The team at Dr Wells office is fantastic and goes above & beyond for clients. Had issues with glasses bought elsewhere and the optician took great care of me. Already a loyal customer. Even more so now!

My first visit this morning - I highly recommend this practice. Dr. Wells and all her staff were wonderful, and the covid protocols were very strong. I felt much more safe in this small practice than a chain eye exam store.

While Optometrist Tracy Wells is excellent, I strongly recommend you getting your glasses elsewhere. The woman running the eye glass part is horrible. The glasses I got fell apart very soon after buying, and without any stress on the glasses. By itself, this could be an indication of a sub-standard product or substandard prep by the store. Admittedly, this by itself could also be simply random chance. Contrary to the store name, though, the woman running the glasses part seems to not not care at all. Once she has sold you the product, it appears you are on your own, even if they fall apart tomorrow (which in my experience, is likely).

I ordered lenses. They came with 5 subtle stamps on each lens. It took me a while to figure out that the new floaters I was seeing were actually things intentionally stamped on the lenses.

I got treated really well since the moment I walked in, Dr. Tracy and her staff were very helpful and were always looking to assist me.

Dr. Wells and Erin have been taking care of my family for years. We wouldnt get eye exams or contacts anywhere else!
