My mole removal was fast and pain free! The also explain my post surgery care and called to tell me they removal was successful.

I’m very confused by all of the positive reviews for this office. Perhaps they’re soliciting them from patients? Regardless, I’ve been here three times and will no longer go back. The first appointment I had with Dr. P was rushed and lacked any real bedside manner. She was cold and treated me like a number instead of a human being. She even tried walking out multiple times before addressing all of my concerns. I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and booked my next follow-up appointment with Dr. J, who was super personable and very kind. Unfortunately she wasn’t able to perform a specific procedure so I was booked again with Dr. P. Third appointment was the deal breaker. Took the morning off of work only to find out that they had incorrectly scheduled me. Instead of trying to fit me in (30 minute procedure, and I was already booked for 15 minutes), they requested that I come back weeks later. Um, no thank you. I’ll simply find another dermatologist that actually values my time and displays some real compassion towards their patients.

My appointment with Dr. Sarah Jenik was great.Shes super nice and I instantly felt comfortable talking to her. She actually had to scrape off one of my moles and the procedure took less than 5 minutes and I didnt feel anything.I definitely recommend seeing her.

Ive struggled with acne my entire life, even worse so in my 30s. Dr Jenik was so kind, she took the time to sit it the room with me and listen to my story. She gave me samples and coupons, no products sold in their office are pushed. She also prescribed a topical and an oral med tailored to my personal needs and skin issues. Im super hopeful for my new regimen.

I just moved to the area and finding a new doctor is not a fun process. I set up a consultation and she was able to provide my service same day! She and the whole staff were very welcoming and patient. Nothing felt rushed. I will absolutely be a returning patient.

I love Skin MD! I have had other physicians assess and say well its genetic and carry on with their day. Dr. Piantanida understands as a women how hard it is to have concerning skins and while being open and honest has come up with a plan and within a month has reset my skin! There are options and she has been wonderful!

I do not recommend! On two different occasions I had issues with appointments. I waited over an hour for a scheduled appointment and the other I got an appointment reminder for 3:30 when I showed they said the appointment was at 2:30.Also had extreme bruising, that left a brown mark across my face after IPL.Request a refund for treatment I did not receive and they only gave me 1/3 of the amount they owed me.

Went for my annual skin cancer check and one biopsy was taken. Also, had a few beauty botox injections in my forehead and eye area. Very please with my Dermatologist.

Dr. Piantanida is great! She does not encourage you to do more than necessary, and more importantly she looks normal, which I can’t say about all cosmetic dermatologists. The staff is friendly and the office location is super convenient. I’m really glad I found her and intend to keep going back.

The Dr. and staff provide great service and seem to sincerely care about your well-being. I was seen about five minutes prior to my scheduled appointment, which is a rarity at a doctors office.

I am a new patient, called told them of my concern with a mole on my nose. I was seen within a week. Sarah was just as friendly as she was professional.

Dr. Piantanida saw my wife, knowing she had a long history of skin cancers and procedures. She spent very little time, to the extent that my wife decided to travel back to Texas to visit her previous dermatologist. In that Texas visit, a few weeks later, multiple cancers were found, actively treating now. We called Dr Piantanidas office multiple times asking for her invoice to be cancelled, while the office was nice, each time we were promised a call back in a few days and received no call. Last call was on 2/21, after Dr Piantanidas office turned us over to what appears to be a collection agency (who also will not answer the phone). We will be submitting a complaint to various boards in Colorado but do not expect much as Doctors protect Doctors, but if you have any history of skin cancer, I suggest finding a different doctor.

First visit. Very happy. Clean orderly office. Convenient location. Loved the reminders they sent. She’s warm friendly helpful and informative. Looking forward to having some sun damage removed and I feel in very capable hands.

My son was seen by the doctor and the NP. They took their time and were very thorough. My son usually is pretty shy and doesn’t talk around new people he meets but he was comfortable with them and answered their questions.

This is my third visit and Dr. Jenik is caring and understands what I a have been going through with plaque psoriasis. She let me know her thoughts and was honest with me. Used case study examples and came up with a plan. Other doctors I have gone to seemed to just push me in and out with some more ointment, but Dr. Jenik seemed to come up with a good plan to combat this and worked with my insurance to get things approved where others failed. Thank you!!!!

My daughter dragged me to the office! I was as miserable as any human could be! I DIDNT want to go! She was unflappable.....( the doctor, not my daughter)! I was a deplorable! Anyway, I ended up having a skin cancer on my arm, i apologized for my bad behavior and she removed it the following week! I watched the whole procedure and the incision is healing beautifully! She never stopped smiling and talking to me! It was a wonderful experience! Thank you, Dr. Piantanida and staff!!!

