Possibly the most inattentive Doctor I have ever experienced. Dr Puretz is unprofessional and negligent.

My daughter saw Dr. Puretz for a female issue. The doctor gave us a great deal of time and answers our questions in a thorough manner. She was helpful to give various treatment options, as well as information on each. The staff was kind and professional.

Was not happy with my experience here. I arrived at my first appointment early and I give the receptionist my new insurance card and she says “alright you’re good to go on through” I asked “just go through the door?” She nodded yes. So I walked through the door...no one is there...she then gives me a dirty look (she’s on the phone) and told me to wait in the lobby. My husband and I were very confused because he heard the same thing. So then we waited......45 minutes....in a hot waiting room with loud music. Then the nurse finally calls me. I immediately noticed she was wearing her mask under her nose! She forgot several things. Collect sample, the stethoscope for my bp, set up my chart for the Dr, set up the ultrasound machine for my ultrasound. So I waited even more...the Dr comes in and talks 100 mph. And goes over things that were already gone over during my first appointment over a month prior. So then she does the ultrasound, it was amazing seeing my baby. But. The nurse mentioned earlier who forgot everything decided to linger and watch and say oooh aaaahhh woooow as if she was a family member...During my ultrasound! Extremely unprofessional. So then I opted to do blood testing and that was something I had to remind her of 10 minutes later (shocker). Then she takes my blood and talks about nausea and vomiting. I’m a pregnant woman don’t you think I’m sick enough?! So the following Monday I get a call stating she forgot to ask me a question regarding the blood test. Ok... then she calls me immediately after asking for a different name. Then when I follow up for my results on a Friday I heard part of my blood test results and I was told to wait until the next Monday for the Dr to call me with the entire results. Monday comes by and I hear nothing. So I follow up Tuesday. Then I was told my results weren’t in yet and that’s why I haven’t been called.....So I obviously was upset because I was worried that they told me the complete wrong partial information and just made it up since I was told a different story days before. The nurse said “oh I’m so sorry I shouldn’t have said that”. I’ve obviously gone elsewhere for medical care. I seriously wondered if this nurse was pranking me....or if she was a paid actress... I’ve never ever experienced absent minded unorganized medical care like this.
