Ive been going here for 4 years , my physical condition has changed been able to get around and walk a lot better and the doctor is great at what he does I highly recommend this therapy!!

I have been coming to this office for over 2 years. I have severe arthritis in my knees and lower back and it was very difficult to walk and move around without being in lots of pain. I saw an ad on face book about finding out about surgery free treatment and a free dinner & took a chance. It was very different and informative and I have been coming ever since. I am able to move around and walk veterans am not in so much pain anymore & have a bit more flexibility. The doctor and staff are very nice too..

The staff is excellent and the doctor is brilliant. I get adjusted and within seconds i am better. It makes me sleep better and my posture is great. There is no other place that gives off great energy and great pain relief without surgery😍Brilliant! Great staff and its a home away from home.

This is the best place to go for chiropractic care. When I came I could barely walk within weeks Dr. Buford had me walking and dancing again. I highly recommend Ideal Structal therapy.

I started working here about 2-3 weeks ago and I learned that I have a curved spine and that why I have back pain, every time I go through the routine it’s like it loosen some of muscles and when doc adjusts me it like I never had back pain. It’s amazing and really shocking on how well this works.

Dr. Burford and staff at Ideal Structural Therapy in Collierville had been a godsend for reducing the pain in my body. The equipment they used has me feeling better with each visit. After my knee surgery l experience a foot problem. It felt like I was walking on a stone. My right arm neck and hand starting hurting. I thought l had to live with this pain for the rest of my life. No quality at all. I have been in PT for over 4 months with no release at Campbell clinic. The beautiful facility didnt have what worked for me. .I reluctantly went to see this doctor and l must say l was amazingly surprised of in just 2 weeks l have no pain . I wake up in the mornings with no stiffness. I am very satisfied with my results. I thank God for l live pain free. Im not saying that its total recovery yet. But l trust that it will.

Dr. Buford is helping me with neck & hip issues. After just 2 weeks, I can see improvement! Really appreciate his personality.......he is friendly and funny! His staff is just as nice and friendly from the front desk to the PT area. Karen & Shelby are consistently helpful, knowledgeable and friendly which makes PT a more enjoyable experience as opposed to other locations I used in the past. The bonus is all the other patients are pleasant, too, and I think that is partially due to the great service and atmosphere.

This place is amazing. Ive had severe headaches since I was 10 and they have progressively gotten worse (to a daily level). After multiple doctors couldnt find the issue, I arrived here. Dr. B found something different and after a few weeks, I can happily say I havent had a headache in a while. Its amazing. No pills or shots necessary. The staff are amazing and personable as well.

I am so impressed, I could barely walk when I came in for therapy...After adjustments and therapy I can go shopping and do things with my family again. Dr. Burford is great! I usually get headaches all the time and Ive had lower back pain sense I was a kid. After seeing Doc, I hardly ever notice any pain. It has definitely gotten a lot better. And I really love the people that come in throughout the week, they make it an even better place.

I rated Dr. Burford, but also have to rate the office. The staff that worked with me when I started was wonderful. My therapy made me feel so much better. I can walk better than I had in years. I have been a Registered Nurse for 38 years, and that takes a toll on your legs, especially the knees. I loved the staff so much that I now work here. We are like family. This place is amazing! After my first adjustment and therapy session I slept better than I have in years! I didn’t have any pain in my neck or back when I woke up. Dr. Burford and is team are wonderful and I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family.

I absolutely love everyone of the workers at this office. I highly recommend them....they have became family to us. Please contact them for your medical needs. I actually started going for migraines and back/hip issues. I havent had hip issues since I started. The migraines I dont really have daily any longer and the back issues are now hit and miss. My 8 year old absolutely loves Dr.Burford....which is a huge deal since hesa doctor . Shes a gymnast so he helps her alot as well.

Ive had stem cell therapy in my knee. I had a pinched nerve in my neck. My posture was not very good. And I was in pain. today my knee is perfect Im one inch taller than I was when I started and I have very minimal normal pains. I have selected to go on a maintenance program and Ive been going once a week for many months. I would not fail to show up here. These people are terrific.

The most caring staff EVER!! Not only is the doc soo good at what he does he educates you. You really get what is going on with your body and how to improve with some simple basic tools outside of the appointment. Such a friendly environment and I feel AMAZING. :)

Ideal structural therapy is a place where you can go and get relief from pain that you are having. My experience there has been a great one. I started going there for my back because I was in very bad pain. Since going I’m able to go through the day and night with less pain. It is a place where I would recommend to friends and family. Thanks to the staff for being so warm and caring.

This is way more than a Chiropractor office. The rehabilitation is awesome. If you have knee pain and don’t want surgery this is the place !!! I done the treatment and I just wish i had done it sooner. Doc is the friendliest , most caring doctor. And the lady in the therapy room is an Angel !!!

I have never had to wait even five minutes. Dr Burford is so up to with his knowledge and techniques.It makes therapy a sheer pleasure. Staff is awesome!!!!! They make you feel as if youve been a patient for years. The staff knows your name and always greets you with a smile. Bedside manner of the doc is awesome as well. Havent met too many docs like him.

About 3 weeks ago I had a stem cell injection in my shoulder. Since then I have had much improvement in my range of motion. I see this in my yoga practice and in daily activities. The Dr. and staff are friendly and supportive! Thanks for all your help 😀

This is a great office!! Not only the staff but the NP and the Dr are both very helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoy being able to come into one office for everything I need. They always treat you like family, definitely not your normal Drs office!!

I had stem cell injections for significant soft tissue injury with impairment in R knee & shoulder. Both are near full function with minimal intermittent discomfort. Also do PT & chiropractic adjustments. All staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, & kind. Dr Burford is gentle. I drive past several near my home to come herr. It is worth it.

I appreciate that Dr. Burford explained in details as to what was truly going on with my bones and why I was having this pain. He and Kathy they provided a plan to help toward strengthening my weakness with my muscles and joints. I would highly recommend Dr. Burford and his staff to others.
