I had an appointment. I did not wait long to see the Optometrist. He was a good guy and very thorough. They have a huge selection of eye glass frames. The people who work there are very helpful and they know their products.

After calling several locations today, I finally landed on one with some amazing customer service, Abby was willing to go above and beyond to help me and Im so grateful!

Rude employees, poor service service after initial exam visit, and very poor product.While I very happy with optometrist and the opticians who assisted in the ordering of my glasses, everything changed once I had paid for my glasses.After purchasing my glasses at All About eyes, 6-8 mos ago, my frame fell apart. The arm just fell off, it didn’t break off, it just came off. When I took my glasses back into the Collinsville location, their first response was that I didn’t purchase the extended warranty. First of all, I’ve been wearing glasses and contacts for almost 40 yrs and have never heard of needing to purchase an extended warranty. Secondly, they were approx. 6-8 months old, I shouldn’t be charged for a new frame to replace a frame that was poorly made in the first place.I’ve never even broken a pair of glasses. My vision is so poor that if I didn’t take extra good care of my glasses and they were to break, I would be 100% disabled. I now have to super glue my $600+ glasses back together because I made the poor decision to use All About Eyes. When people ask me why my glasses are super glued together, I will be sure to give All About Eyes the advertising that they deserve.

It is a really good place to go to. Aj always helps me and my family so much with helping us find glasses. She is a great worker and does a lot to help everyone who comes in.

The fact is there are a lot of eye exam/eyewear options out there today. And as with all things that have been pushed to the edge of commoditization, these eye care business can only differentiate themselves through consistent, high quality, honest customer service. Very rarely does a Chick-fil-A store get labeled with marks of poor service; their front of house staff makes the customer feel important and cared for/cared about. All About Eyes in Collinsville, Illinois. Would I recommend them? Yes. Is the optometrist there focus on providing high quality service? Absolutely. However, my wife and I felt more than a little rushed as we had make our end-of-year visit there this week. The staff was harried to be sure, but we felt it – and that is strike one. I could say the staff felt put upon due to so many customers wanting and needing to use their eye exam benefits before year’s end. I could say that, but I won’t. The fact is it’s not the staff’s fault… nor is it the fault of those of us who have pushed this annual ritual to nearly the last day possible. The fault lies in not training the staff and doing so with initial customer service training, annual required refresher training and reinforcement of basic front of etiquette and demeanor. All About Eyes – you are so close to executing total, admirable levels of service. Help your staff understand you cannot not explain what is happening, why it is happening and what comes next. Commit to more engaging, customer-focused front line training for your staff, your customers and yourself.

So I brought in frames that I purchased to get a new pair of prescription lenses . I had my eyes examined. I received a call today that they broke the frames while putting the new lenses in. No worries things happen so I was able to give them the information of where and what frames I bought. This location is great! There is a lot of availability and flexibility when scheduling exams, which are reasonably priced. Everyone is always nice, and Abbi is super helpful. Almost immediately she assessed my style and guided me to the exact type of frames that I was looking for. I ended up getting sunglasses, too! Abbi helped me select the right tint for my sunglasses since I had problems (not here) in the past. Convenient location, too! I’m glad I switched providers.

Went to see about getting a new nose piece for my glasses, when employees seen me getting out of car with my cane they were very quick to open door for me and offer me a chair to sit down. Best Eye Exam EVER! Schedule on a Thursday, appointment on a Friday, Glasses will be ready early next week (7 days at the latest). Honest and Chris did not push me towards something I didnt want or couldnt afford. Dr. Bob made sure he had answered all my questions and I was comfortable with my exam and the results. All about Eyes was able to sell me two pairs of glasses (one prescription sunglasses with polarized lenses) for less than the cost of one pair at a competitor last year. They made my whole experience easy including my insurance. Looking forward to seeing them again next year!

I chose this location based on other reviews and I am glad I did. The doctor was attentive and wanting to be sure the new contacts I receive were comfortable and effective, as I was having issues with the prior brand I was using. Steve was helpful and funny each visit. Thank you all for presenting outstanding service! Pricing is very reasonable. They are considered out-of-network for my eye insurance, but they took care of all the paperwork and was still affordable compared to places in-network.

Hanna and Bre did an outstanding job taking care of my 86 year old aunt getting new lenses. We traveled over 40 miles to get to this store because they do such a good job. They work with you whatever your needs are. I have been coming here for at least 8 years and have only good results. I would highly recommend All About Eyes for all your vision needs.

Everyone who works here are really nice and very helpful! I ordered a box of contacts for each eye and my glasses and they were ready for me to get within a few days, rather than the full 7 days they ask to give them. They also have a pretty large selection for glasses.

I am impressed by the amount of time that Dr. Bob spent to get the prescription for my contacts just right. He does not just say, thats what the reading is and give you that prescription. He allows you to test it out in real life. The last time it took us about 2 months of biweekly visits. This time I returned once and am still impressed. I think her name started with a J, she was not friendly or seem to care about my business so I didn’t purchase glasses that time around. I decided to come and give it another shot because there were glasses I was interested in. When I came back I worked with Breanne and I’m glad I did. She apologized that My last experience with them was unpleasant and worked with me to make my glasses the best for me. She made my 1 star rating go to a 4 Star.

Even called in advance and they were willing to work with me by having me send a copy of insurance so I could have a ballpark idea of the cost I would need. The staff was helpful and kind.
