They were able to fit me in within a hour of my call due to broken tooth even though Id never been there before. Could not have asked for nicer more courteous staff and Dr. Hayes was amazing! Literally pulled a tooth without me feeling ANY pain. Definitely recommend them to anyone in need of or looking for dental care.

The staff is all super friendly, they get you in fast, you almost always get an appointment almost immediately, and they actually care to get to know you! Not even just a little. Didn’t get to call them until late Sunday morning and they said come on in. After a night of my wife being in terrible pain it was welcome relief to finally get some to answer the phone. After some others were unable to help. Friendly staff very clean modern facilities. Easy to find.

I have always had a good experience at Dr. Hayes office. Today I learned that Scotty left. I will miss her greatly. However, I met the new hygienist and She is awesome. She is the most gentle person I have had to clean my teeth and She is very concerned about what is going on in our society and therefore keeps everything clean and sanitized beyond what I am used to in normal situations. Name is Harry not Michelle.With the event of the virus, all dental clinics were closed. To find this one open for emergencies was a wonder. I believe that all precautions were taken to avoid the virus from doing damage. My tooth was cracked, broken and half fallen out. I needed to have it removed before infection would increase. I was attended too the day after I called. The personal were courteous and helpful. The wait was short and without any pain....the tooth was out. Today, the day after, I do have minor pain in the jaw area. As a retired Marine I say WELL DONE and thanks. It did cost me a little more than it did in the USMC. Harry

I always have much anxiety connected to dental work. Dr. Hayes and his staff calm my nerves and have a great attitude towards their patients. He was pain free and I had little to no pain in following 24 hours after an old crown that was causing me issues. I would recommend them anytime.

I had broken my tooth on a weekend. They saw me on a Sunday (Dr. Jordan)and got me me on antibiotics. I went back for the extraction on Wednesday. Dr. Hayes made sure I was very comfortable (numb). He is very light handed and explained everything, extracted the tooth and I did not feel a thing. I have always had issues getting numb for dental work. This was the best case scenario under the circumstances. His staff was absolutely incredible and very attentive. All of this and I was not even one of their regular patients. I will be getting dental care from them from now on.

I did not have a pleasant experience to say the least. I woke up in the middle of the night with my wisdom teeth bothering me. My face was swollen and I could not eat nor drink. I scheduled a new patient appointment. I arrived for my new patient appointment and filled out all of my new patient paperwork. after filling out my paperwork I was told that my wife had a balance at the office. She has already spoken with the office as well as the insurance company regarding the balance and is waiting on a check from the insurance company. I was told that I will have to pay her balance prior to me being seen as well as my deductible and a certain percentage of my procedure. A combination of the two totaled around $700. Unfortunately, I was not able to pay this full amount. I agreed to pay her full amount and asked if I could make arrangements for a portion of mine. I was told that I had to pay the full amount prior to them seeing me. I have been in excruciating pain 4 / 24 hours and they were not willing to help. I dont understand how her balance can affect whether or not I will be seen when I dont have a balance myself. However, even if this is the case then I should have been made aware of the situation at 8:30 in the morning when I called and scheduled the appointment so that I could have found another office and had my medical needs taking care of rather than sitting in excruciating pain all day long, leaving work early, and wasting my time sitting in an office for nothing.

I have not been to the dentist in Many Years... mostly fearing those sinus shots that I knew I would need.....Today I left a 2 1/2 hour appointment with NO fear...NO pain...NO worries and MANY laughs!!!When I got home.... I looked in the mirror... and saw the smile I remember from 30 years ago!!! I cried!! I had a large cavity in my eye tooth. Daddy knew we couldnt afford dental so he bought some stuff on TV so Mommy wouldnt know and make her feel bad. It was like nail polish to make white teeth and he gave it to me to use to cover my cavity. When I got older I myself had the cavity fixed. However it always looked almost worse......TODAY..... TODAY.... IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE FELT THE BEAUTIFUL FEELING OF A COMPLETE SMILE!!!!! My Daddy would be so proud....Thank you ALL so much for MORE MORE than you will everknow!!!

