Steve is absolutely the BEST! We had a very last minute need for our roof to be inspected while selling our home and Steve came out ASAP. I started off looking for an independent roofing inspector because I didnt quite trust a contractor to be honest. When I found colorado consultants for roofing, they were exactly what I needed.They didnt try to upsell anything or talk over my head. He explained everything, answered questions and left me knowing a lot more about roofing than when I started.Very informative and detailed. Let me know exactly what was wrong with the roof and what corrections needed to be made to stop my leaks.The hardest part? Paying them. They were much cheaper than I expected and even cleaned my gutter just because they were there. I wanted to pay them extra but the owner wasnt worried about. He was extremely patient and was if anything hesitant to accept a tip. Its been a very long time since I met someone with such integrity and honesty.

Steve did a great job putting up our Christmas lights and even inspected the roof at the same time. He found a broken tile and replaced it!
