HORRIBLE company and service. The only thing that surpasses their incompetence is their lack of compassion. Got my address wrong, even after correcting it with 4 people.18 days out of the hospital, still waiting on a humidifier for the O2?concentrator. Took 12 days to get a CPAP machine. After my first follow-up visit with my pulmonologist,I discovered that he ordered oximetry monitor at night, which American HomePatient never performed. Run, run, run as fast as you can from this company.

I have been trying for 2 weeks now to get my 10 year old CPAP machine replaced. I did receive one call back a week ago but now when I call to find out status it always goes to an answering service. And then no call backs. I will seek out another provider.

Called a few times about a Cpap machine and the ladies are always rude and don’t want to really help. I asked if she could check my insurance and she said “we probably take it” but didn’t want to run it. Called a few more times with same issue. They just don’t want to help. Want everything on a silver platter first. Place is a joke.I’m guessing this is why they have all 1 star reviews and not a single 5. Stay away

I dont normally write reviews especially bad reviews but I will make an exception in this case. One employee in particular which I believe is the office manager was rude and obnoxious. She had my CPAP machine for repair for several months and then returned it to me without repairing it. When she did call, she told me to come get my machine and return the loaner. She told me I was on my own. My machine is still not fixed and somehow this was my fault according to them. I would strongly encourage customers to avoid this place for any CPAP repairs or supplies.

If I could do a half star, I would. I have never had such a terrible experience. My husband has his cpap mask through this terrible company and we are still waiting. Do not go through these people. They are terrible

Im not giving a star this place has employees that are very rude and dont know a thing about customer service especially service to a patient thats in need of medical supplies they need to get some peoples training

Called 6/20 had all the equipment I would need, just needed fax signed by dr. On 6/21 fax was sent & signed & Jillian said (via Kim) they dont have ANY OF the equipment to call Lincare in Belleville... After 3 faxes, 5 phone calls, & DIFFERENT 4 ppl only to receive the info they dont have anything!!! I have never seen a company that doesnt follow thru with thr dr office if theres a problem with a fax, or tell a person 1 thing and another person tell u something completely different!! Need this by MON..thinking going social media might be FASTER, SAFER & BEST WAY TO GO AT THIS POINT. Never have I recd more runaround than with this company. be very cautious, they must not need the business bcuz theyre not very helpful.

This place is a joke! When I got my CPAP machine I was clueless, went to where the sleep center suggested. They gave me my machine (took like 3 months to even get a call) and said my insurance company would be billed. 8 months later and they are still billing my insurance $257.82 a month for my machine. This is after the first charge which was astronomical. I called to ask how long they plan on doing this because the machine is less than $1,000 and they told me 13 months. Ummm, that doesnt add up! Why would you be billing my insurance over $3,000 for this machine?!?! Not to mention my bill is always wrong! Just paid it off last month and now I have another bill for over $100. If my deductible is only $25 a month, how am I being charged 4 times that amount?! When I asked for an explanation and a break down of the cost, I received a lot of ummmm, ummmm, ummmmm, welll, ummmm, then click. They hung up on me! I will not be paying any more money and I will be calling my insurance company Monday to see what we can do about these scammers!

This place is a joke. Went there to ask about what CPAP machines they carry as I needed a replacement. They were uncooperative and would not even tell me what they had in stock. Rude as hell. I will not go back,

SHADY! SCAMMERS! Do not go here. They bill insurance $1,000 every time they send CPAP replacement parts, which is automatic. You cant opt out of it. Changing providers. Insurance is currently fighting with them.

Can never get thru on phone. called every day this week. after 8 to 10 minutes hung up. today 5/24/2019 on hold for 18 minutes no answer, hung up again. left message with corp and no reply.

I fought with them for 2 weeks to get a nebulizer for my daughter. Decided I had enough canceled my order and went to another company. Recieved my daughters nebulizer within 3 hours of speaking with the new company. DO NOT GO HERE!!! No stars needs to be an option.

If i could leave no stars i would. Been fighting with them for over a month trying to get cpap supplies. They keep losing my paperwork and then never calling me. Horrible company. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. GO WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY

They left me all weekend long with no oxygen tanks. I will be letting the BBB know of this and also Medicare. So much for my weekend plans with the grand kids. They just dont care apparently for the disabled! Very rude company, highly discouraged from SLU Doctors. Save yourself and go to Lincare!! BBB gives this company an F rating, see for yourself!

Why do insurance companies want to send us to the worst companies to get treatment? I missed their call unfortunately, and had called several times over a 4 day period to get them to call me back. I left messages and spoke with an answering service. I drove to their office on day 5, and they gave an excuse of phones being down yesterday. The phones were ringing when I was there and yesterday is only 1 day, not 4 days.I was treated rudely the day I showed up in person by the front desk person. I set up my appointment to get my cpap machine, but then decided to do a little digging on this company. Horrible reviews, and I just called me doctor to get me a new company

Terrible experience this past year. Do not know what they are doing. Pulmonologist sent report; nobody read it and nobody did what was required until after 2 weeks finally got a supervisor. Now needed again and they have failed to respond for two weeks; calling is a waste of time, you just get put on hold for hours. Now filing my complaint with Medicare.

Terrible. They are constantly billing me for supplies my insurance is supposed to be covering and even after multiple calls they still cant get their billing correct.
