Just got my COVID Booster here...walk in. Fast and professional.

It was our second time going to this facility for a sports physical. Only 25.00. First time we were there there was not a pandemic going on so it was in and out. Very nice and professional doctors and staff. Very clean and tidy place. We recently went back for another sports physical and it was major packed with patients but doctor made time to give my daughter the physical that we needed done that day in order for her to continue to practice to try out for cheer thst week. It was still very clean and tidy and the young lady at the front desk helping us was very professional and efficient even though it was super packed with patients. She did the best she could. They were all professional and patient considering their overwhelming jobs. Our wait was long but we chose to wait. We were informed of the long wait before hand which is what should be done. Truly appreciate y’all making time for my daughters physical. She did make her high school the cheer team!! Without your help that day she would have not been able to try out. Thank you Thank you 😊

The PA here is horrible, mis-diagnosing and not considering how the patient is feeling, telling patients to sleep it off and brushing off serious concerns of the patient. They need real doctors and more professional staff here. if you really care about your health take your business somewhere else.

This place may be in a random spot, but the inside is not out of place. Very clean, organized, wait times are appropriate. They allow you to wait in the car, they even allow you to stay home and check in. Very customer friendly, very children friendly, very holistic. The NPs are so considerate, and the front desk MA are polite and professional.

Had a appt at 3:24 and it is past 7pm and have not been called yet. They said they would send me a text when its my turn and still have not received anything. This is bad customer service for patient. Next time I will go to the Redlands office and hopefully will be better.. I already paid my co payment or I would of left. Good grief more than 4 hours waiting.

A nurse named Mike helped my son he was so sweet, also the Doctor named Sharon front desk staff were also soSweet! For now of I will be coming here for my sons needs. By far the nicest medical staff I’ve ever been too! Also was in and out less than 30 minutes. Amazing came in at 2:55 pm had me in and out by 3:20pm awesome

Very professional staff and Doctors are amazing.. Always kept clean and I feel safe. I having been going here about a year when my kids or I are not feeling well and I feel like they have always treated me with respect and truly listen to my concerns.

They were amazing!! We were in and out if there in less than an hour. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Only thing was they prescribed medication my insurance doesnt cover but thats an easy fix.

Dont go here for Covid test or for anything actually during this pandemic. If you come here to know if you have covid, with the possibility that you dont, you will probably get infected here. They have everyone waiting INSIDE the lobby/waiting area. Why would they have people with symptoms waiting for a covid19 test inside with others? At the beginning of the pandemic they would test you outside in your car but now they make you go in the room so they can charge you or your insurance a consult with their doctor. They dont care for your safety and they definitely dont care about stopping the spread of this virus. Oh and the wait time can take 4+ hours even with appointment!!

2nd time here and let me tell you, yes we had a wait time but overall it was a good, the staff was nice and my husband and I both being there decided to get our covid vaccine, I was so nervous that I didn’t even feel the pinch of the shot, thank you to the girls how helped us!

This is THE BEST URGENT CARE FACILITY IN COLTON-SAN BERNARDINO!!! They are very courteous, friendly and the wait is never long either. The front staff, doctors and nurses are always delightful!!! They listen to you and get you in and out in no time flat!!! I LOVE IT!!!

Worst urgent care I been to. I came in an checked on a tablet I sat for two hours when you check in and complete the registration it was only a 30 min wait and their was only maybe like ten people. I waited two hours just for vitals and also rude receptionist when a women went to ask her how long a couple of time she got told the same thing they will call you in a bit and when the women would walk away the receptionist would roll her eyes. They skip my son three time and when I went to ask they just said the time on the screen is wrong I as again skipped. Wouldn’t recommend this urgent care horrible

I did a telemedicine visit for my 2 year old. I have been battling boils on her for the last few weeks. If I got them to go away a new one would pop up somewhere else on her. They hurt her so much and she’s only 2. Her PCP couldn’t see her until end of May. To them her condition wasn’t serious. So I found Colton Urgent Care. And Dr. Dustin Ware was a heaven sent angel. He was able to diagnose my daughter and called in 2 meds for her to my local pharmacy of choice. It’s been 3 fulls days of her treatment and all of her boils are almost completely healed and no new ones have shown up!!! Her visit was easy to book, I had zero wait time, it was more than convenient and I would do it again to avoid being in potentially crowded spaces with a 2 year old who takes her mask off constantly. Thank you Colton urgent care and Dr. Ware. You are all amazing!!!

