The staff were very friendly and really made me excited to get involved in my health. Unfortunately it just felt like a money grab. My copay for specialists is $10 but I somehow paid $60 for an adjustment that lasted no longer than 10 minutes. Definitely not what I was used to since my old chiropractor always spent at least an hour on me and I was charged what I’m supposed to be charged based off my insurance. I just decided to never go back because I remembered my chiropractor told me if someone tells me I have to go 3 times a week to run away as fast as possible.

Not a great experience for me.The staff person who showed me around lacked interpersonal relations skills. I paid for rays, a REPORT, and adjustment/massage on a new patient special. The offices are small, not social distanced and only one room for massage that everyone goes in. They refused to send me a REPORT on my xrays, though I did receive them on e nail. So I gave email xBBCrays tgat dont look good, yet no report as requested. Hence I will gave a consult with an ortho surgeon because I dont understand my x rays.

Last year I took one hundred percent Chiropractic up on his Facebook deal. It actually changed my life I now stand up straight and hold my head up without pain in my back. The doctors there are kind and they really care about you and your health.

ZERO PERCENT CHIROPRACTICOh my goodness, what a disappointing and frustrating experience! I was 7 minutes late to my appointment, which I had spoken with the office staff about beforehand and they had said that it was no problem. I was then kept waiting 35+ minutes (and counting - not sure how long it actually would have been if I hadnt left!) all of which were cutting into the hour long appointment I had scheduled and already paid for.The office staff was very apologetic and sweet, but the chiropractor (Dr. Doug) could not be bothered to come speak to me himself. Even though I was the only patient at that time. He looked at me, could hear our conversation, and walked right on by.I clearly will not be back, and would NOT recommend this chiropractic location to anyone.(Side note - You are adjusted in a row next to other people, and your information is discussed within earshot of anyone in the adjustment room AND waiting room.)

I started as a client here in the fall and I feel like family. They break everything down and let me know how everything works. With my work schedule it is very hard to schedule appointments and i am able to walk in when i can and get adjusted. I can also get massages there and they have helped me feel better!

I went in last week for a special. I was supposed to receive a consultation that day than schedule an adjustment. I get there and am greeted at my car with covid paperwork and a mask. I turn it in and the lady... Must be new ... Didnt ask anything further. My name. If I was there for an appointment. It was quite bizzare. After waiting 5 minutes Im being told to get on a table. Never being in Im questioning which table is 1. And with a rude look, this man points to it. I tell him whats hurting. He does a half @$$ adjustment and only adjusted one shoulder. I was done in 2 MAYBE 3 minutes. I approach the counter where two women are and sat there for almost a minute WITH NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT while they are both staring at their screens. I finally had to say something to them and the second lady I didnt speak to the first time asks if I have ever been there. I state no and she says she needs to schedule an appointment for a consultation.... Maybe if the girl in the first place was actually a good receptionist she would have known what I was there for. I can practically do my own adjustments on my neck and back and left there being able to still pop my back and neck... I received more comfort after I didit thanwhen that man did. The lady with the super short brown hair needs to learn how to be a better receptionist/customer service rep. Ive done it the past 10 years and picked up on every single thing that any good reception would have done differently..... And that was absolutely everything. I honestly dont know how they have such a high rating... But I do NOT recommend this place. Looks like Ill be going back to TRUhealthDR. So much better and knows what he is doing!

Great Chiropractors... Relaxing atmosphere (no pressure sales, just informative), courteous, comfortable. Also, great with kids. They listen to any issues you may be going through and constantly ask for updates of how you are doing. They also have incentives and spacials that change each month. Family environment. I live in Monument and it is well worth the drive. Highly recommended.

