Ent used to be awesome, but over the last couple years their service has declined significantly. Call wait times have increased by a lot and you will go days and days before receiving a response to any message you send. It is a shame that such a good institution has been driven into the ground like this. Shameful!

This bank is terrible. No matter what they dont protect you or your money. Do not use this bank. They said they are good at everything they do and thats a lie. I have problem Everytime I contact them or go in a building. Absolutely terrible credit union and just keeps getting worse. DO NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE.

Terrible customer service when refinancing my mortgage loan. I was told one thing at the beginning of the process (a process that took 3 months) and then everything completely changed only a week and a half before closing date. A couple of weeks prior to closing date, my interest rate increased (after it had already been locked). I questioned my loan officer why it had increased and one day he gave me one reason, and then weeks later he gave me a different reason. Then, a week and a half prior to closing date, I received a Revised Loan Estimate via email and I noticed that the closing costs were higher than the previous estimate that we had agreed to more than two months ago. I called and emailed to learn why this had changed and my emails were left unanswered and days went by without getting any answers as to why the closing costs had increased. Communication in general was a nightmare. It was so hard to get a hold of anyone and when I did get a hold of someone, I was always told that I would get a call back after the estimate had been reviewed, but never heard back from anyone. This led me to call a supervisor who was zero empathetic and stated that my loan officer had made a mistake on the type of portfolio he had set up for me initially. This would have been totally fine, if he would had let me know 2 months prior, instead of just a week and a half shy of the closing date. Highly unprofessional and even unethical. It is illegal for a loan officer to underestimate charges for services on the Loan Estimate, and then surprise you with higher charges on the revised loan estimate. To add on, they also wanted to change my closing date after we had already agreed on the date a month prior. Also, at closing, my name was misspelled. Finally, when I thought the nightmare was over and more than a month after my closing, I get a call and am told that a few pages needed to be re-signed. This was my second time going through a refi process and this process was way more stressful than it should have been.

We signed up with ENT few months ago and I can tell you, this is by far the worst banking experience weve had in our 41 years in business. They treat you like a criminal, questioning your deposits, restricting your bank wires (business to business). The banking staff is extremely incompetent, this includes the management.We made a BIG mistake by coming here. Be smart and read the the negative reviews all over the internet, youll be glad you did!

Do your research before deciding to form a relationship with a bank. Here is a real world example of how Ent takes advantage of customers. I finance a motorcycle with Ent. I switched insurance carriers. My insurance costs $316/year for full coverage. Ent wasnt aware of my new insurance so they sent me a letter stating they were purchasing insurance on my behalf with no liability coverage and my premium would be $3455/yr. What?! I understand needing to cover your interest but 10 times the actual cost for inferior insurance is an outright scam and a disservice to their customers. If you are shopping banks, keep looking.

When Ent was a Federal Credit Union there were none better, but since becoming simply a Credit Union (state of Colorado chartered) their service is rapidly slipping. The new Bill Pay is an abomination, sending out payments way too early or late. Ive had to make countless calls to creditors and explain way too many times how Ent Bill Pay has once again managed to bungle another payment. If Ent cant get its stuff together Ill leave as theyre on the verge of wrecking a pristine credit rating Ive spent years establishing.

I have been an Ent member for 5 years. We had a unique housing situation where we needed a mortgage sooner than we thought. We started with Ent since we had a relationship with them in hopes we could get approved quickly.Instead, they denigrated my good credit for not being perfect, quoted us a higher than normal interest rate with abnormally high closing costs, and were rude and disrespectful on the phone. They were not willing to work with us to find a mortgage that fit our needs.If the awful customer service wasnt enough, we quickly found another lender who charged us half the closing costs and a much lower rate.Not only did I go with another lender for my mortgage, Ill be finding a new bank for all our financial needs because of how poorly I was treated during this experience.