Waited 3hrs to be send to the ER and wait another 3hr they didnt want me to have to wait 2hrs for a CT scan results. Very disappointing.

This was my first time coming to this place. Last Friday. I had some sort of allergic reaction from the seizure medications i am currently taking and even though I wasn’t excited of going to urgent care I am glad that I took my chances and came to this place. They were awesome and I treated me very well. I was actually taken back and surprised. The whole process was easy from registering online to checking in when I arrived and when the nurse and doctor saw me, they got me there in and out quickly. There were only about 5 people there when I arrived and I got seen right away. I was particularly happy with the service the nurse and the doctor (Andrew) had provided. They both have very good bedside manner and I felt that they cared. I was really stressed out coz I couldn’t get hold of any of my doctor nor neurologist and I’m glad I took my chances to try their urgent care even though my insurance kept on directing me that the closest urgent care that is close to me that accepts my insure are only in Pomona and Clairemont. I live in Grand terrace... that is way too far from me. I don’t know why insurance do that. Dr Andrew not sure his last name made me feel at ease and calmed me down a lot. He helped me as much as he can for what I needed. He was very professional. I wish more people out there are like him . The nurse who I didn’t catch his name was very patient with me. He saw me that I was in tears stressing and in pain and he reassured me that I will be taken care of. Even the lady at the front desk was very nice to get me more detailed discharged papers that I needed, so I can share all that information to my doctor and neurologist . I definitely recommend this place and if I ever needed anything as far as urgent care, I won’t hesitate to come back here again.⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

TONIGHT(11/20/20):Very disappointing. The sign out front says they offer covid tests and process appears similar to county set-up where you can schedule online. However, once there the wait and cost is more like a traditional urgent care visit! $60 for a 6PM test. Was told the high cost was due to the medical consult. Was told I would see Dr. Mark. At around 6:40 the doctor came in and asked if I had any symptoms. I responded, nothing that probably couldnt be explained away like a headache. He literally spent probably 5 to 7 seconds with me and was physically walking away from me as I was speaking and and trying to explain I was being cautious after a known exposure. Nothing...no advisement,consult, or directions offered. When I said, thank you Dr. Mark he kept right on walking and yelled back Eric. I know its a stressful time for everyone but I expected better, at least basic respect...and what I paid for would have been nice too. Also, unlike county NO contact if negative. Not set up for a text or call like it seems on the front end. Will only contact you if positive.

Never really had a problem before they started Rapid testing (something insurance doesnt pay for) but after they did service wasnt the same. I watched as people who came in after me go before me because they were paying out of pocket. When I asked about the wait they acted like everything was normal. I even got attitude from the lady when confirming my check in status. I thought this was a good place to go for testing but am starting to think otherwise now. After reading some of the other reviews it seem that they may care more about profits than the community they serve. Even though insurance money is guaranteed I guess nothing beats cold hard cash in your hand...Smh

Horrible service from the doctor. She told my dad he was fine and to go home and rest but when he went elsewhere, turns out his lungs were weakened from his cough and he was prescribed the necessary medication. This place only took his money and didn’t even help him. Go somewhere else if you need medical care.

Came for Covid testing, very clean with great staff.

This place discriminates against those wanting COVID tests! Priority given to NON -ENGLISH SPEAKING PEOPLE! I had to wait 2.5 hours for a simple COVID test, that previously was given to me several months ago by this same clinic in my car 4 months ago, in my car within 20 minutes of checking in at it.

My mom and i went in today for a rapid covid testing where we paid 150$ each for the results! The ladies at the front desk were very rude! I get it you working in a pandemic you see over 100 ppl a day but thats not our fault! I a firm believer of treat how you want to be treated! If you dont like your job please quit and find something that makes you happy and do it! I mean i get it some of us ask stupid questions but if you dont have patients to work with people then dont do it! Also they said our results we going to be emailed to us within the hour or two! They were not! We had to call and go pick them up! I mean if you ask for our emails and phone number the least you can do is send us our results like you say you are!

If I could give less than 1 star I would put -5. Overall, there is nothing positive I could possibly say about this place but that it was a waste of time and the WORST service I have received. They make Walmart workers look like grade A professionals. Edgar Allen Poe would have loved this place. Arthur Schopenhauer would have used this urgent care as an example of the unfruitfulness of life. They made my girlfriend waste her whole afternoon waiting for an evening appointment That she booked online. They said “ no those times are wrong we cannot except your appointment.” However, why do they still have that online appointment option if they don’t honor it and waste people’s time giving them false information? She had to wait a whole other night with her severe symptoms of strep that keep her awake and her Covid test.

