I just had the Laser Genesis with Camryn. Lauren is new and was observing Camryn. What I noticed with my eyes closed is Camryn is a great teacher and Lauren is a fast learner. Camryn did the first half of my face and then asked if I would mind if Lauren did the other half. Lauren did a wonderful job. I would recommend either Camryn or Lauren if you are having Laser Genesis done. Great experience!

I just moved to the area from out of state and was reluctant to see a new injector after going to one with great skill and high reputation for years. When you find a good injector you stick with them, because from my experience theyre not all created equal. I went in for a consult with Karen and decided to give her a try for Botox. She was conservative with the amount of product she used so I didnt pay for product I really didnt need. I then followed up with her two weeks later to review the results and to make any additional adjustments I needed. I absolutely love the results and the care she took while getting to know me. Karens amazing at her craft, an experienced nurse and a very smart injector. Shes definitely an asset to Solutions Medical Center and the area. Thank you Karen!

She tests what others won’t or even consider testing. She finds the root cause of your medical issues and truly helps you heal from them: completely. Kate has a terrific bed side manner. She’s not interested in hurrying you through like cattle. She cares.

I purchased a micro-needling package my first visit. Second visit was to have the first session and they tell me about micro-needling and cold sores. The procedure would compound my problem. I have been fighting cold sores for months. Taking Acyclovir 800mg five to six times a day to keep them under controlWent to the doctor again and told him about the procedure and he told me not to have it because it would get out of control.Called the Collierville office and Stephanie states no refund, sorry but I signed an agreement. That was before they told me about the side affects. Their nurse practitioner knows more about it then my doctor....said to take the medicine and it would be fine.Wasted $750!

I absolutely love these people. Kate is awesome and always professional in every way. I highly recommend them. Love the facial I got, very relaxing.

Love, love, love Solutions Medical. Im a Black, low-income, young adult female in Memphis with a history of mental health treatment - all to say discrimination often feels a little too kin. I am a patient of Kate & Carissas at Solutions for 3 years now (as of July 2018), and I experience nothing shy of brilliance, professionalism, and gentleness every visit. Even on Solutions busiest days, Kristi greets me at the check-in desk by name, Kate and Carissa run as close to schedule as possible, and call-in prescription refills run smoothly. That is hard to find, especially when great businesses start expanding. Though Solutions clientele keeps growing quickly, customer service is consistent. I am sad to see and interested to hear what specific interactions created the allegedly racist environment. (I think Solutions would welcome any constructive feedback in the open space on the check-in card we fill out upon arrival.)Im actually making Memphis an online Mental Healthcare Directory, in which Solutions will be featured, based upon the many nominations from other clients. Memphis needs more inclusive practices like Solutions that treat the whole person, self-esteem included, given the Mid-Souths current food desert like healthcare crisis, especially within minority immigrant, disability, veteran, LBGTQ, Hispanic, geriatric, and Black communities like mine. I am unable to truly compare my experience to another clients, because each of us is different and valid in our own way; however, I can say stigmatization has never been a problem in my 3 years & counting. Very unprofessional this is a racial facility. Associates act really snotted and racist towards African Americans. NEVER answers the phone, this place should be shut down honestly I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here FYI.
