Awesome coach and gym. The equipment is top quality and a very clean environment. The best workout experience I have ever had. I am going to be a dedicated member for a long time.

So glad I joined the 6 week challenge and found this gym! John is motivating and holds me accountable, which I like. The workouts are diverse and challenging. Changes to my body are happening quickly!