This place needs better staff and real doctors , waited so long to get seen for nothing

I am visiting here in Colton for work and am staying only a couple of minutes from this urgent care location when I needed to make this unexpected visit. When I arrived, there was nobody waiting ahead of me leaving me to wait only a brief moment. That was amazing! In addition to the shortest wait time ever, every staff member I came into contact with was also amazing! They were very friendly, professional, and very welcoming. I definitely will visit this location again if the need arises and if Im in the immediate area. This urgent care facility most definitely has my full recommendation and endorsement. Great job to everyone involved with creating such an amazing experience and providing all the necessary medical treatment required that day.

The staff was rude!! Took our 2 year old son there because his ear was bleeding, they kept asking me to keep him quiet and there were only two other patients in the lobby. They need to understand that kids are loud specially when they’re in pain, they should know how to talk to people without an attitude. I understand that it can get stressful but its an urgent care it’s going to be noisy sometimes.Then when my son was seen they just sent us home and said there was nothing they could do about it. I had to take him to a different urgent care and they actually did something about his ear.Very unprofessional.

This place is GREAT!!! I got here right at opening at 9 and Im done 15 minutes later. Super clean facility and REALLY nice staff. Definitely would recommend this urgent care.

Came in right when they opened at 9am. There was only one person in front of me. Everything was pretty fast including checking. Very friendly staff & knowledgeable and loved that everything was clean and neat. Staff is great with kids! Will definitely come back next time theres an injury.

Today I visited this urgent care for the 3rd time this month, every time Ive gone everyone from reception to Dr.s have been very courteous, professional and genuinely caring. Even when I was snappy due to pain they were so nice and understanding. As far as cleanliness, expense and wait time, youll find no better urgent care out there. Thank you for being one awesome team.

Doctor is absolutely amazing! First time I came with my daughter when she had an extreme ear infection. It was a breeze and everything I said the doctor listened and responded to by prescribing medicine for her needs at that moment. God bless facilities like this because theyre SO HARD to come by. Only downfall is I cant make them my primary care facility 😩

Doctors are amazing and nursesthe front staff terrible I have never experienced terrible customer service and lack of knowledge on how to deal with sick patients. I know this being I work in the medical field I know what is the right way and wrong way. There is a way to engage with patients and to speak in a professional manner and not speak like your incompetent.

Honestly before I went in I wasnt expecting much given the location of the of the facility ,but was pleasantly surprised if you find a very clean and high tech waiting room. The staff was REALLY nice, i was helped by Aurora,Giselle, Brittany and Ilina and all 4 girls deserve a raise cause they were really quick,professional and friendly (i made a yelp and this is my first review ever, thats how pleased i am ;] ) I Highly recommend this urgent care !

My first time here. I signed in at 9am . Filled paperwork. Saw the doctor . And was out by 10am. Great place !

My 3 year old daughter had been having fever and vomiting so I just called around checking to see if they took her insurance luckily they did they were super friendly and within 5-10 minutes they took her in , I was honestly very shocked of how fast they were plus super clean ...will be going back if I ever need to go to urgent care .thank you

I went in because a friend complained about how it her visit didnt meet the sanitary standards every urgent care is required. Front desk clerk at the hours of 6-8pm on February 13, is coughing heavily, there was over the counter medications on her desk in patients view. Also in my visit, there was no knocking what so ever, every physician assistant and nurse and DR. Just walked in my room, I was talking to myself and I didnt want staff to see that. Knocking is highly necessary before entering the room. Also the assistant attempted to check my blood sugar, but it was clear she had little to no training. She asked what do I do with this thing referring to the blood sugar reader, she then sanitized my middle finger, and ended up picking my index finger, shes luck I wash my hands. I feel this place needs better staff with better experience. On another note, they were medically bias, I am sick, but after testing my urine because of my medical conditions, they un-prescibed my medication for ear infection. I went to rite aid to find out they never sent it. Due to the contant found in my urine from unrelated edible usage. I believed I was judged from that, after they prescribed me medications. That they later revoked due to the contant

They denied the 2 vaccination of covi 19 for not carrying the insurance when they already had my information !! . When I returned with the insurance in 5 min .. I was denied the service ... I asked for the manager .. manager was not there ...... and the kind nurse tore the papers in front of me
