It’s so expensive compared to other goodwills. 4$ for a small glass vase? 4$ for a mug? You can find those new at the dollar tree. 10$ for a bulletin board? You can get a new one at Walmart for 8$. Not worth the trip

This location is organized. Is tidy and clean. Has a moderate selection of merchandise. With percentage discounts given for price tag colors. Along with a senior discount given on Tuesday at all goodwill locations. Parking is good. Store was not crowded. At this time dressing rooms and restrooms are closed.

I love this location. Everyone that works there is always polite. The merchandise is a fair assortment. Staff does their best to keep it tidy.

Sales Manager, Andrea, was super friendly when we came into the Colton store!!!! Andrea informed us about that days deal, the Blue 25% off & showed us some of the items that would be going on sale in a few days. We noticed how helpful she was with the other customers & she showed overall great customer service for our entire shopping experience!

I enjoy this location Goodwill. The store has a team that is positive with a fun personality. Manager Megan has high energy and loves the to shout out the specials daily. I give this store a five high/ 5 stars on customer service !Thank you D

Found exactly what I needed within about ten minutes. I love that Goodwill stores are usually well organized. This one was. Friendly cashier too.

They always have a good selection of clothes and shoes just my size and prices that fit my budget.

The prices have gone up significantly. A childs T-shirt priced at $5.99 is rediculus! Shame on them when they are receiving the merch for free. Back be for covid-19 it was a place were families that are struggling could clothe, and good at an affordable price. Thats too bad that they have gotten so greedy. I could find a lot of what they are selling way cheaper at bargain stores. I dont see myself shopping there as offen as I used to.

I bought a few pair a jeans, at this place came home tried them on and they didnt fit, but if you dont have the receipt you cant get a exchange even if the tags are still on them, I think thats a rip off they need to go back and review there exchange policy for the fact with this covid-19 you cant try items on, cause I wouldnt have brought the pants in the first place if I knew they were not going to fit..

Lots of name brands, lots of variety, atmosphere was pleasant, store was very neat, I think they have some very good pickers at the moment.Meaning those that pick what makes it to the sales floor, nearly all of the clothing was exceptional and I like that. 😎 My only complaint kinda high priced for being thrift especially since all inventory is donated.

Seems like theres just normal stuff at higher prices. Theres a pandemic on and people are out of work, and the thrift store is capitalizing on that!

I normally have a good experience when I go here but today no. I stop by to pick up a shirt as I normally do maybe once or twice a month and The girl that was there was busy helping another customer. She had short hair, she thin, wearing glasses. Asked if she had someone they could unlock the dressing Room for me she said she be over there to do it shortly. The customer laugh I waited and she started setting up her area putting what look like a red table cloth on the glass and started cutting it I waited a little bit. She didnt even acknowledge me as she continued to cut the cloth so I left. The worst service Ive ever gotten here. Normally everyone is helpful and courteous, but not today. Itll be a while before I come back, If ever.

My wife and I come here all the time. The staff is always nice and willing to help with anyting you need. One of the members of the staff got a push cart for my wife. One of her arms is disabled so it was very appreciated

I had a very good shopping experience. This particular location is very organized and uncluttered. They had very little product that was loose or on the floor. The store associates were very cordial and attentive. I will surely return to this location.

I had a wonderful day today especially when I dropped in in the Goodwill store they were having a tremendous savings sale on items that were blue or green tagged for only $1 throughout the store.

I can always find something good at this Goodwill. And the employees are always nice.

They always have good quality products, one of my favorite places to shop, save me lots of money, also the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Most clothes and items are vintage. Probably, theyre all snatched up on the weekend. Workers are great, smile and friendly though.

I was going to buy a leather jacket and they decided that the price was too cheap and they tried to charge me $25 even though the item was priced at $7.99

There is this lady with red hair that works there she is so rude..The rest of the staff are great

My local Goodwill, love their staff & store.

The employees are very helpful, which can be a double edged sword. Sometimes when you try to check out, they are nowhere to be found because they are helping other customers or are performing their other job duties.

Thursday is the color of the week dollar day at all Goodwills to my knowledge. I went and found 3 new dresses for a dollar each. My total was $16.00 for over 12 items. Im a bargain shopper.
