The doctors are nice but it takes a good 2 to 3 months just to get an appointment. Most of the time you end up in urgent care and they tell you to go see your doctor. When it comes to lab work you have to follow up with them and my lab work needed follow up. Would not have know if I had not called.

Glad im paying for an insurance premium for a plan i can use because they want to cry covid and be useless

It was my first time with beaver medical group, I was referred by my co workers, my experience was very good the staff are welcoming and I was in n out less then 45 min including the labs.Doctor Hassan was very pleasant friendly, and experienced.Thank you Beaver medical group.

Been with a doctor there about 25 years! My doctor is retiring next month, I got a appoint with a new doctor there to get established! I wanted to get appointment with my old doctor, they said I couldnt because I made appointment with new doctor! This was very disturbing because after 25 years they would have been more understanding!

As a beaver medical patient , I am happy to give an excellent review to Beaver medical group. The staff is very nice and kind .one person who excels in being helpful and doing everything that she can to help you get what you need is Glendale Gonzales. She is so compassionate and efficient and my husband and I truly appreciate her very much.

All were great, blood test, xrays, very helpful.

The plus side is that it is convenient to my home, the bad is that you have a two month wait to see the doc. If you have critical.problems, this may not be the office you want and/or need.

Staff here is pretty rude. Probably worse beaver medical Ive been to.

I was seen by Dr. Ma, almost 3 weeks later he hasnt signed off my lab results. Good or bad news results should be handled in a timely manner. Not happy at all.

Ive been waiting for an appointment for months, the receptionist and staff are very #rude .

The staff here are wonderful and always helpful. I just wish theyd answer the phone and not leave me on hold for 20 minutes.

5 days I am trying to do an appointment.

This was the worse experience of my life. I was on the phone from 1pm to 4 pm to schedule a simple TB test. They kept transferring me from one department to another one just to schedule!!! This was a night mare. VERY VERY VERY bad experience. Does not recommend at all. The medical staff just simply uncooperative and do not want to work. They just transfer your call to another person; back and forth. HORRIBLE - 3 hours - and still no appointment - no doctor - no test - jest on the phone!!!

Visit was fine but they REALLY need more people to man the phones. Even other locations cant get a hold of them wen you need something.

Dr singh and his staff are the best. In on time and takes time to talk and get full picture

This is a real disappointment to come back to beaver.I am Never able to get in to see a doctor when i need to. They were supposed to make it so that you could get a same day appt. when you need it and i still cant get in when i need to. I am not paying for insurance to go to urgent care when ever i need to be seen!!!

Theyve improved their appointment system things are better.

Been going there for years, Dr Yamada is great.

Every time I called to make an appointment, I wait and wait until I just give up! I decided to go with someone else!
