Everyone was so friendly and focused on making sure that I was comfortable and relaxed. I had the sugar and spice package, great facial and body wrap. Mache did my hot stone massage and it was excellent! This is the best spa Ive been to and I will be back, I already booked a couples massage in a few weeks.

Hands down favorite spa place in the world and I go to massage places in every city and country I go to. I found a decent one here in Medellin after trying a bunch but compared to this place it’s awful. So if you want an amazing massage get here!!Love this place so much.I enjoy doing the packages which makes this affordable otherwise it’s kind of pricey to do a one off massage. Buy a three pack of something and you’re good

This place has become very disappointing. I have called over 10 times and have not received a response. I have unused credits on my account. If they are not going to book appointments they need to issue refunds immediately. Bryan

Five star experience and a hidden gem! I bought a facial and massage package and was pleasantly surprised when the facial was among the best I ever had. I particularly like Glambo Lilys mellow, low-key approach, as the technicians are focused on creating a relaxing, enjoyable experience and are not trying to sell products. My friend and I were so impressed that we bought additional packages before leaving. Highly recommend!

The spa packages are so underpriced, Im not sure how they stay in business. Phenomenal treatments at a fraction of most spas prices. Absolutely gorgeous ambience! Staff is well trained and helpful. This is my new regular place!

Really great staff. Ive been going there for almost two years and only once did I get a massage that was not awesome...it was just okay. The staff is quite knowledgeable and follows your requests.

Staff was super helpful and professional. I had recently been in a car accident and had sore muscles from the incident. The staff did a great job recommending services for me and aftercare suggestions. Truly a great experience!

I did Sugar and Spice package and it was great!! Jennifer did my facial and wrap (full body and feet) it was the best Id ever had. Theres somthing special about those hands. You can tell when someone enjoys what they do. I left feeling so refreshed!!! Ask for Jennifer :)!!!!

Found one of their packages on the website and was able to book a last minute appointment. Staff was extremely nice, nice facility, heated massage table, and the massage of course was AMAZING. Ill keep my eye out for specials and be back.

Mom and I had spa packages that were heavily discounted and lasted 2.5 hours. Im sad the Frisco location is gone as it was closer to me but the ride to the Colleyville location wasnt bad. The space is noce and sits in a downtown square off Main St. There is a cafe and bakery within walki g distance if you arrive early. All in all it was a great Saturday morning..

After looking at few positive reviews on line about Glambo Lily day spa, I bought a spa package for two people few months ago, They charged my card right away which I was not sure why. They can keep the card on file & charge once service is completed. I was not able to keep my appointment for both my daughter for same day service so I kept extending the appointment and finally we were supposed to go this Friday. I called yesterday to confirm. Well, What do you know....They are no longer in Frisco, they moved to Collyville, for me that is 50 minutes away. They are refusing to return my money & giving lot of additional services for FREE but thats not what I want. I am just not able to make it to a spa 45 miles away!! What choice do I have ??? My money is gone! They have closed down Rockwall and Now Frisco location!! what is going on ???

The scheduling is horrible. They don’t know how to book right or give clients accurate appointments. I showed up and they didn’t even have my appointment booked that they even wrote the date down on a card given to me! Then rescheduled and again booked on the wrong day. I’m not going to waste my time here anymore. Too many good massage places. Can’t tell you much about the services but the front desk says a lot about what you’ll get.

July 2019 - Updated review...Ok, I am currently sitting in the Colleyville location. Its not longer Glambo Lily its Spa at the Village. I just had the most amazing massage and facial with Andrew (always amazing) and Amy (first time with her). I was one of the folks who went to the Frisco location. Loved it. Went there with friends, did couples massages, etc. When they closed, I was very disappointed. It was extremely abrupt and Colleyville is much further away. But I still had two packages left. So this morning I made the trek here. I cant say that I loved the drive, but the space and services are amazing. Everything that I loved about the old location in a bigger space. They added extra services to my package to make up for the abrupt change... And I have to say, I feel pretty darn good.So will I keep coming here? Jury is still out. But I have to say that their services and experience are SO good.****************************************************I was going to the Frisco location for a couple of years. LOVED this place. Then they abruptly moved to Colleyville, took your pre-paid services with them and are not offering refunds!

This spa pulls you in with their Groupon special and then upsells add-on scrubs and services. Scheduling is difficult and it will be weeks if not months before you get back in if you need to reschedule. There are often mix-ups with the scheduling of services and specific requests of staff. The staff are friendly and professional, though, and I enjoy the facial, wrap and massage package.

Closed Rockwall location, employees at Glambo in Frisco & The Spa at the Village in Colleyville advised to tell us there is nothing they can do when we have $100s of $ in packages they have taken from us. Very unconcerned and no attempt to resolve since they closed location. Following up with credit card company to see if can get reimbursement on services bought they have no intention of honoring.

If you are calling and nobody answer, very probable is because it looks like the owners are the same people that own the Spa Lake Ray Hubbard in Rockwall, (Managers: Kara, Amanda and Chandler), At Rockwall Spa, they have been collecting payments for services and cancelling the services just before the appointment saying that their staff was sick or absent, asking to call back for re-schedule, when in fact they closed the Spa and left. They are not answering the phone, voice messages, etc. DONT TRUST THIS BUSINESS

Been a repeat client and satisfied with the service every time

I was recommended by a friend and booked an appt. around the end of January/beginning of February for March 17. That’s about 1-2 months advance notice. They call me Thursday before to confirm. Then I get a call at 5:30 on Friday before my 11am Saturday appt. and they’re not able to do the massage part of the package and now have to move it to 12pm for the facial and wrap portion only. I live in Bishop Arts District and while I appreciate them trying to adjust, it’s not worth the drive for only part of the services when I was looking forward to a massage. They asked to put me on a waitlist if anyone canceled and they’d call me. Um why didn’t you just cancel them and move me to their appt? Especially because mine was booked way in advance? It didn’t really make any sense to me. They asked if I’d like to reschedule but how will I even know they won’t cancel that appt. on me too?! Saturday comes along and no follow-up call. Haven’t heard from them since. Really bummed because my friend talked this place up. She’s not too happy with them either and spends $1000s at this place. I have back problems and it’s actually been pretty difficult finding a massage place that can accommodate my schedule. Wish I had just booked somewhere that would’ve kept their appt.

THEE BEST ESTHETICIAN AT GLAMBO LILY IS ASHLEY! THEE BEST in the Dallas metroplex area!! She is very compassionate about her work and clients, she cares... I started going to her I believe in February of 2018 and saw her on a weekly basis until end of May when I moved back to Ohio! She got to know my skinBecause she did not wear GLOVES And what I needed at every visit. She made me feel beautiful and look stunning! I never got so many compliments on my skin. Not only did she do my facials but also my endermology. I have gotten compliments from other facilities about how firm and great my legs look when I went for massages and my laser hair removal treatments! She takes pride in all she does! I did not exercise much at all, with her endermology treatments she contoured my figure & got rid of a lot of my cellulite!! Ashley I’ve been to 2 esthetians so far here in Youngstown Ohio and have been disappointed both times. Also she explains all cleansers, serums, masks.. ect what she’s putting on you and what it does! I envy you ladies who get to go to Ashley. Ashley you rock.. most of all I miss you! When I come to visit DallasYou better believe I will be making appts again while I’m there .. lol 💕