First, Ent credit union claims to be an equal opportunity lender. I find this impossible to believe since during my application process I was asked for the color of my skin. What does the color of my skin have to do with giving me a loan? Furthermore, if the corporate office had any contact information on the internet like an email, instead of only having a mailing address and a phone number that is not answered then this message would have gone there instead of on a review of your company. Very inconvenient! I have plenty more to say about the way I have been treated with my loan process, but I would like someone from the corporate office to contact me first when they read this review before I tell the entire story . I feel that there may be a way to correct the current situation. I will give them until Monday to contact me on my email and then I will finish my review.

Worst mortgage experience I’ve ever had. I have bought and still own 3 other properties with other mortgage companies and have never been treated so awful right up and at the closing table. Beware of how they will handle your loan.

I experienced terrible customer service with ENT. I absolutely do not recommend using this bank. My account was recently hacked into and my money was stolen. ENT has failed me at every step through the process of getting this fixed. They failed to stop future fraudulent charges even after I called to freeze my account. Im out nearly $700 due to their incompetence. When I tried to call and ask to speak to the fraud department Miranda at the call center told me well call you, you dont call them. Do not use ENT for any reason, you will regret it.

Ive done my banking and loans with ENT for many years now. Whenever Ive had any kind of issue, theyve been quick to resolve or provide an explanation. If I reached someone by phone that couldnt help, they quickly got me to the correct person. I cant imagine being with another institution during these trying times.

I managed 2 branches of a different credit union years ago. Now I own an insurance company. ENT is a MESS! They are awful with collecting insurance for their customers and they have awful customer service. My customers at my agency have had a number of different problems. ENT also blames their problems on others. Their biggest issue is that they constantly fail to collect insurance and then they charge their customers for force placed insurance. Afterward, they contact the customer and blame the insurance company. This is the only credit union we have problems with and the problems happen OFTEN. Steer very clear of this company. My staff and several customers have all changed lenders

I love Ent. Been banking here since 2012 and am always met with great service, excellent value, and a rewarding experience. Its always better to deal with a local credit union than a big bank. My review is way overdue (we bought our house a year ago) but my fiancé and I used ENT for our home loan and it was such a great experience! Our loan officer was Brad Shaw and he was the best of the best. He made the process of buying our first home great! If we ever refinance/buy another home we will use ENT and Brad again!

I can state that I had a very negative situation develop concerning a particular agent. I attempted to speak to a supervisor but that was refused. My negative Google review however was answered very quickly and the result was positive. The manager I spoke with understood my legitimate concerns and stated they would be properly addressed. Very unfortunate and I hope matters are truly corrected.

Just Awful. Do not get an auto loan through them. Their online banking is just horrible. Took forever to attach my outside bank account to them to make payments online. Owed about $5700 left on my loan and I wanted to pay it off. Turns out, they only have a $3000 max a day payment. So I paid the $3,000. Took 4 days to finally go through to the account. Went to pay off the rest of the loan and I couldnt make a payment on a weekend. AN ONLINE PAYMENT!!! By the way, it was a Friday too. Didnt make sense. On Monday I paid the rest of the balance but made the payment a little more than the payoff to because I wasnt sure how long it would take to go through and I didnt want to come under the payoff. They REJECTED the payment because it wasnt exact. How they hell am I suppose to know what the exact is when I never know when they will take the payment. So congrats Ent. You get a couple extra dollars out of me in interest because I tried to pay $2 over my payoff. I will make sure to not recommend you to anyone.

Very high interest rates. Website and app will go down every month right before payments are due, how convenient for them. Very few locations and terrible hours. Rude customer service. Charge fees every way possible, even if youre up to date on payments.

Ive always found them to be very responsive, they provide excellent customer service to their members, and their rates are always super competitive.

Their mortgage department is the worst I have dealt with in my life. If you have an insurance claim they will create more red tape and delay getting repairs done. Insurance company cut a check, contractor is ready to do repairs and ENT is requiring and insane amount of paperwork to get it fixed. I can only hope ENT needs a roof in the middle of winter and they were dumb enough to have used ENT for a mortgage. I will be refinancing ASAP!

We tried buying a home about a month ago. We felt like a nobody, instead of explaining other options, or communicating back with answers felt like we were just pushed aside. I tried reaching out several times to the person we were working with and never got a response back. Wouldnt recommend.