I came to Dr Hayes office when I felt like I was out of options. I broke one of my front teeth and was upset with it aesthetically. Within 24hrs of calling, Dr Hayes brought me in as a new patient, helped me create a 6 month plan to fix my smile and even performed surgery that Sunday. One star for Dr. Hayes due to his pleasant hospitable care and knowledge of dentistry. From the cancelling of my appointment on the same day of my procedure which led me to be seen in the ER to the unpleasant attitude of the front desk person Im completely outdone with the service provided at this office. At almost 40 Im certain to never have received a reprimand for being late to the appointment. If you want to reschedule that would have been an option but to yell at the patient was absurd. Here now to add to the injury I suppose the penalty was to make me pay $500 up front because of my tardy. What was was so unfortunate is that I were going to pay the entire procedure over $1100 at the time of service. The rude, appalling, arrogant nature of the front desk receptionist was enough for me to take my business, money and positive business review to an office where the patient is treated with respect and hospitality. It was more important for staff to be rude, intimidating and harsh toned than to accommodate a paying patient. Im sorry I ever spent a dollar here or trusted coming even after they cancelled my much needed procedure 2 hours prior to me arriving previously. It was not the first time there were a rude encounter with those working at the front desk here but you try not to make a deal out of things and carry on due to keeping the environment calm. I hope management is not the example of what has been displayed of the front desk clerks. If this is modeled behavior at this office I pray someone feels the need to reconcile this behavior and learn to treat patients with respect being concerned with patient care.

I switched from my previous dentist and been with Hayes Family and Cosmetic Dentistry since 2017; and been a happy patient since. The office is easily accessible in a prime location in Collierville, TN. Every time I arrive, I am seen with hardly any wait time, just minutes! I am always in and out under an hour which makes going to the dentist during my lunch hour very convenient. The ladies working there and Dr. Hayes are always very nice and caring towards me, and other patients Ive noticed. I give this place 5 stars and highly recommend to others!

I had a gnarly looking impacted widsom tooth. They didnt even flinch and went in and removed it. It was easiest tooth removal I have had. They are very nice and very helpful. They go over and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I had to pay out of pocket and the fees were well below reasonable to me. I will be back to get more work done.

I have never had a tooth pulled but went in to have a bad tooth pulled and ended up having 2 pulled. Very professional and explained everything completely so that I was very comfortable. Procedure was painless due to shots and gas. Also very happy they were open for this on a Sunday. Could not have waited another day.

My husband Tommy and I have recently moved from Jackson, to Collierville to be near our daughters family. Naturally we needed to find good doctors. Dr. Hayes was recommended by a friend of my daughter. Really good experience. Very little wait time. They had one receptionist and she was friendly. I had a wonderful hygienist and enjoyed watching tv while having my teeth cleaned. At the end of the visit the receptionist was busy on a call and a different hygienist came out and asked if she could check me out, which was great I needed to get home to my babysitter but when I asked for an appointment card she said to check my bag and I explained I didnt have one and she said well we send out notifications. It wasnt great to get that response when I really wanted a time card but I did get a notification later by email. Just in the future for busy moms, time cards are a great help when asked for.Thank you for your care.

Will NEVER be back after what they did to my daughter!! Wish I could rate this office -0I recommend nobody go here either. I requested Nitrous (laughing gas) for her filling appointment when they gave me her estimate during her routine cleaning. When we arrived in and they rushed her back and said it would be about 30mins when she came out she was hysterically crying plus informed me she didnt get the laughing gas, and they lasered her gums down without discussing it with me first. Which is painful and will make her very sore tomorrow!!! No apologies,no explanation, had no record they said of my request (which is a bold faced lie!) didnt offer for me to speak with the Dentist, nothing just rushed me out since they were closing. I cant believe I switched offices for this place!! I never write bad reviews, especially for the medical field because I too work in it, but this was awful my advice is never be their last appointment of the day or better yet.... dont GO.

Before visiting this office I had severe dental anxiety. Dr Hayes and his entire staff not only fixed my dental issue but also completely removed all of my anxiety. I now enjoy visiting the dentist! I wont go anywhere else. They are fantastic.