Ive been getting adjusted by Dr Doug and Dr Angela for 3 years now, not only are my headaches gone, but my immune system is functioning better than it ever has. Chiropractic has not only helped me, but helped my mom get off of high blood pressure medication completely after taking it for over 15 years. It has also helped my dads health with his auto immune disease. He has been off medication and in remission because his body is functioning at its highest level. When I first moved to Colorado I was scrolling through facebook and saw a special for 100% Chiropractic Downtown to go in for an adjustment, consultation and massage all for less than $30. Once I went and saw the xrays I wondered if going regularly would be the cure to my headaches. After investing and committing to 3 times a week, I now only meed to go once a week and havent had a headache since. Dr. Doug and the girls are amazing and flexible with my constant schedule changes and honestly they changed my life. I highly recommend this location and this team! By far the best and most kind Chiropractic I have been to!I was involved in a roll over accident (not my fault) in February. I called some other Chiropractors in the area but none would not take Med pay and or return my phone call. I called 100% Chiropractic and Franky was so kind and caring. She explained everything that I needed to do and they also accept Med pay.My first visit was great and very informative. It is now June and I feel so much better! This place is amazing.. Amanda, who works at the front desk, is so so so sweet and made my experience that much better there. They offer you juice, coffee, water, and healthy snacks when you walk in. The cutest thing was, when I walked in, they had a sign and it said welcome Katie! It made me feel so welcomed. I cant wait to go back and work out a program to fix my back issues. A co-worker referred me to Dr. Doug and Dr. Angela and I have been seeing them for several months now. When you walk in the door the front desk group is always quick to greet you by name. I love that personalized service! I have had back problems for a long time and knew that I needed to do something to help the pain. A treatment plan was suggested and I have been following that. It includes getting a massage once a month as the adjustment and the massage complement each other. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to get out of pain, and not just back pain. I have tendonitis in my wrists, shoulders, and elbows. Not too long ago I had a flare up of the tendonitis in my elbow and usually I would go to the doctor and be sent for physical therapy but instead I got my arm adjusted and the pain was gone! I also grind my teeth and get horrible jaw pain. The adjust my jaw when I need it and I no longer live with the pain for days at a time! I feel very comfortable with both Dr. Doug and Dr. Angela, so if you need help with pain go see them. You will not regret it!

I had a positive experience, but I definitely felt rushed the first couple of times I was there. I appreciated the amount of info and detail they covered about the spine and how a disalignment changes behavior, etc. My only discontent with them was how they handled my insurance. Before you go in and pay your flat fee of $100, make sure they know your insurance covers chiro.My insurance covers chiro and they told me it didnt. They asked me why I was under the impression that BCBS covered chiro...I didnt want to argue and convince them because all they had to do was call. Maybe they didnt cover BCBS and didnt tell me? They just made me feel incompetent. So I left and never went back and found another place where my insurance is accepted.

Ive been visiting Dr. Doug and his team for more than 2 years. Before going, I used to have back pain and headaches on a regular basis, but since Ive been receiving regular adjustments, the number of headaches has reduced significantly, the back pain has completely subsided and I sleep much deeper. I have had nothing but great experiences with 100% Chiropractic. Drs. Doug and Angela, at the downtown office, are both awesome. My family and I have been to multiple locations (and doctors) and highly recommend them.

I first heard of this company because they were running a special for a x-ray, adjustment and massage all for $21. Thats a great deal and i was in pain. My lower back was killing me and it was affecting my work. I go in and you can tell Im in pain. I thought I was going to get the x-ray and adjustment the same day. NOPE! I had to sit in a room with the receptionist for a hr while she asked me if I had any sexual trauma in my childhood and my relationships. Im not there to see a therapist. After trying to sell me on why I need to continue to see the chiropractor because my back is SO messed up, we finally get to the xray. I get to see the chiropractor for about 2 minutes while she explained that everything is connected through the spine and thats why a baby has digestive problems whom she just adjusted. I dont care, I just need to feel better. 2 hrs after I arrived, I leave feeling worse. Next day, I go for the adjustment. Im thinking I can finally start feeling better. I was wrong. I get to sit in a room with a guy Ive never met while Im forced to sit there watching a PowerPoint presentation on how the chiropractor got adjusted and HIS medical problems are now magically gone. Once again, I dont care. Finally get to the adjustment. He pokes and prods but doesnt do anything. I dont feel any different. But the whole time im there they are pestering me about getting my health insurance card so they can set me up for more visits. 2 weeks after that I get to the massage. Now the massage was amazing! She helped my lower back more than the chiropractor did. She listened to me and didnt make me Go through hoops. Go for the massage but go somewhere else for a adjustment. I felt like they only cared about gaining more business then actually helping people. Oh, and you get adjusted in front of everyone. There is no privacy at all
