Springs Integrated Health is located in a beautiful office building. Their location is very safe and clean. Easy access to I25. They have a very organized and professional reception Desk. These professionals are educated and they share their knowledge. I am always suspicious and/or cautious with my VA referrals, because I hate surprises. They answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. They have a medical “TEAM” approach and I can appreciate that. I am looking forward to my next visit.

I don’t normally write reviews but I was so bothered by my experience I thought I’d share so that potential patients are not misled like I was. I’ve been to various integrative and holistic clinics before so I have an idea of how they operate. This clinic is very different and very misleading.Upon arriving to the clinic it was very clear that they are mainly for those experiencing back pain or in need of chiropractic work. I came in for medical help and although they did a good job of listening to my symptoms and taking it seriously they immediately wanted me to do x-rays of my back when I came in for completely unrelated issues. I very much had to advocate for myself and finally they stopped pushing for x-rays when I mentioned a possibility of pregnancy. Very unprofessional. Also after my intensive blood work results were back instead of calling me with the results they made me come in for a follow up where I was recommended 6 different supplements. The brand names and doses were not given unless I bought them there. A big red flag to me. If they really want to help they’d give you all the information up front and not insist you buy from them. Not to my surprise did I see they WAY overcharge for supplements. When I went to purchase some the front desk wouldn’t give prices unless I asked. I had to repeatedly ask for individual prices and the receipt only showed the total. It seems very secretive and like they don’t want you to have the full information so they can overcharge and continually take x-rays so you think you have to keep returning for chiropractic work. Super shady.

I have experience with alternative medicine, I thought Id try this clinic. They did an assessment of sorts and came up with a chiropractic based treatment plan that you have to prepay up front- the whole amount. At the time they seemed to be going through some staffing changes, so there were some treatments unavailable during some visits but they still have you sign in for all treatments and make notes in your chart if they owe you a treatment. Along the way at each visit theyd give you a different piece of equipment (tens unit, neck traction device, and so on), there was a food allergy test, and microbiome test. I was very dismayed to find out that I had paid well over $3000 for a treatment plan that did not include those labs, the last one I had cost an additional $300 to get the results back. Those additional surprise costs coupled with my 1hour+ drive and their limited office hours led me to eventually request a refund for unused services. That refund took many months to receive- I didnt receive call backs, etc. (*Once I was able to talk to Dr. Graham she was right on top of getting it taken care of, and she was not the Dr. that was there when I was going in.) The refund was explained to me as this: you are charged per visit regardless of what treatment you received while you were there. When I did finally get the check the amount was for less than what they had agreed the refund amount was to be, and they had broken down the visits by some of the treatments they had down that I received. Lol. I had never received some of the treatments they said that I had, but they still charged for them because they said they had it written down. I would advise never prepaying for services, you have virtually no way to dispute a charge when they say they have it written down and its your word against theirs. I also lost the services that they owed me from those visits, just a really expensive chiropractor is what I ended up paying for. I did take the refund amount they offered because it seemed futile at that point, but I would definitely recommend paying for services as you go so you know exactly what youre paying for. I also recommend asking for a written and detailed plan- if they will do allergy testing and are there additional costs associated with anything they will be doing. If you pay this much for a health plan, its easy to assume it would be all inclusive.

Love this place. They have done an excellent job joining functional and physical medicine. I wasnt sure what to expect from my diagnosis and treatment plan, but I was pleasantly surprised that it didnt just include chiropractic, but that they really listened to what was going on and suggested I get re-tested for food allergies. Their prices are affordable and they worked with me to coordinate the best start date for my treatment plan. Im loving what they are doing here, and more clinics need to go this route!

Dr. Graham and her team are great!! I feel like I have a clear path to a healthier life and am so thankful to have Dr. Graham as my navigator! She is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. She blends testing with herbal healing for a well rounded approach with results you can see in black and white! She has patience which allows you to stumble but helps pick you up and keep you moving. The staff is incredible! I arrived for my initial visit and was greeted with a full tour of their clinic, x-rays, and had the most expert physical Ive received in a long time!! Before Springs Integrated, I had to be careful because my back which would go out for simple things like taking an awkward step to just sneezing. Since going to Springs Integrated, theyve straightened my posture, strengthen my back and continued to improve my overall health to where I have not had a problem in over 4 years. Dr. Graham and the rest of the staff are always professional and caring to all of their patients as well as their communities. I truly feel fortunate to have found a place like this.

I’m deeply grateful for Dr. Graham. I came in desperate for some answers to health issues that have plagued me for over a year. I’ve been miserable. She knows the body so very well. After test results came back, she has put me on supplements that are helping me naturally gain my health back and addressing the root issues rather than trying to simply pacify the symptoms.