We reached out and applied for a loan with the intention of purchasing our first home. From the beginning Suzi Gradisar (Who was assigned to our loan) was awful with communication. Throughout the process I expressed several times that we had no idea what we were doing, As we had never purchased a home before. She not once took the time to explain ANYTHING about the loan. She shuffled us around several times never asking what type of loan we wanted, or explaining that we had choices and what they were and what each one meant.I had an awful time reaching her for any communication unless it was via Email. I found it extremely unprofessional.We ended up taking our loan to AMERICAN FINANCING. John Winters is amazing and will make you feel like more then a number in the line. He explained everything in terms a first time buyer can understand and gave us several options allowing us to find one that fit our needs. I 100% reccomend checking them out.

Ents mortgage lending team is fantastic! I met with Shirley Stange in person to apply for a purchase and she went over several options with me. Communication was great. I knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. My loan was ready several days before closing, so I had one less thing to worry about while getting ready to move. I will definitely be going back to them in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage.

Went thru them for a consolidation loan. When it came time to close I was stuck with a completely inconvenient location to close because I guess not all ENT bankers can close a loan? So where you get to close is completely dependent on who can perform a job task. Not to mention, I assumed like other institutions they’d distribute the funds or send the checks out for the debt consolidation for me as a courtesy since I’m now an “ ENT member “ but I guess not. They charge to literally mail the payments... the whole reason for me even getting the loan. Not to mention my loan operator barely covered anything in the disclosures and it seemed rushed thru, I’m assuming it being from a lack of knowledge about what the disclosures say.The only reason I bothered with the loan was because it was a fairly decent rate they offered, which is the only thing this place can actually offer. Convince and customer can’t be found here.

Never do a mortgage or refi with these guys!!! Im on my 3rd property loan with them and they are ALWAYS LATE. This time Im about to loose a ton of money because after over 3 months, my refi is still not complete! The last 2 were late, but nothing like that. When I asked the guy what the hell?- he told me that refis are not a priority, we need another month to get this doneDont risk loosing your dream home in this crazy housing market, go somewhere else!

I recently received a loan from ENT for my new home and I cannot say enough good things about this experience! This is my second home and the first was over 14 years ago, so I had a lot of questions. Keri Gass was so responsive! It didnt matter if it was day, night or a holiday weekend, once I emailed a question, she responded so quickly! Then, as things progressed, I was equally impressed with the folks on her team, specifically Carrie and Brittney, as these ladies make a team that is a force to be reckoned with! Not only was their customer service a slam dunk, but I got a very competitive rate and the closing fees were less than other lenders I had shopped. To top it all off, I received a gift card for Home Depot in the mail today from Keri at ENT. They sincerely appreciate their customers and Ill be one for life!

Dont go to ENT for a home loan unless you have a straight-forward conventional loan. We worked with ENT to try to purchase a home that needed some renovation. At first they were very accommodating, working hard to find a product that would work for our unique situation. As we came closer to closing, more things fell through the cracks. I would repeatedly ask if the insurance policy I found was okay, the status of the appraisal, and if they needed anything else from us before closing. Two days before close, they say the insurance policy doesnt conform to the loan (FHA 203b loan). I then get a new insurance quote based on what the lender needed. On the day we were supposed to close, we were told the property needs too much work and they wont be able to lend to us.We now have to scramble to find a new lender after we were completely transparent with the property condition from day one. ENT is terrible with communicating with their customers and, we feel, they werent completely honest with us when things started falling apart. They strung us along until closing day and put us in an awful position when we did everything they asked. Because of this, I cannot recommend ENT to anyone in any capacity.

I have had great service from ENT. A Google User seem to expect the bank to research bad money orders that HE/SHE acquired from who knows where. As far as I can tell, every bank Ive ever used in the last 30 years has stated that there is a hold on large checks and that smaller checks are subject to verification even when approved. So, you signed the contract and you are responsible for tracking down the bad person who passed a fraudulent money order. This does not make ENT a bunch of crooks but perhaps YOU are a crook?
