 5 Star/5 Diamond customer care we received. Im overwhelmed by the standards of service they delivered to us. Im quite sure that this is the level of service they give to all of their patrons. I believe in supporting our local merchants. Colton Pharmacy is your neighborhood pharmacy that will go the extra mile for you! Patel and Anik were very cordial and professional- with the added bonus of the aforementioned!! Wow guys, you are the best! I will let the prescribing doctor know how amazingly easy it was (and pleasant), doing business with Colton Pharmacy!! SUPPORT LOCAL!!

This pharmacy has drivers that are rude and very obnoxious. I had a home full of family visiting one Saturday, I get no call that they are delivering my meds and this driver shoes up with my prescription and says that I owe $6.00 and change. I then tell him that no one informed me and that I needed to go to bank for money, this driver then proceeded to tell me in front of a room full of family, well cant you all any of them if they have the money.I we so embarrassed because he just stood there like it was okay to do that to a client.Than I called the pharmacy told them what had happened and said I no longer wish to be a client; now this was in mid June I think, they are still calling me saying my prescription is ready. Ive called about 7 other times and told them I no longer will use their services but they are still calling me.

I was in contact with my nurse saying the prescription is ready by this time. So I go pick it up and they said theres nothing on file. Then when the medicine gets dropped off the the people who drop it off is rude and lazy. Like how are you going to call with attutide that youre nearby and then have a minor drop the medicine off while you just wait in the car?

I called in to Colton Pharmacy and Medical Supplies for a prescription. They delivered only a partial prescription of 16 pills out of 90. Under QTY:90 was written in ink 16/18. When I called in to get the rest Jennifer just picked up the phone and did not say anything. When I said hello she said can I help you. I told her that she did not speak she just answered the phone. I then told her that I need the rest of the prescription. She put me on hold and said that the prescription was already filled and I was not do for anymore until next month. I told her that only a partial prescription was filled and she put me on hold again. She then told me I would have to bring in the bottle to prove that I was only given a partial prescription. This is the second time that the pharmacist at colton Pharmacy did this so before I went I found another pharmacy to use. When I went in to Colton pharmacy I gave them the bottle and the name of the new pharmacy that I would be using. The Pharmacist told me that the received the notice of the new pharmacy and I would have to get the rest of the prescription from them. I told her that that is not possible because they charged for the full amount of prescription and that they would not refill something that was already paid for. I was upset and told the pharmacist this and that she has to give the full prescription that was paid for and that I assumed that a pharmacy would be required by law to know how many pills are in a bottle. She agreed and said she didnt do it. Why would who did it matter. Someone she works with did. One employee even suggested calling the police. I was told to sit down and that they would fill it. I counted them because they already proved that they dont know how to. I was still 20 pills short. When I pointed this out they all seemed upset with me like I did something wrong. I pointed out that The bottle only had 16/18 but it was supposed to be 90. Then a few people told me that I was given the full prescription and 16/18 was the exp date. I then asked what date 16/18 was they could not answer this. This pharmacy should be shut down they do not know what they are doing.

The Colton Pharmacy operates its business horribly. The driver did not keep my medication in a cooler, and it needs to be refrigerated. Their located in Colton and I live in Riverside. The driver gave the excuse that it can be out for two hours, and thats how she received. So because she received it that way makes it okay to not have a cooler for refrigerated medication? This pharmacy would never call to make an appointment with me to make sure I was home. The customer services is obsolete! So do not expect it!

Aleays behind on getting my pills, gone through soooo many withdrawls due to this place. My pills are 3 days late!

Most of the people are nice. They serve local entities and have a decent stock of medications.

They take forever to call you, and they never keep appointments on time...smfh