This is an all the round facility I would send my whole family. The people a great and funny.

After being on the program Dr. Graham recommended for me for a few months, I lost 18 pounds. Taking in non-inflammation causing foods really helped my stomach which is where I was having issues: my digestive tract.Taking supplements that support my body properly also keep me in better health.

Staff was super friendly and fast. It was my first appointment with them and they made me feel very welcomed and Doctor Graham really listened to my issues.

Nice facility and responsive - could see a new patient on same day which I appreciated. Staff are all very friendly. My concern was within first 5 minutes of ‘assessment’ to be asked whether there was anything stopping me from starting a treatment plan. It immediately became clear this was about money first. Coupled with the fact I was immediately charged for a follow up visit which I hadn’t made, it left an uncomfortable feeling. My receipts show no detail what I was charged. The doctor I saw seemed very nice but I was then left in the care of a staff member who was clearly new and not clear on what she should do. To be clear, this isn’t her fault but again was uncomfortable. I was left with the impression that their approach is all about selling alternative health products. If that’s for you then fine. Unfortunately isn’t for me. I dis call today and requested refund for the second visit I am not attending and they were fine with that. If you’re thinking of using this facility just be clear what you are looking for.UPDATE 18 November: despite being assured I would be refunded for an appointment in future, they are now refusing to do so. Beware if you use this operation - no detailed receipt, copay was $15 more than it should be, I had an X-ray and told I wouldn’t get results until I came back for another appointment. Very dubious business all round. Take your business and cash elsewhere.

To be honest this was my first time going to a chiropractor so I do have to say its one of the best ones I have seen and very friendly, helpful and service.

I am a new patient and so far I cannot say enough about the pleasant experience I have had at Springs Integrated Health. Everyone there treats me like a friend and they show a great deal of concern for my health and well-being. Of course this is their job, but they all do it very well.

If youre looking for integrated health this is definitely the place! The staff is amazing and you can learn what food sensitivities you have, they will help you on your journey to whole body wellness! They also see patients for automobile accidents and provide Chiropractic care.

I was skeptical of practices like this until now. Six weeks into treatments and I am sleeping better, eating less, have more energy, brain fog is gone and my body feels great. When I walk in for my treatment, the positive atmosphere reflects from the staffs incredible chemistry among themselves. I also appreciate how they take the time to carefully listen to you instead of rushing you through treatments. I cannot say enough good things about this staff. I feel like I am part of a community when I enter their practice.

I am still a year later working on recovering from the damage done by Dr Graham and her staff. The damaged inflicted after starting treatment with Springs Intergraded Health last July. I have had to have 2 separate pain injections by a pain management doctor after their treatments with lidocaine injections. My pain dr was livid when he heard what they were doing in their treatment plan especially the lidocaine injections.I have now found an Osteopath Dr and who was also horrified by what I had experienced at Springs Intergraded Health. She who has correctly identified my issues which was misdiagnosed by Dr Graham.This place might be ok for people who do not have complicated medical issues but they are not qualified to help people who have spinal fusions, hip replacements,, osteoporosis and are in remission from Lymes. They are not qualified to treat complicated medical issues. The really sad part is I was really doing good physically ( I had work hard for years to overcome many medical obstacles) when I started with them last July. I was looking for areas to help improve my health. . I have spent this past year in greater pain and continue to find other avenues of healing. Please be careful especially when they reassure you that they know what they doing when you bring your concerns about how their treatments are not working and are making you worse.

I had an interview here recently and was very impressed. It is clear this clinic takes care of their employees and clients equally. There processes are very unique but absolutely result baced. If needed I would feel very comfortable and cared for being treated by them in the future.

Look at Tiffany Grahams Healthgrades review to see what this place is really like. She is a very outspoken anti-vaxxer, and her understanding of medicine and health is highly questionable. She grossly overcharges for nutrition plans you could print off easily for free online. She takes advantage of people who do not have a basic understanding of anatomy or biology. Vaccines and dairy are apparently horrible, but having twenty x-rays in a single appointment is fine?? Her treatment plan for debilitating chronic conditions is positive thinking and alkaline water. She is a scam artist.

Caring staff, very knowledgable, and gorgeous office. I was skeptical at first but their Metamorphosis Program has me down 10 pounds and feeling better than I have in years! Thank you!! Oh and, Sabrinas massages seem to take all the aches and pains away. If youre tired of feeling tired, you need to start here and let them do their magic.

Love the entire staff here! They have been more than helpful dealing with me needing to reschedule and working with my crazy work schedule. I have suffered from migraines for over 10 years from an accident and neck fracture, after six months of treatment I was nearly headache free which has changed my life! I was leaving work hours early two or three times a week due to headaches, now I have about one or two a month! I will continue to see Dr Graham as long as she practices!
