I was diagnosed with Bells Palsy in July 2020. I had permanent damage to my right eye and I could not see out of that eye. Dr. Pelton was wonderful and explained what he could do to help me. I was amazed that I could see right after the surgery. I am so grateful to him and his awesome receptionist who got me in so quickly to see him. My experience with Dr. Pelton and his office has been an absolute positive experience! I have been seeing Dr Pelton for 6 months now after an eye injury left me needing surgery. Both the doctor and his staff took absolute great care of me. From the very beginning through surgery now on the follow up care. If you’re looking for a Doctor actually listens to concerns and takes time to educate and communicate with you Dr. Pelton is the doctor for you!!I am so happy I was referred to Dr Pelton and his office! I read some of the reviews here so was hesitant of going here after being referred. However to my pleasant surprise Doctor Pelton was fabulous. He addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions. Rest of the staff was friendly and was in and out fairly quick. Will definitely be back if I need those types of services again!

I went to Dr Pelton for a mole close to my left eye. He did a thorough exam, explained that it wasn’t actually a mole or anything to be worried about. He removed it in office there without any pain. I chose to see a plastic surgeon for this because I didn’t want a dermatologist to butcher my face. I’m happy I did.

From the positive interaction with Linda in the office to the after surgery care from the office staff and Dr.Pelton.... excellent people! They care and take great pride in making you feel good about yourself. Very clean and professional office. Easy to reach for questions and Dr. Pelton is easy to express concerns to. He is very kind and honest about what will be happening before, during and after procedures. I loved the experience and highly recommend him.

Dr. Pelton and his staff were AMAZING! He had to cut out pieces of my upper eyelid and lower eye skin in very visible and sensitive areas. Could have been a disaster bit he was so kind and took the time to chat and did a phenomenal job. No pain during the procedure and it healed beautifully where you cant even see where the cuts were! His stitches were so tiny and delicate you could hardly see the actual stiches when he was done! I will definitely go back if I need anything again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good surgeon/doc.

I was botched by Dr Pelton. My eyes came out very uneven. This experience was traumatizing for years. He also asked me to have $500 cash for added procedure on my eyes. I had decided not to do the extra surgical procedure that required the cash and I think that made him angry. He was unethical. I dont know how someone in good conscience to could this to another human being. I had to pay for a revision surgery on my eyes. BEWARE of Dr. Pelton. After reading all the positive reviews, I am fairly certain Dr Pelton has hired an online reputation improvement company. I certainly cant be the only one. I will keep my reviews going as long as I live.

I recently had eyelid reduction surgery by Dr. Pelton. From the initial visit I was impressed with his staff. All were professional but friendly. The routine intake procedures are very detailed, and they make sure you fully understand the procedure; what to expect follow the procedure; and provide detailed checklist.The procedure was just as expected and the follow on session also went well. Dr Pelton did a great job with virtually no pain or discomfort.

Great Experience at Dr. Peltons office.Dr. Pelton should be the standard for all of Doctors.This is my second time having Dr. Pelton perform surgery on my eye area.I have had 14-surgeries during my life with 3 more to go. This review is based upon Dr. Peltons professionalism; not on his care. Dr. Pelton returned a phone call when he wasnt on call, and then, a few hours later, called again to find out how I was, and even consulted with the ER doctor. I was impressed that Dr. Pelton called the second time.I had a medical eye emergency. When my husband called my eye doctor (Friday, after hours), he got a recording to press 1 for an emergency and was routed to a Davita call center. Davita gave my husband Dr. Peltons phone number because they had him listed as the on-call doctor. It turns out that Dr. Pelton was out of state and was not the doctor on call. However, he returned my husbands phone call, and a few hours later, called again to check up on me. The doctor who WAS on call, never called us back.I would definitely recommend Dr. Pelton based on the fact that I think he cares about people, even when they arent his patients. I just might have to switch eye doctors!

This doctor and his staff are throwbacks to a time of patient centered care. Dr. Pelton just called me back at 9pm and made space for an 8am appointment to look at my beloveds facial cuts after a fall. I am deeply grateful for his care.

Dr. Pelton is very competent and professional. His staff is friendly, courteous and interested in patient comfort during recovery from any procedure. I had a blepharoplasty(eyelid lift to improve vision) procedure done on both eyes. The post op recovery was relatively painless with no need for pain medication and uneventful without any complications. I am happy to recommend Dr. Pelton to his future patients.

Had one surgery with Dr Pelton and I loved it so much I am back for a second procedure the first went so well. Dr.Pelton is friendly and personable and the staff is great. I would only recommend Dr. Pelton.

Dr. Pelton performed an orbital fracture repair on me and he was awesome! He obviously knew what he was doing, and didnt even leave an incision mark on me. The anesthesiologist was super friendly as well, so were all the nurses and administrative ladies. Dr. Pelton made lots of jokes with me because I was so nervous and scared (first surgery) and I really enjoyed that. I appreciate that he explained things to me, the procedure, aftercare, etc. without dumbing it down. He spoke to me like an equivalent which not a lot of doctors/renown surgeons do! Just two days after surgery and I am feeling awesome. I am certainly going to try not to break my orbital bone again, but if I do, Dr. Pelton is the guy to see! 5 stars!

Dr. Pelton performed an eyelid-blethroplasy on my wife. After seeing the dramatic difference and how much younger my wife looked following the procedure I decided to have it done myself. Both of us love the results. Dr. Pelton took the time to answer all our questions and put us at ease when dealing with the short recovery time. Follow-up visits were professional, thorough and friendly. His office staff and medical team are great. We have recommended Dr. Pelton to friends and family and will continue to do so in the future.

I had an upper eyelid lift, (blepharoplasty) and could not be more satisfied with the results and the process.
