I have been going to Hope Avenue for the past couple months and it has changed my life. I feel like i have some place where i can let my wall down and be myself and speak my mind with absolutely no judgments. I grew up where like many therapy was never an option. I am so happy i made the necessary steps. My life is completely changing because i am doing the work.

Anthony Carson is hands down the best therapist in the IE. Well to me, the best in general. His passion and dedication to being of service to his community really shines through in his work; not just in his individual therapy sessions, but in his online therapy sessions to. His wisdom, and expertise he brings to his therapy sessions really leaves you feeling like your cup is filled back up again. His sessions have provided me with the skills necessary to overcome my anxiety, and bouts of depression I experience from years of generational trauma that I have experienced. Plus he is from where we are from so he understands the struggle.I highly recommend Hope Avenue Counseling!