I have always had problematic skin and have never been satisfied with other treatment plans. Dr. Piantanida put together a plan that made me love my skin for the first time in my life!

My first appointment was today. Dr. Piantanida and Sarah Jenik, DNP, FNP-C were very personable, professional, extremely knowledgeable and caring. I loved that Dr. Piantanida knew right away how to treat my awful adult acne. She also checked out moles on my body that I was concerned about, it was a relief to have that looked at for sure. Overall, very happy with the experience.

I visited this doctors office because for years I have been experiencing thinning hair, and hair that just wont grow. I read the glowing reviews and thought I would give it a shot. But almost from the get-go, it was very clear that they had no idea how to deal with African-American hair. My hair is styled with locs. its all my hair and you can clearly see it growing from my scalp. I was asked if there were any extensions, no. It was cool the first time, maybe even the second, but after being prescreened and then the doctor came in and kept asking me the same questions. Is that glue? Is it fake? I repeatedly had to keep saying theres nothing artificial about my hair .I begin to lose hope pretty rapidly because clearly they had no idea what they were looking at. Then the doctor suggested I get rogaine. This was extremely off-putting because Im being charged a lot of money for you to tell me to do a drug store treatment? I said everyone that Ive known that tried rogaine loses the growth as soon as they stop. She said that this is not true. I said that it was indeed true. Eventually she said wellwell we cant make it grow any faster. And I said, it should be growing on its own. Something is wrong. Then she grudgingly suggested we get some labs done. Didnt sound very convinced about it though. Maybe if I had silky smooth European hair this wouldnt have been so complicated.Then I decided to just ask her about my feet since I was there. They developed really bad calluses pretty easily. she wasnt interested in that either. Didnt really get to the bottom of why my feet could be that way, my work conditions, how are they bothering me. Just told me sometimes this genetics and that stuff happens. Maybe get some inserts for my shoes, theres a cream, you could try that. I was frustrated but trying not to show it. Just really felt like she had other places to be and wanted to get me out of there as soon as possible.

Great impression and pleasant experience even prior to the moment I walked in to the office. I made an anxious discovery in the bathroom mirror around 9 pm and scheduled an appointment immediately online. A couple of minutes later, I received an appointment confirmation email. Prior to the appointment I was emailed a convenient link to complete the new patient profile online. Walking in; the office is tidy, clean and stylish. The staff was pleasant and professional. I am always nervous going to a new medical practice. The office was beautiful and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Piantanida was very pleasant and listened to my concerns but was also very efficient with time. It was definitely worth the half hour drive to her office vs. an office closer to me but much less relaxed and inviting.

Dr Piantanida is professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and quick once the visit started. The office staff are friendly and efficient. Our first visit became a little behind schedule as they were very busy with other appointments but otherwise they had excellent service. The next two appointments were very timely. I had a biopsy and was in and out of the office in 15 minutes. They called me back 24 hours later with the results.

Dr. Paintanida is nice. She seemed to listen, but barely looked at the issue and drew a conclusion that I told her years ago was told it was this then 2 years later told it wasnt. So Im a little confused. No real explanation to why she thinks it is this. Like I said shes very nice though.

Never in my many years of customer service have I treated patients/guests as rudely as I was treated this morning. When I walked in, I had to do the “good morning”’s and the greetings, as all I received was a dumb stare from two receptionists, and the response I received wasn’t even decent or genuine. The woman I spoke with was monotone and her overall demeanor felt unfriendly — although I understand she probably did not intend to present herself in such a way, anyone working in any form of customer service should be going above and beyond to make their customers feel comfortable and welcome, and I’m sure even she knows this, but chose the lazy approach instead. By the time I was leaving, I was still irritated by the lack of friendliness, but I attempted to leave on a good note hoping to lighten the mood a little so I said to the same woman, “thank you, have a good day!” And in the same monotone response, she said “I will.” I didn’t receive a “thank you,” or a “you too,” not even a smile! Just raised eyebrows, and a plain tone. I suppose this wouldn’t be such a big deal to me if the attitude directed towards me from the moment I walked in wasn’t as cold as it was. I don’t feel I did anything to warrant this, and even tried to leave it on a positive note — I’m not quite sure what the issue was, but I am unhappy with my experience from this morning. As I said, I’ve been in customer service many years, I understand what it is like to be behind the front desk, the stresses, etc. But I have never been unfriendly to any customer, ESPECIALLY when they were being polite and friendly towards me. I suggest good customer service be reviewed with these ladies, I think they might be forgetting the importance of good impressions. As for me, I think I’ll be finding elsewhere to go in the future, but I wish you the best in rediscovering how customers should be treated, regardless of your bad-morning-mood.
